I have purchased further credits and they are displayed but the gereate button is not active....please advise

in turkish writing uses arabic letters which is wrong, wasted credits...

Why Adobe Firefly is having trouble of generating content all the time?  

Having too much problems in too many times when I tried Video generative model and got rejected by Firefly.  The statement "We are having trouble generating content" appears all the time.  As mentioned on Adobe Max, unlimited credits are being offered for the subscribers till December, right?  What 's wrong with Adobe?  Was that my problem? 

the audio is not generating anything when I click on it. it shows empty 

I was given beta access to Firefly Video Editor, but now I'm locked out. I can see the Timeline I started working on in my "stuff" but now when I try to open it I'm getting a "no access" error screen. Help?

Have tried over and over to use my video creator and I upload an image , provide the text command, and it shows "Generating Video" for over 5 hours now... tried refreshing, signing in and out, and still the same!!

What happened? I shut down Edge and reopened it, and all of the images I generated with Firefly are GONE??????? Where did they go? I can't find them through any of the icons or menus.

With the new updates, I can't generate expansion in images, is the reason why I use Firefly all day. Somebody knows how I can make it?

Firefly Board ist down. Es läd nicht und die Film und Bild Generierung ist nicht vorhanden. Gibt es eine Überlastung? Wann ist das Problem behoben, ich arbeite gerade an einem Film und es schränkt mich ein.

autre chose encore moins agréable , des centaines de points me sont retirés parce que le systeme refuse mes prompts ..   .. comme si c'était de ma faute !! ..  merci de rétablir cela svp 

I attended adobe max 2025 and I was in the Russell Brown's pre-conference. We were successfully using Firefly during the session for 2 days before it was officially released. It worked wonderfully! However, the moment it was released to the world, I was not able to generate any more videos despite the fact that I had over 50,000 credits still available to me during the last day of Russell Brown's seminar (Tuesday, October 28, 2025). Today, I redeemed the 3 free months of Firefly given to me for attending Adobe Max. I've made many attempts to generate a video today, but without fail, every attempt is met with a "Something went wrong" prompt after 20 seconds of attempted generation. How can this be fixed? It's not my account, as I was not working within my own account while at Adobe Max when this problem began.

When submitting prompts as generated from ChatGPT5 for design spec inputs, Firefly stumbles over font family names with the following error:"Artist name detected - Including artist names in your prompt does not meet our User guidelines. Try changing your prompt, such as by adding an art style."Seems like Firefly performance is comparable to AI LLM models circa 2021 and not representative of current cutting edge agent tech.  Time to find another tool I guess.

Firefly is extra slow today. I have to use fast mode to get any images at all and the fast mode images are crap. I'm unable to upload reference images at all. 

Pague la membresía esta mañana y el sistema ne dice que se me acabaron los créditos. Se supone que pagué una membresía. Pague 6 dólares para generar algunas imágenes y ya. Eso se llama estafa. Su uno pague la membresía mensual es porque tiene uso ilimitado durante todo el mes. Como lo podemos solucionar. 

I really love what you are doing, but the credits are a huge issue. Many of the creations AI has made are completely unusable. Yet every bad creation we pay for. When it comes to video, I've thrown everything out but one. It was great the first couple of days after Max, but the moment it got saturated with bad inputs from the millions of users who flooded it, it became pretty unreliable. Allowing customers the ability to redo a creation without costing them valuable credits would be a great service to your customers. We already pay a lot to be here. Taking on extras just seems greedy. 

Quite simply does not work. "Can't load. We can't display the generated video. You can edit and try again." Do I get a reduction in my susbcription cost because I am forced to pay for AI features that dont work?

I paid for the subscription and now I can't generate a video. 

bonjour . je travaille actuellement sur un film destiné à un public large .. j'ai dans mon scénario des marionnettes à realiser . une de ces marionnettes est un enfant ..  vos filtres interdisent sans nul doute tout ce qui peut etre du domaine de l'enfance . , je suis furieux de constater que nous clients professionnels sommes soupconnés de détourner ces images .. je vous mets plus loin mon prompt :  . je ne pourrais pas continuer à utiliser vos services si nosu continuons à devoir constamement changer notre scenario pour obeir a vos filtres idiots  ( j'ai enlevé le mot enfant , le mot fille etc.. mais rien n'y fait . si je mets "un adulte vient en sautant à la corde je pense que cela marchera  , c'est un comble !!  ) :  PROMPT: le fond devient completement flou . Comme une vitre dépolie. à gauche du personnage en ombre, et venant du fond, l'ombre d'abord floue puis nette, d'une marionnette avec des couettes, une robe à large volants et brodée de dentelles

Once hidden, the history menu (Image strip) stays hidden and won't come back. Its really quite annoying as Firefly often gets things wrong, so edit after edit is necessary to get the results needed.
