It's slow. I have 50 Mbps down, 7 Mbps up, just measured. The media (video) won't load. white rectangle. Nothing happens like the speed is 0.00002 Mbps. The video won't play, or there is no video. Takes ages to show one bit of the video, one layer, let's say a text over video shows up after 5 minutes. Then nothing. It's useless. Good software, but useless. Either make it work, or switch it off permanently.

When I download my menu as a PDF the formatting downloads completely incorrectly. Different line spacing, font weight, formatting, etc

Erase works fine, but It will not save edits. Not saving my erased items. If I reopened file, hit Erase, then it showed where I erased lines, but when I hit done, I can download to save, but will not save in cloud, Reverts back to original image. Refreshed, logged out and back in, no luck.

Why can I no longer publish edits when collaborating? Why are the brands no longer working??

Hello and good day,My students were having an issue with their icons loading up when added to their workspace. I thought it was just an issue on their end, but I am also seeing the issue when using icons. This is happening when using their chromebooks as well as with me using a desktop.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The new Adobe Express app on my desktop computer (Windows 10 Enterprise, Firefox or MS Edge browsers) won't allow download of projects. It just says "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." It's been like that for months.

I made some purple AI pics a while back. I was remaking a logo and duplicated it so I could make different versions. All of the icons and elements were replaced with some of those AI images. Super weird.

This new version of adobe express is awful. It worked beautifully when I was allowed to use Firefox, but since your update last month, this program takes forever to load, seems like I am back in the early 2000's with dial up internet. this is not an internet connection issue either. this is all specific to this new version of adobe express. The program will glitch out & I will lose all work that I have worked on, it does not load appropriately, this new version is garbage for anyone trying to create anything for their business, work, or school projects.

When having two layer one above the other and i want to select and edit the one under i am trying to lock the layer above but i am still able to select the locked one even it is locked which is making imposible to move the layer under it.

When I try to upload fonts to my brand kit in adobe express, the screen just freezes and never lets me actually do the upload.

Ich versuche nun seit 1 Woche alles aus um ein Video herunterzuladen, aber alles was ich versuche schlägt fehlt, da irgendein "unerwarteter Fehler" auftritt und das finde ich eine Frechheit, dass es sich einfach nicht herunterladen lässt egal was ich versuche, ich hab mit VPN probiert, mit Wlan, mit Lan, bei einem anderen PC, bei einem Freund im Haus, mit einer Chrome extentions, mit Edge, aber ne nichts will funktionieren, es ist immer bei 20% für so 10 min und dann sagt es Fehler, also ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr was ich machen soll, das ich dieses Video dringend brauche bis morgen Freitag dem 29.9.2023 als bitte ich bitte etwas gegen diesen bug zu unternehmen
