I'm unsure why this keeps on happening, every time I try to download, the file is not downloading no matter what I change to the video.

The video exports with glitches but when viewed in Adobe Express, these glitches aren't present. What is causing the glitch?

Unable to share via a link. Only lets me enter names and email addresses for sharing. This will not work for me because I need to place the link onto a PDF file. Please let me know when this issue is fixed. Thank you

i noticed that the last couple of videos i finished editing and downloaded have moments where they stutter and freeze in them. there is no evidence of this when i watch them on here and the issue persisted when i redownloaded one of the videos

I edited a story and I am trying to post it online, but when I upload it to schedule or download it to use, it does not play the video. It only uses 3 or 4 frames.

When I preview this video everything seems fine, but when I download it none of the clips play and it is just a slideshow. I have 8 3-5 second video clips in this video along with animated text and transitions. Everything looks good in the preview but the downloads all have this issue. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this, thanks.

If you follow these steps: - Create a new brand in AEX - Fill with stuff - Open this brand in CC libraries and create a group there   Then in AEX after sync your brand will have lost the (default) logo/graphic/font groups and will only display the group that you created outside of AEX. There's no way to get the other groups back and you also no longer can easily add fonts or other graphics through the AEX express brand interface.   It's stupid that AE brands are accessible through CC libraries but that those interfaces work together so poorly. This feels more like a barely working patchwork than a solid integration of different Adobe software.

In the text to template, I entered "Invitation to school Youth Prom for 8. and 9. graders with the topic Feel like a celebrity". First try, no problems. Now, I entered the same prompt again, and it was flagged.

I can't uplod any files or see any of my saved files. I keep getting this error. 

Something went wrong with one of my files and I can no longer open or edit this file. Can you please help me open perhaps an earlier version?

I changed my title on the title page and now the link that used to show the title is blank.

It appears I lost some files when Adobe express transitioned into this new updated software version. Is there a way to recover them? Also, what should I do if my browser freezes whenever I try to download a file?

When you’re selecting colors, there isn’t a “recently used” section. So you get the color correct on one part of the text, and then have to try and match the color AGAIN, instead of just being able to select that shade from the color you just chose No way to add a layer? Not a page, but just a layer Not great editing ability for editors. When you have multiple photos all overlaid, it’s impossible to select one of them because the largest one will automatically get selected. When you select the layer off to the side, that should be the photo you are able to move. Any time I change text that has a shadow affect applied, it will change my shadow from “strong” or whatever setting I chose and make it a “custom” one instead for no reason No way to rearrange photos behind an overlay, you must remove the overlay to do so. Being able to select the layer you’re on would be helpful for this. When sizing and rotating images, the “snap” feature is annoying and reduces the ability to be precise with

I can not copy and paste text. I do not have the time to re-write everything. Is there any way I can use the old version

I cannot access the files from my personal account, despite choosing my personal account, not business account every time I login.

I was working on a file and it crashed. When I reloaded the page all of my projects were missing

Why is the Honey logo there? It does nothing and cannot be moved or deleted. It simply gets bigger and smaller, surely this is a bug? if it does nothing but annoy it is a bug yes?

Every image I try to open comes up as a blank page. Keep getting the 'something went wrong' message.

I can't edit my newsletters, the screen icon just rotates constantly. Also, lots of previous work has disappeared. Have been struggling with this for hours along with my team. It's holding back sending out the all staff newsletter. Any ideas? Have tried accessing on multiple devices but the same problem persists.
