I am trying to move a page I created into a different project and it's saying it can't because I don't have edit permissions??? What is going on? I pay for this service and have all the permissions it is capable of! Also, it won't let me import an image into an existing project. It makes me start a new one which is why I am in this situation. HELP.

The desktop version's 'floating' image editor (or whatever it's called) obscures the image and cannot be moved or shut off. This is deeply frustrating because I cannot see the margins, which I need for Instagram stories. Please either make this moveable or REmoveable for Desktop. Thank you.

Im trying to publish a file and I keep getting the error that i attached to this report. It keeps saying the stock photos are unusable, however ive switched them out several times, there is no shown (!) error on any other them and when i go into my other documents they all have the same publishing error.

I created some templates and added a gradient fade (a JPEG) that goes from white to dark blue. I am using it as a gradient when I apply the multiply effect on the page. However, when exporting asa PDF it doesn't apply the multiply effect and downloads it as white/blue gradient. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello, I am a student who had been working on some projects in Express on one laptop until I received my school laptop. Now that I have my school laptop, I logged in and the webpage and presentation that I had created are gone one the first laptop. When I tried to access them again on that laptop that I'd created them on, I got an error message that I needed to request permission to edit. The "Your Stuff" folder that these projects were in are empty on both computers. I looked in the deleted folder and they are not there either. How can I get my saved projects back and edit-able?
