Each time I try to use alt + drag for a copy the website keeps crashing and have to refresh.

Hello Something is wrong with your system. It was temperamental enough before this new "beta version" but now it is almost impossible to use. I want to cancel my subscription and I will no longer be paying for this below-par service. Please advise how to proceed. Regards Chloe

I get errors when trying to upload images. That the images cannot be uploaded or processed, but then I still get the image on my screen

Getting a little fed up with Adobe now. Suddenly my scheduler does not want to post to anything except LinkedIn. When I went to refresh tokens I got nothing but "Connection Failed". If I set it up to a random group that I am a member of, it will connect to FB. However, I don't want to post to a group I am a member of. I want to post to my business page. Which WAS working fine until yesterday. Instagram won't connect at all even though I have a business account.I have followed every single "do this do that" guide to no avail. Can someone at Adobe please advise on how to get it to work, I am now starting to lose business and time because of it. With a high monthly subscription, I would expect a product to be fit for purpose.

No matter how long I give it the video refuses to load

The video plays fine when I first enter the site and everything seems to be working smoothly however I realized that our audio wasn't working so I went to unmute it (why it was muted I have no idea) but I discovered that the video refused to play videa and audio alike. The message it kept saying was "Project Loading" however after many attempts I can't seem to get it working.

I have uploaded a few fonts before, but now the option is not showing. I have tried in multiple different areas, trying to upload a font not within the Adobe Library. I have OTF files but am not seeing any place to successfully add them to my Libraries or Brands.

I can't even fix text that is only 4 words. I know exactly what I want to do, font, size, placement and the app is jumping all over the place. 4 words takes me way OVER 15 minutes and is frustrating the whole time. You guys can't really mean for the app to function like this, right? It cannot be this hard to change the font size or select text. This app is so glitchy now. I'm in shock that you would release a product like this.

I have deleted all files except for two. Files will not open and the screen to the application will not change. As if it is frozen. I do carry multiple paid subscriptions.

With the new update, I am unable to upload new fonts to the brand

Cannot select the + button or the Home or Your Stuff buttons or other items because the search bar and navigation is in the way. Have tested from other devices/accounts on our team and the same issue is happening.

I can't upload my brands font

I duplicate a webpage each week to create a newsletter. Since new.express duplicated webpages hold on to the original cover photo and shows it when previewing in "Your Stuff" and when sharing link via text message

I am very dissapointed of this app, i been using this program since 2 years and all this time i had problems but with this new version was the worst, i use webpage and all my previous projects didn't export correctly, i cant use my brands where i uploaded my fonts, it only shows 2 themes and when i use it the project shows a line in the top with the name of the theme, doesn´t show the footer with my number and in some cellphones change the color of the things. I am seriously thinkin in cancel my plan, do you have plans of fixing all of this problems? when will be done?
