I like the Reflection Removal tool and after kind of seeing how the algorithm works, I had a thought to see how it would work to remove the hazy remnants of a fence, that zoo photographers struggle to completely blur out. This would be an absolute blessing to zoo photographers if the Reflection Removal tool could be refined as a Fence Removal tool. Check out the results!

With the move of the Enhance feature to the Detail subpanel, ACR no longer provides estimated times for Denoise, RAW Details, or Super Resolution. I assume the programmers simply forgot it, so I'm submitting it as a bug.

I would like to see an option to merge photos for multiple exposure in the Photo Merge section.  It could have the typical options for merging, such as Additive, Average, Bright, and Dark.    

Hi!   Been wondering why we dont have Lens Flare/reflection remover option for the AI, like on newer samsung phone's it's build in but it's not the best always. And it would be better if you could already in the app remove flares and mirroring.   That's about it&#x1f605 I'll be waiting.  

Hello, why the point color dropper in Camera Raw doesn't have the loupe? Always shortcomings about same tools between Camera Raw, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.

TLDR: A future Camera Raw update is needed to support the Flexible Color profile, specifically for the Nikon Zf. Firmware 2.0 for the Nikon Zf, released last month, finally enabled Flexible Color – a feature/"profile" that has been available on the Z6III for over a year now. See screenshots on the specific .dcp file I'm referring to.   Z6III RAW files can access the Flexible Color profile in LrC/LR, enabling one to actually "use" the 'recipe'/flexible look as a starting point when editing RAWs. The Zf does not support this profile, and only an update to LrC/LR/Camera Raw, specifically to enable this setting. I own Micro43 and compact cameras, where lens profiles are integrated in RAW files. With software like Capture One Pro, I can easily enable or disable theses built-in profiles. Actually, there is even a slider allowing to enable 0% or 100% of the built-in profile, and whatever percentage in between.In LR (CC, Classic or LR6), the checkox for enabling or disabling profiles does not work with built-in profiles, which always stay enabled. This seriously limits the possibilities of several cameras which possibilities get unleashed by actual RAW developpers like Capture One Pro.I'm actually a COP user (after switching from LR) but DAM sucks with COP and this built-in lens profile thing is the only deal breaker for me to come back. So please let users disable built-in lens profiles, or at least offer workarounds.As a workaround, a dumb "zero" profile that would replace the built-in one (not coming on top of it) could do the job.

When I use DNG converter,  it slows down my computer. I always go to task manager and reduce the priority of the task, to be able to use my computer while it's converting files. Why not add a priotiry setting to the application itself?

  there is any way I can change the toolbar in to the left part of the screen? I'm left-handed and I can't see nothing what I'm doing while working in a screen tablet   Thanks.

I would love to be able to set "crop" presets. I am a notoriously crooked shooter, and if I could have a preset that corrected my natural tendency for crooked images it would be awesome!

I’ve been a long-time user of Camera Raw and greatly appreciate its capabilities. However, with the growing prevalence of vertical media (e.g., social platforms, mobile displays), editing portrait-oriented images on a horizontal monitor—or even a vertically rotated secondary monitor—feels limiting.Currently, the fixed Adjustment Panel takes up significant space, forcing the image preview to remain smaller than optimal. In contrast, Premiere Pro allows flexible monitor setups (e.g., rotating a secondary monitor vertically) to better preview vertical content. For Camera Raw, I’d love to see either:   Undockable Adjustment Panel: Ability to move the panel to a secondary monitor (like other Adobe panels), or Hideable Panel Option: A toggle to temporarily hide the panel for a full-screen preview. This would drastically improve workflow efficiency, especially for photographers and editors working extensively with vertical compositions. Is this a feature under consideration? If not, I’

I'm new to photography and I love that lenses are automatically detected, however, one of my lenses doesn't provide any information to my camera. The Venus Optics Laowa 60mm Super Macro lens is in the database, however I would like to be able to designate it in such a way that I don't have to go through all three fields to find it each time I apply lens correction to a photo. This could take the form of a recent list of applied lens profiles, or a favorites list, or let me specify an inventory of lenses I use that I can just pick from.   As a new photographer, I only have one lens that doesn't communicate with the camera (Sony a7c), however, I would imagine others with more vintage lenses, converters, etc. would have encountered this issue with some regularity. If having to drill through three lists per photo is already bothering me this much I can't even imagine how much more it would affect someone doing this professionally.

Please add lens profiles for tilt shift lens. Specifically I'd love to see one for a Canon TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II Tilt-Shift Lens. However, I'm sure a lot of other would love see a lens profile for varieties of tilt-shifts. Thanks

For some reason 'edge aware' editing has been removed for 360° equirectangular DNG images which creates a seem when editing. However if you open a JPG from the same camera and use the Camera Raw filter it does use 'edge aware' but obviously you have lost all the extra colour data.Support says it is becasue it is not recognised as a 'REAL'  360° image because the camera is 'not on the supported list', but this was never  a problem for the past 5+ years. The JPGs are recognised as 'real' but DNG's are not from the same camera. If this is down to meta data conflicts then a simple 'edge-aware' button would be an easy solution to tell it that it is an 'real' 360° equirectangular file. It seems Adobe is against 360 photograpy as it removed the 3D editing feature not so long ago?

The addition of HSL controls for the adjustment brush and the gradient tools would be a wonderful advancement and offer LR another great feature set that I'm sure would come in handy for the vast majority of Lightroom users.

There is an option to delete all metadata except copyright (or copyright and contact info) when exporting the JPG files, which is really usefull. But there is one filed, the create date (when the photograph was taken), which would be fantastic to keep in addition to the copyright info. I use multiple cameras, and have to edit, export and send my photos multiple times during an event. But I want to have my pictures in my final gallery in chronological order. Which is only possible if I keep all metadata when I'm exporting from ACR, and do two additional stpes with a third party software: renaming the files based on the creation date, and delete all metadata, except copyright info, after rename is done. It would be super useul to have a new option in the drop-down list to keep this metadata field in addition to copyright info to avoid the additional steps. Hi, I make and have many customers who use cameras that I have converted from color to monochrome by removing the Color Filter Array (CFA) and microlenses. A monochrome converted camera has higher spatial and contrast resolution than the same color camera.  Currently, some customers use the utility Monochrome2DNG to convert the camera RAW to a 16 bit monochrome DNG file without debayering (pixel for pixel conversion).  It would be nice if the Adobe DNG converted added monochrome support for DNG creation without debayering as well.  Currently, if you use the Adobe converter on a monochrome camera, you can easily see the debayering on the DNG file where you lose definition.  Maybe a simple switch like '-M' for monochrome / no debayering conversion.

Hi I just got lightroom and I think it would be great if a future update would include the following: 1) The ability to sync the 'tint' colour adjustment without affecting the colour temperature when syncing multiple photos 2) somehow making it easier to import presets from ACR into lightroom, I have about 20 and it was a pain in the butt to bring them all over to lightroom 😃 Thanks for listening xx

When most users turn day photos into night photos, the radial gradient tool is used to add light to a fixture in the scene. In architectural and landscape lighting, most of the fixtures are spot lights. The radial gradient feature requires a ton of editing to the mask to make it work and the end resulkt isnt that great. I would love a point gradient mask.   One point is the light bulb, the opposite point would be the total throw distance of the light. That point would also get spreader points to make the triangle shaped spot light throw narrow or wide. Taking it to the next level would also add an internal point which would create the hot spot of the light. This would be another point gradient from the light source to the top of the hot spot

As mentioned: i create object selection masks very often in my ACR workflow and it drives me insane to move there the mouse evey time (even worse there's more than one click necessacry).Is there any hidden posibility to assign a shortcut?OT: no individual shortcuts in LR/ACR are the biggest disadvantage in this ecosystem. I'd love to change LRs "R" (why) to the wayyy more logical "C" (Crop) like in ACR and PS...

In the ACR 17.1 denoise not using dng copies of rawfiles its impossible to do editing tasks during the denoising process. in acr 17. one could start a batch of many files and when the first dng was denoised i could start editing it while the rest of the pictures continued denoising. The acr 17.1 denoising procesess is very time consuming. If you make a batch of, say 10 pictures, you have to wait until they are finished before it possible to go further with editing. Please let's have both options

The JXL lib support the target_size option to target a file size when encoding.It would be nice to have it as the option -jxl_taget_size in the command line of "Adobe DNG Converter". libxjl source

Pleae add to the AI ​​NR one slider for a separate additional adjustment of the noise in shadows. I shoot on cheap cameras/smartphone, and this is too much the difference between the noise in the shadows and other areas.If I increase the main slider above to clean the shadows, then the middle tones and lights become "plastic" that I do not want to be.... Hi Adobe,  Masking in Camera raw and Lightroom is great, especially the possibility to combine selections (with +Add, -Substract). However, it has been my long time frustration of slow down performance of the application when combining/stacking complex masks  based on  several AI powered "obect select" or "select people", "select background" and similar.  Feature request: please add possibility to "flatten", "merge selections", you name it,  stacked selections into  single masks.  In UI ith can be  next to "invert mask".    In other words for instance instaed of: Mask1    +Select subject   +Select object   - Substract background    +Select People   -Substruct gradient ... etc merge mask!: Mask1  +Merged mask   Save the planet from overheating by our PCs.
