I am using a template for a festival poster and am trying to edit some of the text elements in the template. If i click on them, i can see that they are text and that they should be editable (the text bar opens) but i cannot replace the text with my own. I had to move the layer to the very top of all the other layers in order to edit it, then put it back in the correct layer order after. This is such a poor user experience, especially considering this is an Adobe owned template.

I first encountered the problem when trying to download a project I completed using some stock video mixed with video that I own. I read through the forums to find that people are running into issues downloading projects using stock video. So, I replaced all stock video with my own, and I still cannot download my project. I copied the project, then deleted all videos, and the download was successful, albeit only with text and animated images. I've tried copying the project and downloading it using a new name, but still no success. My only option is to redo the video, re-record the voiceover, etc., in a different program. Please help!

I've created a new brand to use fonts, logo and colors in adobe express. On the website it shows that all files were synced, but when I go to the app, it doesn's show anything. Files are being synced, but the brand content is not.

Hi there, I use Adobe Express constantly for designing posters and the stock photos are so useful! Suddenly just starting today I am unable to license any photos. It feels like a bug because I've logged in, out, deleted the app, redownloaded, and checked to make sure my account is still active. Any help would be awesome because I need this tool lol

so i have to do a school slideshow but i cant figure out how to start or where the slideshow templet thingy is

video wont download. Loads to 84%. I am able to download each slide but not all 15 together

I do a Seach for "Christmas" under templates, the screen flashes, then nothing? Issues here. Can't use the software on a Mac sadly.

There are flashes of white at the transitions of slides. I have not included any transitions nor can I see any white frames when I zoom in and scrub through. This is a major problem and is inhibiting me from using this platform for what it is intended to be used for.

when i try to download my mp4 it says that a certain stock file is no longer available but i'm not using any stock footage in the video

When the download finished, it doesn't export any archive. It's like i've never download anything.

I upgraded my account to a premium one via PayPal with the 30 days trial but it's still showing on my account to upgrade.

Hi, Usually when I download multiple files from a design as a zip file, and I unzip it, all of the png files are within the one main folder. However, all of a sudden, today, when I unzip the folder, each png is within its own folder within the main folder. This adds a ton of tedious steps when I'm uploading the designs to a client portal for approval because I need to keep navigating out of the previous folder, into the main folder, then into the next folder... and repeat for as many files as I need to attach (which is usually 4-10 at a time). Can you please change this back to have all of the pngs housed until the main folder? Thanks!

After I resize a document, if I attempt to adjust an element (width) the element will scale as if ratio-locked.

when we go to add your fonts button nothing happens and it doesn't bring up a window to select your own brand fonts.

Hi, Im adding a new photo from Adobe to my design, and it keeps showing a grey block in stead of the photo!! ITS FRUSTRATING!!!!

Sometimes the background cutout is incorrect/inaccurate, in the previous version of the application I could edit the cutout, and now I don't see such an option. Did you permanently remove it? I see that the option to select photos from google drive has also disappeared ;(

I click "Download" and it says that it is working, and that it will be done soon. If I click on the Adobe Express logo at the top left of the screen, it tells me that it is autosaving, and that if I leave I will loose my progress. I just want to download my image- could someone please help?
