When I select the background, it does fine. But when I click generate on the ai tool, it generates images that change the subject too. Most frequently turns it into a black blob instead of just changing the background.

I uploaded an image of my own invention. Meaning I invented the product in the image. It's mine as is the photo. Why am I getting this error: Your reference image violates Firefly user guidelines and was removed. It's my product called, The Bee Raft. They save bees from drowning in backyard water sources.

O preenchimento generativo do firefly apresenta erros quando os cantos da imagens são selecionados, aparecem defeitos, como glitch. Alguem sabe solucionar? Mais alguem tem este problema?

Expressions of characters generated doesn't match the prompt. Quality is very bad. Keywords we tried were 'angry', 'scolding' and 'yelling' which generated happy and smiling faces

It seems Adobe recently changed the layout of the images for Firefly so you cannot see them all at once. Very frusterating. Was so much easier before to choose from the 4 images presented without having to scroll to the right. Hope you can fix this.

Consegui gerar uma imagem hoje, mas logo em seguida ele aparece o macaquinho dizendo que não foi possível carregar 

Not sure what's going on but firefly is not working like it used to.  

I tried with this prompt but there was no spaceship also it was not that realisticPrompt. - A human normal watch thrown on Jupiter while all the planets are visible with bright sun making the watch shine where far in background a spaceship could be seen with crash landing.      

I keep modifying my prompts, removing styles and effects and it feels like firefly keeps focusing on a particular style/image set that I was using previously. I don't want to have to reload firefly, re-enter my prompts, and reselect all the settings that I had just to get it to change the style or bent of what I am generating.  I've attached some image samples. Here you can see it's bent on cartoon style that I removed from the prompt and the style/effects options. I have regenerated it multiple times but am still getting a cartoo.  focus. The focus should be on 3d style... I even tried removing the anime feature but it still gives me cartoon unless I exit can come back in.

Despite doing nothing beyond the user guidelines, I am still banned from using Adobe firefly. please fix

In generate fill when we remove background of the image and click on the pan option the removed background re appear, same with the generated images.

I've lost all my favourite images using Version 1

the menu on mobile disappears behind the generated images.   Using iphone 13 pro max and google chrome.

 

How can I upload a photo? It doesn't contain any section to change the settings and to give permission for uploading a photo!

The title says it all. I'm on mobile, and after the viewport refreshed by itself (I need to emphasize; the viewport, not the tab) all of my work got reverted. I need either my credits or money back ☹
