I don't think it's fair to have an expiration on credits when the program isn't available all the time.

This should only happen the first time you use a Firefly tool. 

Every time I watch a Firefly tutorial I see a menu on the left of the screen. Mine only has the menu on the right. How am I able to access all menus? I have googled this to death and nothing is working! I've attached a visual of my screen.

When i click on get credits for firefly, it shows an error: "something went wrong"using on a macbook pro M1

Hello,  Unfortunately I have noticed that the Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana) is no longer referencing the images I upload. Unfortunately I didn't figure this out until I used most of my credits 😞  Can you please assist? Thank you in advance! 🙂 

Whenever I like an image I can on like three at least on the static gallery but soon as I scroll and try to like another image the page shoots me back up to the top of the screen.

I am trying to see how well I can use your app before making a subscription purchase however this is the second time I have attempted and I blamed myself the first time but have since been studying and learning a lot about how to prompt for an AI image. So I put in a prompt that would have in any other image generator created a decent image but once I hit submit I got no image whatsoever when I check my free account version it shows that I used one of my 10 image creations but I have no image to show for it could you please help. I know that it's possible that potentially this is a user error and I just don't know where my image went to but since I'm unable to find it I'm reaching out for help. I only get 1 second instead of 5.But credits are down by 100 each time.Happened multiple times already.I want credits refund.

'We’re having trouble generating content right now. Please try again in a few moments.' Had this warning all morning after a few semi-successful atempts to create a video. This needs to be a reliable usable platform if I'm to use it for work. We completed what we need in Runway.

When uploading an image as a composition reference in Adobe Firefly, the dropdown menu for selecting a style reference does not set from previously generated images from the current session.

Hello! The generate button isnt selectable after inputting all details for a video generate prompt. 

I uploaded a video I made to change the language. After uploading the video and downloading the credits, it tells me that the video cannot be played because it violates the guidelines. But that's not true! How can I fix this?I tried 

Until recently, Firefly v4 handled visual intensity very well: low settings produced natural, realistic images, that appeared as if photographed casually with a regular camera, and higher settings introduced more controlled polish making the pictures look more professionally photographed. This week it stopped working. At low visual intensity, the outputs now appear grimy, artifact-filled, and visually unpleasant, often with a strange hdr filter look, rather than subtly styled. Meanwhile, there seems to be no spectrum of variation, because even around 70% intensity, the model often produces results that look like maximum visual intensity, overly polished and unnatural. The nuanced control that v4 previously offered seems to have disappeared. Is this a known issue internally, and is it being addressed?
