Why I am unable to use Firefly Adobe ai tools

Je génère des images sous firefly, je les envoie vers la bibliothèque que j'ai créée mais impossible de retrouver cette bibliothèque.

I dont have access , could you please provide the access?

Al momento de solicitar insertar una poricón de una cascada a mi foto, el software me arroja un mensaje de que se infringen las directivas.Ninguna directiva habla de ello al respecto. Solicito apoyo para que me expliquen qué se está infringiendo con mi solicitud de inserción de una cascada.

Hello,I subscribed to Firefly premium which I then cancelled as I only needed it for one month, but since then I've been unable to use my remaining credits even though it was clearly specified that I could use my subscription for the rest of the month. I would like to regain access to my credits or be reimbursed.Thank you in advance,Lilian

El tiempo de generación de imágenes es absurdo, hay varias otras opciones que se tardan menos de 40 segundos.

After using some features I want to download my image but there is some sort of error ۔۔۔۔why؟؟؟ it is just a wastage of time

I asked firefly to make this: draw a dark desert highway with a blue plasma globe at the end of the highway. Make it night time, and make the highway distressed, broken, possibly missing some parts of the street in some areas. Make it look post-apocalyptic. and make the blue plasma globe look like Nikola Tesla's invention and I'm getting errors that "certain words" are unacceptable?  Unless your system tells me WHICH WORDS are "offensive", I'm going to keep chewing up more and more credits trying to figure it out.  That's stupid.  TELL ME the offending phrase!

Going from Genfill preview in FF to Express page load fails. Steps below: I trialed Photoshop and decided to browse Firefly after getting an email with subject "Welcome to Adobe Firefly, your new way to create".  Clicked upload image in the email CTAUploaded my imageDid some adding and removing with genfillclicked the three dots to edit and add text in ExpressThe pages never load. I'm stuck on https://firefly.adobe.com/loading-express with a logo animation.Tried this with one of Firefly's images instead of my own and it works as should. With own image, I get no where. So—something is broken. I have noticed this pattern where links from tutorials and emails (whether it takes me to Photoshop or Firefly, Express) simply do not work or load.
