My character model comes in looking really janky and I can't figure out why. The model was created using the Polycam app (photogrammetry), exported as .OBJ, then the whole .OBJ zip folder was drag-and-dropped into Mixamo to rig and add an animation. Then it was saved as .FBX (binary) and imported into Aero desktop, where I added the behavior (the Mixamo animation) and saved as a Dimension file (Aero Experience) on the Creative Cloud. But when I open it on Aero mobile app on my iphone, the character model looks bisected down the middle and really distorted and damaged looking. Any ideas what is going wrong??

Good evening group, I have seen some issues before with creating links on Projects but not during updates. I have logged out / logged into the desktop app, restart, I have been pushing changes successfully for the better part of a week, just popped up this morning and has been doing it ever since. A secondary test file I had created is doing the same thing with no changes made to the file.

Hi, I am trying to import a png file in aero but it says reason rt3d Import failed . I named it correctly and I even opened the file from the folder where I saved it. is there any solutions for this? 

Hi there, I'm using Adobe Aero 0.18.4 on a MacBook running Ventura 13.2  I've been unable to produce any links, either on projects I create myself or have downloaded from the adobe platform. I've closed and restarted the program, and reuploaded the files as .real files but haven't been able to get anything to work. I always get the same alert: Unable to Create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't create your link.  Are you able to advise on what is going wrong and if there is anything I can do about it?  Thanks in advance 

I recently have been working on an AR project using Adobe Aero, but for some reason I cannot export it. When I export it, It says it exports, but when I check the file directory it is not exported. I've tried:Duplicating the project and exporting it.Exporting the project to an empty folder.Exporting the project to a different directories entirely.Creating a new project and attempting to export it (To see if my download of Aero was at fault, which it wasn't as it was able to export all other projects except for this specific one and its duplicates)Duplicating the project, deleting all the assets in the duplicated project and attempting to export to see if the assets were at fault (Assets were not at fault, project still did not export even with no assets to export)Attempting to copy the assets and paste them into another project (Did not work)Making the file "Available Offline" to attempt to view on the Adobe Creative Cloud synced folder (I realised I do not have access to the sync

Hi everyone, yeah, as stated above. I'm adding audio in as a "play audio" action and when it gets to that point, it plays the audio but all other animations and actions after that don't happen until the audio has finished. I need the audio to play as the sequence unfolds behind it. Any idea how to sort this? Cheers

I can't install Aero (Beta) on my Asus Flow X13 (R9 7940HS + RTX4050), and it returns error code 405. this seems like a strange problem because this code seems to be an error when trying to install on an arm platform, not on a x86 laptop. Can anyone help me with this?

Why is the animation clip getting reset to the first "circle.002Action" clip for each animation when i close and reopen the aero file, even after assigning the other animation clips?? Is this a bug in Aero? 

Hi, I would like to inquire if anyone else is encountering the same issue.When I attempt to add various objects (such as a star, ball, circle, etc.) and apply a behavior trigger to make them spin along the X, Y, and Z axes, the anchor point of the object remains unchanged. Despite my efforts to adjust the pivot to center, top, or bottom, the anchor point continues to stay at the bottom. Do you have any suggestions on how to address this bug? (I am using a Mac)

I try to import my file but it took a while for loading and it couldn't be imported at the end. I tried previous file some of them could and some more couldn't. The file I tried to import is well polished from Nomad sculpt and it's 68M large.  Really need it to work due to the deadline for my school final project. 🥲thank you,Ricky

Hello Guys, I wanna report that the Aero app is not working on my S23 FE device. I dunno why but the app is "finding" the horizontal surface but the project is not showing up. Does anyone have the same issue/bug? Thanks.

Aero has crashed a few times when I've attempted to share using the share button on the upper right of the desktop screen. I'm currently using Aero (beta) running on a 2023 Mac Studio with OS Ventura 13.5.2. 

I've reinstalled PSD 2024 and I still cannot see export for Aero under File-Export menu. Need help!

I have created an AR experience using the geospatial feature in a client's city - Hamilton Ontario. When they went to test it they got the following error. Any insight as to what this means/ why the experience isnot working? 

I'm having issues with what I believe is size limitations. Are there physical size limitations? I'm importing a scene that I created at 20 feet, by 52 feet by 10 feet tall.  At first I thought it was an issue with the file size being too large, but then I imported just the shell on the GLB and got the file size from 800mb to 37mb. The aero app when opening the file "loads" for a while then just goes black/crashes. Any help is greatly appreciated!  

I've downloaded Aero today on PC and iOS - latest versions, etc - to attempt to use for a school project, but when I try to open my project on the app, my phone camera doesn't show anything at all, even though I've allowed for the app to use it.I've turned camera privacy on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared/refreshed the app, powered my phone on and off, waited to see if it would fix itself... not sure what else to try, haha.Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

I would like to add a Mixamo annimation to my Aero model. But when I try to import the annimation I get the error message: RT3D import failed.Please help me, I'd be infinitely grateful.

I am using Adobe GeoSpatial Aero.Windows 101. Home screen shows last 5 projects as sync and not green check mark.2. Any other projects I open or start also end up in the sync category on home screen...never green check mark.3. I cannot create qr code or share with others using these same files that show "sync" on home screen.Seems to be a syncing problem in Aero holding me backI can no longer get any of my files to sync or share.  Each one I open remains in the blue sync category on the home screen....never the green synced check mark.  So any past projects I open wont sync if adjusted.  And no new projects I build will sync.  Only used 3G of 100G cloud storage.Not sure if this has to do with the other problem of not being able to share or create the qr code.  Get sync error.This hurts...can no longer create and share qr codes or finished projects.  I am dead in the water!!!This has got to be something simple, and ive seen the same comments from others but

I received access from adobe to test Aero's Geospatial Creator.  All of a sudden the program wouldnt load.  I uninstalled and reinstalled but it only installed the original version of Aero.  I had cleaned out my email so no longer have the original link.  Where can I gain access again.  I would really like to test this.  My email is on file as a tester. 

After logging into the account, it keeps loading.The same goes for uninstalling and reinstalling logins 

Adobe Aero won't generate links/QR codes on my Mac, iPad or iPhone. I'm able to generate links in other Adobe programs, so hoping there's a fix for Aero. Version of App: 0.23.4Platform/OS: macOS Ventura 13.6 and iPadOS Version 17.0.3 

I have been working on a project I was eager to share to find out my recipients can not open the experience. I found another post on this topic, and it seems like there is no resolution yet (the original post was from January 2023). Basically, every link I generate (within the desktop app or the phone app) takes the user to a dead end (see image). The folks testing the experience are on the latest iOS and the newest devices.I have tried everything that comes to mind, but no luck. This is really a biggie as it makes the tool completely unusable. Is anyone experiencing the same? Thanks
