Hello, is anyone else getting stuck on this page when they try to open a raw photo with photoshop? I cannot get out of it, there's no exit button, it won't go away when I press escape. Plz help.
I was running CS5.5 and a version of ACR that supported files from my Olympus OM-D E-M5 on my old PC.This old PC recently died and I have reinstalled CS5.5 on my new PC. However, ACR will no longer recognizes my Olympus files.I need help understanding how I go about restoring the ACR functionality that I had on my old PCI have tried looking at compatibility charts but they don't seem to cover CS5.5 . I assume I just need to download the right version of ACR on CS5.5 to support my OM-D E-M5 & run an executable to install the correct ACR version. If not a self installing app, could someone advise as to instructions to install? Thanks so much
Help!!!!
For quite a while Adobe Camera Raw has exported multiple images simultaneously when using the "Save images" dialog. On my old dual-core laptop, it would export two at once. On both of the quad-core systems I used later, it would export three images at once (I assume to leave one core available for the rest of the system). I recently built a new 6-core system (with a Core i5 8600k), but now Camera Raw is back only exporting two photos at once, with lots of extra cores just sitting idle.Any idea why this would be happening? Is it possible to fix it?More info and screenshots:Current 6-core computer is running the current version of Windows 10. Previous computers have been both Windows and Macs.Processor affinity settings have all 6 cores available to Photoshop. This problem still occurs with Photoshop as the only running application.Photoshop CC 2019Screenshot of saving images from Camera Raw on quad-core Macbook Pro, exporting 3 images simultaneously:Screenshot (well, photo of screen) sho
Is there a lens profile that I can apply to Mavic 2 Pro Camera Raw images?
Hi.I have a SONY RX100M5A and am currently running PSE 15. I downloaded 19 as a trial and found that it also did not recognize ARW files. Also, I do not know how to download ACR's. It looks like I need version 10.5 according to the list of supported cameras.Any insight?Abe

Hi Everyone,I've just run across a big problem with PS-CC 2019 ACR. I took an image into ACR and was going to make some vertical and horizontal corrections to straighten up the photo. I clicked on the Transform Tool icon and then started to move the Vertical Slider to make the adjustment. The tool instead of keeping the proportions and correcting the distortion, started stretching the photo, taking the photo completely out of proportion. Instead of rotating the photo and keeping the proportions correct it stretched the photo completely out of shape ... really weird! It makes the tool useless. The ICONS on top of the Transform Tool Panel work as normal, but the vertical and horizontal tools (sliders) are a mess!!! Completely different the PS-CC 2018. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm using an 27" iMac, macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra, 32 GB Ram memory, and 1TB hard drive with 560GB free. Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 6
I want to correct for lens distortion in photos taken with a Canon lens 10-18.It is not in the list of lenses in the menu.I am currently using the free-trial Lightroom on my MacBook. Is it possible to include other lens profiles to the software?I tried correcting with the 10-22 profile, but it is not giving the desired result. Best is the correction when the slider is at zero. I would expect the optimal result in 100% correction?
Hi GuysI ordered XT3 today, and after that I noticed, that my Lightroom CC 2015.14 [ 1149743 ] and Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 11.0 (11.0 (20120830.r.32025)) x32 aren't able to read RAF files from this camera (checked on samples available on dpreview.com) . Is there any option to fix it? Of course Capture One 11 Express Fuji works well and perfectly recognize xt3 RAF files, but I really don't want and need another software just for a little part of my common job which i prefer and like LR & PSE. The strange thing is that I installed CameraRaw 10.5 but PSE still informs that he used Camera Raw 7.4.
HI, So I can't find my user presets in the designated folder. Only the standard ones seem to be there. I want to copy my own presets to another computer since we dont have the option to sync anymore. But where are my own XMP files?

Hi,Camera Raw won't open from Bridge, it partially opens but the picture never is shown. I have cleaned my caches and tried reinstalling a few times. Thanks!
I Just updated to ACR version 11.0. The text below the camera raw image (where you click to see the workflow options) is not showing the bit depth, although the Workflow Options bit depth is set to 16. The previous version included the bit dept. Thanks for any suggestions.
I have Photoshop Elements 11 and a new Sony RX100M5. Elements doesn't open raw-images. Which CameraRaw version I should download? Or is there some other solution? Or can it be solved?
me puede alguien indicar como abrir archivos RAW de Nikon en photoshop
Hello,I just bought the new Canon EOS M50, which saves the pictures in .cr3-files. Normaly I used the DNG Converter to convert all my photos to .dng-files.But now, I can not even select one of them to convert. Is it possible that this file format is not yet supported? (I did not find a list with all supported formats...)Does anyone know, when this format will be supported? (The camera is available since february this year...)Is there another way to convert this type of file?I am happy for every answer I get. Maybe someone has a hint for me.
In PS CC 2018, I didn't like the changes that I made to be saved to a separate XMP file. I had changed the option so that it saved to the file and no longer created additional files. I updated to PS CC 2019, and for some reason all of my settings reverted back as if I had never changed them. I am no trying to change the XMP option again, but it is no longer there and I am unsure where to find it. I know before it was in one of these two boxes but I don't know where it is now. Could anyone help with this?
The latest version of ACR (CC 2019) is adding a terrible green tint when I use Auto WB. I use this for every photo I take to get a good baseline and tweak as necessary. The latest version is making all my images green! The files are much closer to correct when imported. I shoot RAW so no camera processing. It doesn't matter which Profile I choose, Adobe's or my camera's. I'm on a Mac, OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). I've used PS for years and have never had issues with Auto WB.
I am confused.I have to process some RAW images, taken with a Panasonic DMC-GF1 (yeah, it is an oldie, but that's beyond my control). When the image opens in the Camera RAW plug-in 10.5, I see the warning stating that the camera profile is not installed.Looking in /Users/<myname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRAW/CameraProfiles/Camera/ I do indeed not see a folder Panasonic DMC-GF1 (or similar). This would then explain the warning. Now, on the page listing the supported cameras in CameraRAW, the Panasonic DMC-GF1 is listed. So, where are these profiles??Are they hidden in another folder, or is there a camera whose profiles do support the DMC-GF1?Confusion totale.Otherwise, where can I get those profiles? Can they be found on the Adobe FTP Server?Any hint and indicator to find those profiles is highly appreciated.Max.
I just loaded PSE 9 onto a Windows 10 pc, and I cannot open RAW files. (I had this issue before, and was able to fix it by downloading a Camera raw update, ver 6.5.)I have camera raw 6.1 currently installed. I have downloaded the camera raw 6.5 update several times now, but it is not updating. Any suggestions? ( I am reloading PSE 9 on the same pc on which I initially had this issue due to inability to access any of the help menus, which is still not working. At this point, if I can restore the ability to edit raw files, I'll cut my losses and be happy.)Thank you for any help!
Is there any way to move or group multiple Camera Raw presets into a folder simultaneously using Adobe Camera Raw 11? Preferably I would like to do this in ACR without any third party software.I need to organise my presets and moving them one-by-one will be quite time consuming.
Running WIN 7.0 Home; CS6; ACR 9.0Located a lens profile file [Rokinon F3.5 8mm Nikon D7100.lcp] and copied it to the following directoryC:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\DownloadedBUT when I open ACR with a NEF shot with that lens on a Nikon D7200, that profile choice does NOT show. Please advise where to put this lens profile file so that I can use it with the Rok 8mm f:\3.5ThanksDoug
Hi, I have a problem with the last camera raw actualization, when I open my image with the camera raw filter, It always make my photoshop collapse, so I have to restart the program. Please tell me that I am not the only one.
This is specifically about .dcp and .dcpr files. The question: When I open a raw DNG file in ACR or Lightroom and apply a custom color profile created with a Color Checker and the DNG Profile Editor, will that custom profile remain applied to the file when it is opened by another user? In other words do custom profiles stay with a file? The background: I was shooting in very weird mixed lighting so I created a custom profile with the DNG Profile Editor. The client wants DNG files. So, how do I ensure that the client gets the custom color profile along with the DNG files? Does the profile become part of the file?
