Every time I try to download, an error message appears. I've checked online and cleared the history, cookies and cache, but still having issues. I have a paid subscription so should be able to download.

Bonjour, j'ai créé un document de 27 pages j'arrive à le télécharger en png, en jpg mais en pdf impossible.

ich bekomme keine Benachrichtungen mehr, wenn ein Teammitglied mit mir ein Projekt teilt. Weder in Express, noch per E-Mail.

Hello,Avec la nouvelle version d'Adobe Express, la police de mon logo a été changé sans mon accord et je ne la retrouve plus dans la liste, même en premium. C'est très problématique car c'est le logo de mon entreprise et la police de ma charte graphique.Comment faire pour la retrouver ? Je trouve ce changement abusif !Ci joint la police d'origine et la nouvelle (que je ne veux pas).Merci d'avance pour votre retour et votre aide.

I have a lot of questions, but in order not to mix everything up, I’m writing about the most pressing ones: with the transition to the new Express, the Open Graph covers, title and subtitle broke when publishing, for example, on WhatsApp (everything looks fine on Facebook Crawler), but the publication in the chat is missing a picture, title and subtitle. Instead, we see the same “My Page” and “a story told by adobe express” without a picture. Please fix this important element!

No carga ningun archivo

I can't seem to download express files anymore. I need to download it as a jpeg, but I only have a share/post option now?!

I want to download this video I made, but the option to do so isnt there. I cant download it in any form, I can only share it.

Making a simple but 9.5 minute slide show video for a memorial.  TIME CRUNCH.  On Mac,  Adobe Express online, When I click Download or share, I get "We are working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon". But it's been 2 hours!  This can't be right.  I'm a premium member.  (Actually an Adobe retiree-- after 20 wonderful years there). Say I didn't lose all that work, PLEASE! 

the icons don't move to the page.

12/13/2023 Background Removal is not working. I have dragged jpeg graphics to the Removal box. It flickers, brings up the original picture, and asks me if want to download. It has not removed the background. I rebooted, used another computer, tried different different browers (Edge, Chrome), not sure what else to try.

For example, I create a posting. Unfortunately, this can not be saved or downloaded. Adobe Express hangs. What can I do? I have Premium Access.

Hej, jag får inte upp mallar i Adobe Express mobil eller desktop. De bara fladdrar och laddas inte upp. JAg har aldrig kunnat se dem. Jag har premium konto.

Ich habe seit Beginn des neuen Express Desktop dieses Problem, Migration von Daten vom Mobilen ist nicht möglich und wenn ich es versuche, geht die Datei verloren (auch in Originals ist nichts drin). Es ist zum Haare raufen...Bitte um Hilfe, ich komme hier seit Wochen nicht weiter! 

ich kann keine Dateien öffnen oder bearbeiten ich kann nichts tun ausser mich Einlogen und ausloten der rest funzuniert nicht können sie sich bitte darum kümmern !

Dokument kann nicht geöffnet werden

In trying to open any item in one of my folders the website seems to hang, showing me an animated icon in the middle of the screen, and none of the elements of the screen actually load to completion.. There is no possibility to navigate to another page of the site, it just gets stuck trying to open the file.

I have an issue. Adobe express does not upload the page. I try to restart pc, log out and log in, and nothing helps

Hallo, seit dem Systemupdate sind die Ladezeiten sehr lang und es dauert so mit sehr lange, Inhalte zu bearbeiten. Ist das ein allgemeines Problem, das bekannt ist? Ist eine Besserung in Sicht, oder was kann ich tun, um die Leistung zu verbessern? VG

Seit der Umstellung auf Adobe Express gibt es regelmäßig Probleme bei erstellen einer WEB Seite. Es werden regelmäßig nicht alle Bilder in der Galerie angezeigt. Also im Edit Modus ist alles korrekt. Im Browser fehlen dann Bilder. Das ist extrem Zeitaufwendig das immer wieder zu korrigieren, Es nervt wirklich ... seit ca. 3 Monaten
