We startet adobe express aft 4 month an we are missing over 200 of our design. Some foulders are empty. Could Adobe deleted our foulders and designs with this updates? We need help asap. 

When I click on the project I want to work on, I can open it, but as soon as I click on text to edit a pop up message comes up that says " something went wrong" It then gives me the option to go home or refresh, however neither one of those issues fixes the problem as soon as the project loads again the same issue with the same pop up message comes up.

Meine Dateien werden einfach nicht gespeichert. Es lädt ins unendliche, das automtatische Speichern ist quasi nie abgeschlossen. Was kann ich tun?

Hallo zusammen, wir müssen dringend dieses Video bearbeiten bzw. wollen es auch als Vorlagen für ein weiteres Projekt nutzen. Leider lässt es sich nicht wie die anderen Medien auf die neue Version konvertieren. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich. Könntet ihr das bitte ermöglichen. Mit besten Grüßen Mandy Germann

I am trying to add photos to one of my project but the app is not allowing me to add them. I continue to receive a notification that the file size is exceeding the limit. I have done this for some time now without and problem and without this message appearing.

The Gen AI popup shows (twice) every time a AI tool is selected, not just the first time.

Seit längerem geht die Funktion eigene Brandings als Thema zu wähle nicht mehr. Ich habe alle Lizensen, was kann ich tun oder hat sich geändert? Außerdem würde ich gerne wissen, was man für Pixel und welches Format man für das Einfügen von Bildern oder Grafiken bei Adobe Express Webseite benötigt? Bisher ist alles im Vorschaumodus unscharf. I am importing a color .png logo on transparent background into Adobe Express. The image / logo itself turns black when I do so. It is not the background that is turnong black, but the images itself. Why is there no more color information?

Hello. When I go to elements - backgrounds - "christmas," my selected backgrounds are being replaced by AI files I made weeks ago. It is very annoying!! Also when I opened my project, the background that I used to have (which was Christmas-themed) was replaced with an AI file.

Eine 40-Seitige Datei möchte ich als zusammenhängendes PDF herunterladen um es als Druckdatei zur Verfügung zu haben. Leider kommt bei jedem Versuch die Meldung "Herunterladen fehlgeschlagen". Woran liegt das?

Hi i am trying to download a video it is not downloading

i've spent a long time editing my video only to discover that it won't download. i've tried clearing my cache/cookies and all other suggestions found online. i appreciate that this is a free app but it's actually worse than paying for something if you dedicate hours to editing only to find you can't download it. really not impressed.

Hello, My webpages created by duplicating one of my pages are being redirected to another page. So basically after licking on the link the website which is showing is a different one than the one in the edit mode even after publishing the changes. Something is messed up since this change in the links

Not saving my work

No templates show in the sidebar, no media, just a white blank strip on the left side of the screen. 24h ago, the same thing. Adobe system status says all fine. It's not, as the new express adobe is currently useless. It happens on Brave and Chrome browsers. See the screenshot.

Green flash appears between transitions after exporting video

i see that im premium member but i cant use the premium features like some fonts or backround removing.

When you click your image, press resize, add in the size you want, then it changes the whole canvas size, not the actual image. When I stretch it using your usual tools it just shrinks it, it doesn't actually "Stretch it, like <<->> side to side, not the edges only." Does that make sense? like I have a circle image thats my logo, but I see it needs to be stretched wide ways so it looks even, it looks too narrow. This is so frustrating. Do I really have to upload my logo into another program, just to resize my image 😐

Still not able to spread ONE picture to across multiple pages, so when I PRINT it. The ONE photo is printed across SIX pieces of paper... like putting together a jigsaw puzzle! For furture reference, do not close out me request until you hear back from me that it is solved. The pic I want to spread along with the other blank pages in the attachment, I do not know why it didn't pop up after I saved the screenshot as a PDF file Adobe. Please and Thank You 🙂 -Enzo
