When scanning a QR code, users aren't able to see experience unless the Viewer is installed on their phone for Android. In the past, users were able to see the experience without having to download. Reproducible: Scan Aero QR code without app installed. User is taken to Instant App screen to download the instant app. User is then sent to browser instead of experience. Latest version of Instant App on Android. Expected Result: Showing of experience after instant app downloaded. 

Hi! estoy teniendo problemas con el programa Adobe Aero con la importación de imagenes. Me marca los siguientes errores:  Para probar, puse un elemento en 3D que si se pudo visualizar pero cuando puse una imagen del mismo programa no se podía visualizar, aqui adjunto prueba:  Necesito ayudar para solucionar esto, es muy raro que pase con las imagenes que pone el mismo programa y se no se puedan ver, solo se ven los contornos. 

When patterns are applied in Dn with a "repeat" value of more than 1, the added patterns repetitions do not apply on import to Aero - completely breaking the artwork. 

Is there a resolution to the Geospatial Creator not loading?I can enter a location using Google Maps, but when it switches over to the Aero environment, nothing loads, and previously located models have no Google reference.

So I was working on a project that was getting updated daily and when I added more content then went to Apply Changes, it no longer will update the changes. The error appears at the bottom "Unable to Update Link..." I had just updated it a few minutes ago then made some small changes and sent the update again and now it doesn't update anymore.  Issue: Project can't be updatedReproducible: YesIntended Result: Updated project.

Hello.Adobe Aero crashes when I select "AnchorType→Location→select 3D Earth"This didn't happen when I tried it on February 6th.Why??

Hi! I am new to Adobe Aero. I created a scene and tried to export it, but when I attempt to share it, I keep getting an error saying, 'Something went wrong.' I’ve rebooted my system and tried other methods, but nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions?

Hoping that someone can help me with this ongoing problem. I build my experiences on my Aero desktop (works perfectly, no notes) but when I open them to record and share on my iPhone 8, running iOS 16.7.1 they load to an untappable Tap to place screen. Only way out is to reboot the app, which returns to the menu, reloads to Tap to place screen. etc etc. This happens 97% of the time, I think I've managed to view my creations in live AR about 3 times in the past fortnight.Phone has plenty of storage, no other issues, happens across all wifi and data connections.Pretty hard to stay excited about our AR future from a blank screen, even harder to keep my clients excited about THEIR AR future on a blank screen. Any ideas to get past this one?Thanks in advance for any advice at all 🙂

Hi if anyone had any insight on this issue i would really appriceate it. I've been troubleshooting an Ar Vr game I made that I need to put on my portfolio. It is 51 MB map which is kind of large, but Ive made maps in Aero in the past that are well over 60MB and they still work great to this day. Nobody has been able to play it no matter how much I try to delete from it and decrease the file size. Do you think this is just because Adobe hasn't touched Aero in like a year 😞 Can anyone else try to open it? Here's the link

Hola, estoy trabajando desde mi computador, cuando hago la previsualización de mi trabajo puedo ver todos los elementos, estoy trabajando con secuencias de imágenes en formato ZIP, porque los elementos están animados, ya todos están activados para que se animen, cuando genero el QR, desde mi celular un iPhone 12 pro, solo se me ven 3 elementos, los demás no salen, probe haciendo ajustes de posición, generando de nuevo el código, pero, aun así, nunca salen todos los elementos que están animados. ¿Qué puedo hacer en ese caso?Lo otro es que desde mi celular trato de seleccionar un archivo ZIP porque es una secuencia de imagen animada y no me deja seleccionarlos.  

Ip12 can't see project in spite off I turn on my camera for Adope Aero. You can see in my video. Any one know how to fix it, please let me know. thanks

The latest Adobe Aero update (desktop version 0.23.4) has been a huge disappointment for me. It added a few new features, but it also introduced many new bugs! The app is now very slow and laggy. Directable characters have lost their animations, so they are no longer directable. Replacing assets has become a hassle, especially when there are many objects in the scene. With all these new bugs, the app is practically useless. I wonder if anyone at Adobe actually tested the new version before releasing it to the public!

SInce the last update Adobe Aero can't find surfaces so my model can't appear. I use an iphone 12pro.I 've tried with an anchor but it's very buggy. It was working perfectly well before. Anyone else with the same problem?

After upgrading Adobe Aero the animation clips for Directable Characters are gone. No matter which character is selected and have tried updating Creative Cloud Desktop, uninstalling and reinstalling Aero to no avail. Same happens independent of machine as I have tried using a PC and a Mac: both machine do not show Animation Clips and only "none" is present. Does Adobe know about this issue, and is there a remedy? Aero Version: 0.234 (#125)

Hi, I'm trying to import animations from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero, but without success, the error "RT3D Import Failed" appears. As you can see there are no special characters or spacing But when I import characters from Adobe Maximo to Adobe Aero there is no error. My PC Specs:Processador AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHzRAM instalada 16,0 GB (15,4 GB utilizável)Tipo de sistema Sistema operativo de 64 bits, processador baseado em x64Edição Windows 11 HomeVersão 23H2Can you help, I'm doing important work for a school. Thanks,

Hello,I am currently teaching an introductory course on virtual reality using Adobe Aero. However, all the students in my class who have an Android smartphone are encountering a bug.When using an Anchor Image, the application never manages to recognize the image. I have tried various types of images, always following Adobe Aero's recommendations and those from the community.This issue is also reproducible on my own Android device.Thank you in advance for your help!Guillaume

Hello Adobe Aero i am facing an issue on Adobe Aero which is i need this specific document because i want to apply changes on my QR code but suddenly this document crashed and stopped working. When i click on the document its either they give me a description that someone else is using this document even though no one is and then they keep saying failed. What should i do that is the solusion to this problem. Please reply ASAP and thank you.

I've created a scene in Adobe Aero using an image anchor. However, when I open the scene, the preview image of the marker becomes a bit oversized. I recall that previously, the preview image, located above the text 'Locate this image to view the scene,' was smaller. Now it looks by default fits to the screen and not in a predifined smaller area or box.   Has there been any recent change in the size of this preview image area? Tested on Iphone 12pro max, Iphone SE 2 

I design the scene with a location anchor on desktop. Then I go in situ to test it on my iphone device. Never end to load...  

I'm working on a project to install objects in my city using geolocation. I'm doing it, I went with my phone and I see it (with difficulties, because I start recording and it disappears, I restart the app and sometimes it appears, it's not a very natural and fluid experience). One of the points is that only some Apple phones see it, with Android you can't see it??? The other point is that when I go back to edit the project... I get an error "the project could not be opened" what could be happening? Does anyone have any idea? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm having trouble recording AR experiences on mobile - this worked for me last week.As soon as you press record the app crashes completely and throws you back to your phone's homescreen.I am able to take screenshots (stills) but not video. Please could someone assist wit a work-around?

Hi Adobe Aero Community,  I am getting issues and strange artifacts when importing .png images with transparency into Adobe Aero (Windows - Desktop).   Here is a .png file of an arrow that I added into the application. As you can see there is a small white line that appears at the edge of the image. For some reason this issue is consistent with all images that I drag into the software. Is there something wrong with the image format I am importing? Or is there another issue I should be looking out for?  Thanks,  -Ross 

hai I just bought iPad Air m2 2024 .from beginning I log in adobe aero , there no free starter assets appear on my iPad.it just loading for hour ..I've try difference account but still the same..loading..please help me resolve this problem.tqvm

I recently logged in new adobe aero and my starter assets don't work. I've tried it on a few iPads and it's the same result. I only see the icon that it's loading and after 2 hours the starter assets don't show up on the screen. I need a way to fix the problem.
