I observed that I couldn't place my hands on previously saved files which lead me to thinking I didn't save it at the very beginning. Though I was sure I saved it from the beginning, but I had to give in to a reality that I probably didn't save it in the CC.A similar edit came up and I worked it out from scratch and made sure I saved it in the Adobe Clouds (CC).Another job came in within this same period, it was clearly seen on the history (when you open Adobe PS - Adobe Recent Files), but it wasn't in the folder where I had it saved.In essence, I can't see my saved files in the creative cloud.Please, what do I do? This isn't making sense.
Tras las actualizaciones (error fatal) archivos creados por mí y con mi cuenta ahora cuando necesito abrirlos me aperece que debo comunicarme con el propietario porque inicié con otra cuenta ¿cómo, espera qué? ¡Es mi cuenta y los cree yo mismo! Necesito ayda urgente, (HE TENIDO QUE VOLVER A CREAR LO QUE YA HABÍA HECHO FUERA DE LOS TIEMPOS ESTABLECIDOS POR MIS CLIENTES) ¿Qué me sugieren? Just updated all my subsciption apps. tried to open all and had issues with lightroom CC. I uninstalled it only to have LRC get uninstalled. I was able to reinstall LRC but still having the same error message trying to open LR. I tried multiple times. All was working fine prior to the updates. Any help appriciated. - Thanks
How do I shut down Creative Cloud Desktop in Windows 11? Internet searches produce nothing useful. This app is a memory hog that I don't want running in the background. AI search says right-click on the Show Hidden Icons menu and choose Quit or Exit, but doing so does nothing. No exit option appears. I see so many users looking for a solution to this ridiculous omission by Adobe.
We are teachers who have been using using CC license but cannot use full AI features across all apps like PS, FF and others. The genAI features that we cannot use are Nanobanana, flux and when we try and use it, the apps won't allow us to do it. This is a big issue and we want to use full AI features to get things done. - Matthijs and Jeroen
Hi everyone,I’ve been stuck with a Creative Cloud issue for the past three days and can’t get past it. I manually stopped / cancelled all upgrades, because I wanted to install Acrobat Reader first. All updates were stopped but for the Camera Raw update says “Process is aborted”. (I am using the App in German, so the literal term is "Vorgang wird abgebrochen". Meaning, the stopping of the update is being processed. It has been like this for days. I quit Creative Cloud, re-started my MacBook etc. But the message stays the same.Because of this, I can’t install or update any other apps, and I can’t cancel the process myself either.Here’s what I’ve already tried:Closed and reopened the Creative Cloud app multiple timesRestarted my computer several timesTried the Repair option in the Creative Cloud uninstaller — but that also fails because the Camera Raw opertion is still activeTried uninstalling Creative Cloud, but that would require uninstalling all my Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrat

Hello everyone, so the issue is simple, I can't open the apps, it requests me to buy them, on thye Creative cloud app I can see it says Your plan : Free membershipWhile if I click on Manage Account it shows Your plan : Creative Cloud Pro, also it says Free trial — 56 days left and under that my billing info. I tried loggin in in 2 different computers, I tried loggin out and in again, I tried fully updating my windows, I tried the chatbot but I got nothing usefull. If someone knows what could be the issue please let me know and I'll do my best to follow instructions and try everything out.Thanks in advance. Aproximadamente cada semana aparece un mensaje en la ventana de mi escritorio diciendo que Creative Cloud ha detectado un problema y necesita reinstalarse. Tengo que pulsar el botón correspondiente, esperar a que se descargue el paquete y se ejecute la instalación. Adobe express keeps on saying "network issue refresh again" after I try to access my documents. PLEASE HELP. Freaking out as I may have lost a 80+ long page document. I cannot access any of them.
New bug this morning. I can't preview any files associated with Abobe? The preview window in both Illustrator and windows explorer say " The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer" . Hey guy; I'm having trouble uploading my jpg files to creative cloud in the desktop app. Whenever I try to upload it immediately says "unable to upload" and when I try to use the web option, there's no option for upload, only a create folder option. Has anyone else experienced this issue? if so, how did you resolve it?
Upgraded my Macbook Pro. I used the migration tool. While the Adobe Apps are there with all the associated information, upon boot up, there is is an error with CC. I can neither uninstall, reinstall, or repair it. The apps (such as Photoshop) will not uninstall either due to this issue. I cannot get any gurus on the phone as the tech support numbers have been disconnected. I am at a loss what to do. I can't include version number as I can't run it. Running Tahoe 26.0.1, but the problem started in Sequoia ( I updated the OS thinking that might help). All I have to do is start the laptop top get the error.
I cant upload anything to CC lybraries are disabled. Whole section where are used to upload files is missing
Buen día comunidad. Desde hace unos días noto que CreativeCloud no carga por completo. Siempre hay un apartado (como historial, cuenta, plan) que tiene un fallo por lo mismo. Hoy por hoy ya no carga, o directamente no se ve, el apartado de Archivos que deberían estar guardados en la plataforma. Es decir no puedo acceder ni ver los archivos realizados en Illustrator, por ejemplo. Salvo que abra directamente el programa, pero se supone que todo debería estar en la plafaforma). ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre? Que yo recuerde no ha habido actualización alguna que indique que ya no estará disponible ese apartado. Cabe mencionar que he cerrado sesión y vuelto a entrar, he reiniciado el cpu y nada. We have 20+ shared client CC libraries and some of them are loading and some of them are not, and its appears to be random. I have signed out and back in several times. Sometimes, zero libraries load; other times a handful of them load, but never all of them. last week we did not have any of these issues. what happened over the weekend?

Hello to beautiful community members I need help with my issue, I am having issues with my Adobe CC account It keeps loading and after a while it says unable to load plans, I am unabe to use adobe generative tools or any other tools which requires connection to the servers. Already checked the host files cleared those and gave access to firewall, but still nothing, can't even use the firefly.. Does anyone have any fix for this issue or do I need to reinstall the windows ?
There's been an update or change on Creative Cloud loader on Mac. I am automatically loaded into the wrong profile under my corporate email and there's no option to switch to the correct profile. When I sign out and sign in again it just goes back to the wrong profile. Has anyone else found this and worked out a solution?
For years now, Adobe has provided the worst update experience of any major vendor. Messages such as "it's taking longer than expected we are working to resolve the issue" with no reasonable way to cancel the update (you will be stuck for hours on cancelling) are simply not acceptable. Why should I be waiting on Adone's apps to do updates? I've paid for them, I'm now paying to run my compute to wait on you. In the last three updates, I've been stuck in this situation on two occasions. I know what will happen next. Photoshop will be broken and I'll have to remove it and then reinstall. More wasted time when I could be editing. Creative cloud is supposed to support and enable me. It doesn't when it wastes my time persistently. Why hasn't this been fixed? It seems to me Adobe are spending far too much effort on AI tools and not nearly enough on sorting the basics.
Suddenly, my Cloud is syncing all day long, with no end. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my computer, and a couple other things I've read online. I can't access any of my files at all. I'm so frustrated. Using on Windows computer. Help?
I am beyond confused,I got super excited, 25.5 adds so many new effects, I find out a month late, no biggie, I can update the software and try it out... so I go on my mac. Doesn't exist I am stuck on 25.4.1... uh alright, that's fine, I'll check my windows PC! Same thing. I don't know what's going on, wether this is not available in the UK yet, but the update has been out for basically a month and I've seen no sign of it on my end, does ANYONE know what to do or how to get it? It even teased me with a "whats new: 90 new effects" DESPITE my version number. Yes I have reinstalled Premiere pro... yes I have checked for updates... yes I have tried the links that lead to the new software update and installed via there... none of it works.Yes I meet the minimum requirements, I have a R5 5600G and a GTX 1070, my other computer has a 4070 Super and a 5700X, both are definitely fast enough. I have an M1 mac (8gb model unfortunately), but both computers have 32gb of ram.
