Several buttons which are displayed in the Content Panel, depending upon circumstance, do not function.Version of Adobe Bridge: 13.0.1.583Steps to reproduce the issues: Choose a Collection or Smart CollectionOperating System: Windows 11 22H2Expected result: Expect what is displayed on the button to occurActual result: Nothing happensThe buttons referred to are Edit Smart Collection, Stop Search and Remove from Collection.None of these buttons perform their function on my system.
I can't access Google Drive in the Folders Panel. All the other panels work fine with Google Drive. I can access Google Drive locations via the Favorites Panel or by dragging folders into the PathBar, however, the Folder panel is not responsive when I do this. I also cannot find Google Drive in the Folders Panel manually. This makes it impossible to move files around within different folders in Bridge. My current workaround is to Reveal in Finder for any folder navigation and then drag the folder I want to look at from Finder back into the Bridge PathBar, but obviously this is extremely inefficient. I have to constantly switch back and forth from Bridge to Finder just to copy a file from one folder to another.
When all my 156 elements are with yellow color, the filter panel doesn't show the count of them anymore. When I change the color of a picture from yellow to green label, the count of filtered pictures reappears : "yellow (155), green (1)"
Defaults to template folder. Will not keep my custom metadata panel. I have to click on the drop down, select my metadata, then select 'keep original metadata but append...' then select OK - for EVERY image. If I go back to this later, it has defaulted to the template folder again. How can I make it default to my metadata?
When exporting images from Adobe Camera RAW process uses the GPU (not to its full potential, but et least somewhat) however when the same is done from the main window of Bridge GPU utilisation is 0%.Please implement GPU Utilisation in all export processes.Bridge version: 13.0.1.583OS: WIN 11 PROCPU: Ryzen 5 3600GPU: RTX3060Ti 8GBRAM: 64GB DDR
when right-clicking on a keyword to bring up the Find pop-up box and clicking "Find" in the pop-up - nothing happens. It won't search for the keyword. it only works if I close out Bridge completely and then open it back up and search for a keyword.
I add metadata via Bridge (e.g. description/keywords) to a CR2 file, resync the folder into Lightroom, so that metadata should also be inserted into Lightroom. Now when I write new files from Lightroom, the metadata is not sent along. I would also use the Bridge Photoshop image processor, but it doesn't offer the option to resize the image by specifying, for example, only the long side.
Will not recognize Sony a7R mark V camera compressed RAW images. (Neither will Ps or LrC). Have v13.01.583.
I have a Macbook Air M1 2020, with OS Ventura 13.0.1 (but previous system did the same)Adobe Bridge 13.0.1 (also latest Beta 2023)If I copy files from my Canon R5 (be it CFexpress or SD) using any option (mucommander, finder, etc) card works just fine. If I copy or move starred pictures via Bridge (or any other pictures) the operation becomes very slow soon and the card becomes sluggish, more or less blocking the camera. If I format the card, it becomes OK again (but obviously I loose everything on the card). What I tried so far - resetting computer, reinstalling Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom and CC package, resetting camera, tried different cards, different card readers, but the issue is the same. Friend of mine uses the same setup and his Bridge works as it should.
Bridge doesn't read PERCEPTUAL GRADIENT MAP level in TIFF (with levels) designed and saved in photoshop. If you also try to export those files (for examples in jpg), it export them without the gradient with a completly different result than the original design.
Bridge version 13.0.1.583. Mac OS 12.6.1 When searching using a keyword in Bridge, not all photo files are found. Under advanced search, I have everything ticked including searching in sub-folders.
Latest Bridge (2023) and I am still experiencing freeze on launch. Windows 11, up to date on all updates, launch Bridge, all panels appear blank and stay that way. If I try and click anywhere I get the spinning wheel and Bridge is shown as (Not Responding). The only way out is to use Task Manager, then relaunch Bridge and reset Prefs.
I have a dual monitor setting on Mac OS 12.6.1 (21G217). When the main window of Bridge 13.0.1.583 in my main monitor and a Preview Panel is placed on my second monitor, space bar full-screen preview is grayed out.
When using 'Browse Presets' from After Effects, double clicking a text preset triggers an error. It tries to import the .ffx file instead of placing it on the AFx text layer. It's an 'old' bug; we've seen it before, but it has returned in the 23 versions. Workaround; rightclick and use 'place', but it should work with double-click...
1. The large PSB image cannot be browsed 100%2. In "Show items in sub-folders", sometimes items cannot be displayed
On pressing the space bar in Bridge shows the higlighed picture in full screen. That OK. When I step to the next image then it loads the next picture to full screen. Tha's also OK. BUT I usually play with to neighbour picture when selecting the better one, I mean I switch between 2-3 pictures back-and-forth. With Bridge 2023 it became a nightmare as it starts "loading" every single time when I step to an other picture, even if it was loaded a second ago! In previous versions it was a fluent workflow, I could step back-and-forth between the 2-3 neigbour pictures, but now it completely ruins it, as it always loads the fullscreen preview from scratch as if it never was viewed before. 😞
If a folder or file contains a special character in its name (á, é, í, ñ...), the tasks are executed, but not processed correctly. For example, if I run a task to resize a JPG file and the name of that file is "España.jpg", the task will run without errors, but the new resized file will not be created. This way, it is as if the task was never executed and it is very frustrating.
When I rename a folder using the latest version of Bridge (13.0.0.562) I always get the message: "This folder cannot be renamed to ........ because the name is already taken. Please choose a different name." When clicking "Ok" on the message, the folder do change name and it's all ok..
Adobe Bridge 13.0.0.562macOS 13.0.1MacBook Pro - M1 MaxWhile scrolling down in the "Custom Export" screen (File > Export to > Custom Export), the percentage field under "Image Resize" remains displayed on top of other options instead of disappearing under the "Presets" frame.
Exporting a PDF contact sheet is stuck at 25%. Same way I have always exported PDFs. Never had this issue before.
Adobe Bridge version: 13.0.0562Sometimes, the active drive/s is/are missing in "This PC" column. I am connecting four USB external hard drives with my PC running Windows 11 Pro. However, Bridge can show three of them and one is missing. I tried to exit Bridge and opened it again, but it is still unable to show one of the four active drives.
Read the Adobe Bridge feedback here:https://community.adobe.com/t5/bridge-discussions/mystery-solved-why-bridge-2023-is-a-glitchy-mess/td-p/13289981It sums up most of my problems.I've reverted to a previous version of Bridge, as I cannot use the latest.
Plus de raccourcis 'CTRL enter" pour valider. Les mots clés et les métadonnées restent dans la zone de saisie, qui ne se rafraichit pas. Gros problème pour savoir ce qui est renseigné.
I have these problems when I try to select photos to download: 1. The scroll bar either doesn't move or moves too fast. 2. After I select photos and press "get media" -- nothing happens.Bridge 2023; Mac Ventura 13.0
When I search for files within a folder (either by "Document Type:exists" or "File size: is greater than 0", subfolders included ticked, etc.) files show up in the Content window, but I can't find one of the files. This happened to me for the second time within a couple of hours. And with different files. I check inside the searched folder and the file is present in a subfolder among other files, but it is not displayed with other files when the whole folder is searched for all files. I can open the file and save it as a copy with a suffix, and it shows up then, but with the suffix. But the original file is still not searchable. What is also interesting, when I moved the file folder up to a different location - it showed up in the search. And when I dragged it back to its original folder - it shows now too. So Bridge somehow lost the path to the file and regained it after the file has been moved. This is a critical malfunction of the "Search" utility, because it means I can never be sur
