I am trying to change the meeting info title. It saves and is visible in the "manage meeting information" but yet when I place participants on hold it still reads the old title. I have in-fact ended the meeting after the change, waited 20 minutes and tried again. Still the same problem. Please help. Thanks

Hardware: MBP RetinaSoftware: OSX 10.9.2 Chrome 34.0.1847.116 (up-to-date)I have made 12 offline recordings in the past with no trouble. Suddenly, this week, the recording process has stopped working. I have read every article I can find on this issue including the ones on resizing that might potentially explain this. I am not doing any resizing during the recording process.Here are the new symptoms:(1) When I start the recording process, there are long loading delays. Both right after I click "make flv" to start the process, and also after I dismiss the screensize warning dialog, there is a 30-second to 1-minute delay where nothing happens.(2) After the video plays back (which works just fine) the file that is created will not open in VLC, nor can it be interpreted by youtube. I am looking for help on redirecting the login page to another page that does SSO for us. I have the documentation from Breeze on how to do this but it is not very clear and when attempted my Adobe Connect Server doesn't work. If anybody can help me that would be great. Is there a wasy for users that aren't members of our organisation to have the ability to log in to a module to take a test with the ability to certify the user after completion?

Hi all,to my understanding, event management in Adobe Connect Central is not enabled if you have not installed a cq server. Is that correct? What kind of functionality one loses if chooses not to install cq. Please have in mind that the server ismainly for meeting purposes.Thanks,FotisP.S. 1. Using the adobe connect web services, can the meeting rooms be embedded into my own website? so that I can use my own domain name?2. A colleague will be presenting a webinar using a MacBook Pro and I will be facilitating from our office.  This is the third in a series she is doing and we have had no problems in the past.  However, when we did our dry run yesterday I could hear her but she could not hear me.  She is currently travelling in Europe, so I tested the sound on another colleague's laptop (also a MacBook) and there were no problems.  Any ideas as to why my colleague in Europe could not hear me?  She said her speakers were on and she was not using a headset.

hi,i would like each participiant see partially different video during video conference. It is like a name of the participiant on the screen or different logo for each participiant. I'm watching a webinar from the US, and the video will not play smoothly, stopping constantly. The system is apparently operating normally and I've done the Adobe Connect test and it says everything is fine, with new add-on installed. Is there anything else I can do to stop the video pausing?

I was working with a client, have Adobe Connect 9, they were using IE 9 and were not able to access any other web browser. I had provided them with the download link for the add-in and they said their IT person had installed it. When I gave them rights to share the screen, they choose Share screen but never got a popup window asking them if they wanted to choose an Application or their desktop. So they couldn't share screen. We tried logging off and logging back on still no luck.Is this a known issue? Where we doing something wrong?What is the solution? Thanks in advance.

Using the adobe connect SDK ot Flash Builder, is there any way I can customize Adobe Connect to have an EASY Share button for a browser window (IE). People in my department have a hard time sharing their screen and I want to make it easier.Is there any way to do this?Thanks,Andrew

I have created a room that will be open to the public and is configured for access to anyone with the URL. Currently, they still must pass through the login page and enter a Name. Is there a way to do either of the following: A) create a URL that bypasses the login screen and automatically goes to the room itself, or B) remove the Name field from the login screen for this room so that attendees need only click the Enter Room button?

how much does it cost to maintain adobe connect

Hi.  I want to make a custom pod for connect and I have flashbuilder.Can I use AS3 or must I use AS2?And do you know any good additional sources and or tutorial on doing this or on building custom pods?Thanks!

I tried three other microphones and nothing worked. It was working fine and just stopped working. I hadn't changed anything. Extremely frustrated. Had to cancel a meeting after we paid to have the presenter here...

We do a lot of webinars/training with people in canada (we are in NY) and we also do them with peopel across the us.  With webex there is a toll and toll free charge does this apply to adobe connect?  How does the connection phone call work? Also, if everyone decides to joing by live video is there an additional charge to connect that way too?

Hello,Since we upgraded to 9.2 a couple weeks ago, my colleague has been unable to upload MP3 files to share pods within our meeting room from his Mac.  When he emails me the exact same files, I have no trouble uploading them from my PC, and the music plays just fine.  Prior to the upgrade, he was able to do this with no problems.Is there a solution that will enable him to upload MP3 files again?  Thank you for your help.

I have completed the form to request a trial of Adobe Connect and a message appears to say that the request cannot be processed, but without any reasoning as to why...

Is there a way to organize multiple existing polls?  I use Adobe Connect for my classroom and have set up quite a few polls to check comprehension.  Am I missing some easy way to organize those polls or is the only option the way that Adobe Connect automatically organizes them?

This week I'm not able to use my microphone because the Audio Menu is no longer displaying. It was there last week, and not it's gone. Any ideas on what caused this? I'm not using VoIP; there is no dial-in for users. Let me know what other informtion would be helpful in troubleshooting this. Thanks.
