Beaucoup trop de bug dans la conception d'image... c'était mieux avant...

お世話になっております。 生成の履歴から画像を１枚削除したところ、削除したはずの画像が表示され、削除してない画像が消えているという不具合が発生しました。 画像１枚削除→残り３枚の画像を確認するために開く→削除したはずの画像が表示され、削除してない画像がなくなっている状態※生成画面の表示と、生成履歴の表示が合ってません。 特にダメージはないのですが、一応お知らせしておきます。

Bonjour,  J'ai crée une image de référence pour Firefly et ils ne m'autorise pas à l'utiliser en tant que référence.  Je précise que cette image provient d'illustrator et d'une idée directe avant cela, je possède donc absolulent l'intégralité des droits de cette scène de A à Z. Pourtant, le message d'erreur m'indique que mon image enfreint les consignes.  Est-il possible de faire quelque chose ou d'avoir une explication svp ?  Merci pour votre aide. 

I have 1k complimentary tokens but it never lets me create anything. It just says it has run out. 

Hola, he adquirido la versión Pro de Firefly, pero no me permite subir vídeos de hasta 23 minutos de duración, tal y como se indica en los planes Firefly. Saludos   José Lezcano

Hi, I wanted to generate a female doctor and a male software engineer on a beach. I used multiple prompts, for example the following:  A couple on the beach. She is a female white doctor and has brown hair. He is a male white software developer and has blond hair and glasses. There are roses in the foreground. It is supposed to be in the style of a travel poster. Most of the times the male person becomes the doctor. Eventhough I always explicitely stated that it is a male doctor:How do I have to change my prompt to get a female doctor and a male software engineer?

Hello, my credits are only refreshed to 1/3 of its full capacity, can someone look into this ? thanks

I am the admin for my account. I did not see anything in the admin panel to adjust access for anything. I tried using a different network to see if our firewall was the issue and still gave me the same issue. I received the welcome email from Adobe on February 12th for the beta and haven't been able to use it at all. 

Hallo,habe eben mir die Videofunktion dazugebucht - und außer dem Introvideo geht gar nix.Mache ich etwas falsch? Ich wollte das gerade ausprobieren und ärgere mich - das weder Text zu Video noch Bild zu Video funktioniert.Ich hoffe jemand kann  mir sagen woran das liegt,mache ich was falsch?DANKE 

There is no section that shows your monthly limit for Adobe Firefly. Is this a bug or feature request, I'm not sure.

Hello, i started a image to video creation in firefly but it has stopped around 75% and has not moved for the past 1 hour. all the other videos are ok, i also cant create any new ones as this one is still creating.

Hola. Pagué la licencia Firefly Standard y cuando quedaban pocos créditos hice click en el botón de comprar créditos y la única opcion que me daba era contratar la licencia Firefly Pro. La compré y no veo que tenga más créditos para crear más imágenes. No sé que está pasando pero cuando vuelvo a la home, vuelvo a  hacer click en el botón de comprar créditos y me sale la misma pantalla para contratar la licencia Firefly Pro, cuando ya la he comprado. ¿Qué está pasando?

Even though I keep entering the same prompt, I cannot get the same impressive brush strokes as before. What is the reason for this? My friend always enters the same prompt and gets the same brush strokes and texture every time. I got it at first, but it broke after a while. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the effect I wanted. How can I solve this?

When I use the "first frame and last frame' functionality, the platforme retirns a "Something went wrong. Try again later" error. I am unable to generate conent that way.

When I created image-to-vide the faces of all characters were deformed. I couldn't find the place for Negative prompts. Could you help me, please?1. firefly.adobe.com2. web platform-Google Chrome3. Ola, não estou conseguindo usar o Firefly. Tenho a assinatura completa e sempre que vou utilizar ele pede para assinar ele de modo individual 

I run into this Something went wrong error all the time (video creation) makes it almost impossiable to use firelfy with the pro subscription. Solution?

I see this message too often without any reason: One or more images were removed because they violate our User Guidelines

bonjour, j'ai créé un visuel dans Adobe FireFly, mais après de multiples tentatives il m'a été impossible de télécharger le fichier.

In the "My Account" menu on the top right, I used to be able to see how many monthly credits I had remaining. That is gone now. Is this a bug or are you no longer showing how many credits I have?
