fowload button not working

I wrote the word peace, and in prompt wrote: israel and later jewish. And it was all arabs letters.  Please lets do it right. Thank you

 1. Platform and OS version Google browser, iPad Air, iPadOS 16.6.2. Basic steps to reproduce the problem not sure, I taped the heart on some images, first time I favorited images 3. Expected result and actual resultFirst i favorited the images i liked then went to the favorites to see my images but instead i saw it blank. I waited for something to load and reloaded a few time. I tried other ways of getting to the favorites page and got the same result. thank you for your help! ❤️

when i am editing an image in adobe firefly the page randomly restarts and it is really annoying so can you plese fix that feature becuase its really annoying and make sure that doesnt happen beucase I have a good image and I never see it again is really sad so please fix that and if any things are causing that delete those features becuase the images i make cannot crash like that

When I remove the background and gives me the option to download the image. it keeps downloading the origital image with background.

When saving another version it keeps the file name the same.

I am using a prompt to generate headshots ("young professional portrait"), with Photo settings to create an in-focus background (f/22, 200mm). The photo settings seem to be ignored, even if I include "sharp background" or "in focus background."   It looks like the "portrait" and "headshot" key words demand an out-of-focus background or a flat background if it's kept sharp.   Using Safari 17 on Mac Ventura 13.6

   

Firefly was working perfectly of some time but today that I tried to use it its stuck on this page I cant get past this page. I tried different browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Opera) the same result. I also tried different accounts. The only thing that seems to work is using VPN. Did you block it outside the region of US? I am located in Europe.

Prompt requested a romantic silhouette of couple at sunset in Santorini. Only got woman. When I tried to add a man, got REALLY weird results:  guy with shorts hunched with camera, distorted man, no man at all.  Tahnk you so much!!

Les images generer par le remplissage generatif sont correcte et les dimensions des images est respecter lors du telechargement cependant la qualité des images meme hors zone modifiés de firefly est plus flou que l'image d'origine a chaque fois 

This is what happens when I sign in. And I can't generate any images. I have tried clearing all Adobe cookies and storage, disable adblocker for the site and add it as an exception to tracking prevention and still no joy. Any ideas? It works when I am using it in InPrivate window.I'm using Microsoft EdgeVersion 117.0.2045.60 (Official build) (64-bit) on Windows 11

When entering an additional negative prompt, when there is already a negative tag applied, the new prompt won't add. You have to delete them all, type and enter them all, and then it works.

keeps erroring out with image and taking my image credits

After several months playing with the beta Firefly browser app, we finally get the Generative AI tool in PS but, I'm finding the disparity in the prompt results absolutely staggering, for the worse.I don't know if its the lack of preset options that are offered in Firefly and that are absent in Photoshop, but not having these preset options is resulting in a huge downgrade.I've tried several combinations, even adding the Firefly preset words in the prompts, but the results are always, always worse in Photoshop.

Firefly is not being realistic or not being creative in the AI image. Firefly is not think what we want to be. When I type superhero. It gave me stick figure or some kind of shadow. When I type batman it came out black color image. I think Firefly AI needs to be fix.

When I use generative fill, it takes a very long time to load and the process takes a very long time even though the network is good and fast enough, and the objects that are changed are quite simple and easy.but why so long? Can it be fixed?

I try on examples and my own pictures to add or remove details without success....I always face a failure message asking me to restart the request which does not succeed either.
