Hello. I cannot delete a file. When I try to delete it, I get the following message (see screenshot).

I am working on a webpage/social media toolkit for an event launch we have on Monday and I cannot publish the link.

I have been unable to work on projects for 2 days. I have missed several deadlines. Do I need to find another option that isn't Adobe?

When accessing my "Your Stuff" projects, it is not fully loading and I am not able to download them. Also leaves the loading icon on the template/image.

You resized my image from 2560x2560 to 1200x1200 and now it is unusable.

I can not use Adobe Express . It is pop up the message that I have reached my storage limit and that I have to remove files to free up space, but I do not have any files. What must I do to try the free version of AE?

No cargar las Bibliotecas que he creado en las apps, no puedo crear Marcas, no veo mis archivos guardados en la nube. Adobe Express es horrible, deberían considerarla un fracaso. Es muy frustante de usar y no hay soporte por ningún lado

I was 99% finished with a wedding album before the entire website changed, and now I can't edit or convert the album to finish it.

when you select to remove the background/make transparent and you try and download the .png if there is any white inside the image outlines it keeps the white inside of the border..I am happy to email you a copy of what this new program is doing..it use to work perfectly in older version where you just selected to download with a transparent background

When attempting to build a Brand in Express, logo upload stalls and then the page refreshes. The Brand I created is gone and I have to start from scratch again. This has occurred on both Chrome and Edge browsers.

When I download my project as a PDF the PDF does not look like the original project. It cuts off the top part. Please assist.

I am having problems creating a new file from my template library. Please help! I have my template library of instagram posts linked to my brand for my job. All of the templates were created with the old version. Since the update, every time I go to create a new file for a social post, I receive the "sorry, there seems to be an issue" message. I've also received other error messages about problems converting the file. I'm not sure what any of this means.

download 30 slides as pdf slideshow download fail

I can't download a high quality version of this image from my project. The text look fine in the project but as soon as I download it, the text looks fuzzy and blurry.

When I click preview a post I cannot find it again. If I save to drafts, it is still not visible. Where can draft posts be found? When will the preview work?

I used it just fine, and not it just keeps saying loading your file. Very frustrating.
