every time I use the website on my Mac through safari the website lags so badly no matter what network I am on and how many applications I have open

Den sagde bare forbereder fil til download i mere en 30 minutter uden noget skete, nu genstartede jeg computeren og det er slet ikke en mulighed at trykke på den knap.

I created a file I want to use as a Template for my brand - I keep getting an error when I select it from the "Create a Template" within my brand page saying "There was an issue saving the template." - no other details. I've tried clearing my cache, using incognito mode, restarting my computer.

Hello! I am a premium user and every month I create a link to share with our organization. I am not able to do this at the moment- it keeps taking me to a start 30 day trial for premium user and I am already a premium user. I should be able to publish and create a link. Please help!

My Express Glideshow looks great in edit mode, but when I publish and try to release the Glideshow the quality of the attached photos diminishes. Not sure why this is, and I can't get the issue to clear up no matter what I do.

Beim öffnen von Adobe laden keine Inhalte mehr, weder bei Vorlagen oder Suche, es scheint so als würde er nicht zugreifen können. Habe es mit mehreren Internetverbindungen probiert.

One of our subscribers reported to us that when he was trying to embed our newsletter (created via Adobe Express Webpage) using Adobe Express generate embed code, it wouldn’t show the title and read more button, only the image underneath. He was embedding it on their own newsletter, which is created on Google Sites. Could this be looked into? 

Express files are not loading 😞

I cant see my projects, I tried refresh it several times! How it is possible, that i cant see my projects. Thats a horrible bug in tool I pay 😕😕

My projects are not saving. I cannot update text and I keep getting a typetext error message when I try to publish edits.

I have logged into my account and all my files have been removed?

I am unable to print Adobe Express webpages or save them as PDFs. When the window opens attempting to print, the Adobe Express page crashes.

My video is under 2 minutes but is not working

The images looked perfect on the published site last week, but now they are blurry. In the past when this happened, I made a new copy and that one was clear, but that workaround is not working anymore. Using new Adobe Express on Chrome on Mac 13.6.1

Hi - i am trying to use the adobe express auto caption filter and it is not working it is staying stuck on 95% and every time I go to a new window it stops download?

I've completed editing the scenes, added transitions, etc., and I cannot download or share the content as it stills says that Adobe Express is still working on it. This is over 12-24 hours later for a 23-minute video.

Downloading a PDF of this file has been problematic. When I attempt to download all pages into a single PDF, the download stops at 90% progress and then eventually fails. If I download the pages individually, the text is modified so that it is not consistently formatted like it should be on the webpage. Spacing of letters and spacing of lines is different from the pdf than from the web version of the file. These errors occur in Chrome and Edge browsers as well as in private browsing modes.

I spent a while making a resume, but then when I export it to PDF, it's quite small, and I have to zoom in to 300% in order for it to be readable and normal. Given that the initial folks who look at resumes might not be technical, this seems like a significant problem, as if it's unreadable they might just throw out the application. I ended up exporting each page as a PNG and manually making the PDF in Photoshop, but then the images for the background were clearly pixelated, which is not the look we're going for. Thanks!
