When I got to resize/duplicate, not all layers show up. See Pic. No background color, no torn paper effect, etc.

ahhh, Express is so frustrating. only after many many attempts does a shape or text box stretch (indicator arrow is showing but just doesn't work, however I try). Eventually it will randomly work, but usually after I've found a work around rather than wait for it to work

Honestly I'm considering getting rid of this program because it's so incredibly slow. Constantly glitching out and taking multiple seconds for every click I make. Ever since you added the AI stuff it has been much worse also.

I tried to add sound to video. Nothing happens and i keep getting error while i am trying to play my video. The error is "I got error "Some media are still loading in the project. Please wait a few seconds and try again."". I am waiting more then 20 minutes and still getting this error when i try to play my video. How can i solve this?

I am trying to update webpages for work. I tried last week at home on my Surface Pro and the files wern't available. I tried in work on Friday and they had appeared on my work device. I am at home again and I cannot see them. This is extremely frustrating!

I'm a headmaster in the UK and I used Spark - now express to create a weekly parent page summarising the week with photos, articles etc. I cannot access my past files anymore - 5 years worth of archived pages have disappeared. Term starts this week and my account no longer looks or performs like it used to - please help!!!

I've been trying to create a QR code to send people to my Behance portfolio. Once I select the download button, a new page displays the QR code but does not download it. I've trying changing the format to download but a new tab opens with the image. I can't use the image since it's not downloaded. It seems to simply yet not getting the results I want?

I am unable to use this 'new' version of Adobe to update projects for my business. Drop down menus are impossible to read. I am unable to create original projects that look remotely okay. I pay for a premium subscription, and this is unacceptable. The topics available here are, as well, are blurred out and overlay the main text making them impossible to read. This is very frustrating. Fix this version, or bring the old version back ASAP!

I have not been in my Spark files for a long time. I have no idea how to edit things that are there any more. They are useless if I cannot edit them. I have selected edit but everything seems to be locked on the files I created long ago.

I have a business license applied but the app still will not let me use premium features. even when paying for them. Doesnt matter if i login as the org or the personal profile. Same result.
