Has anyone seen any examples Flex or Flash with Flex wrapper? Or maybe has a code of freely Draggable objects synced between users in Adobe connect? I want attendees to be able just to drag objects on the canvas... I have Flash AS3 file with draggable symbols and collaboration libraries added to the file... but strugling with the code...

In the Adobe Connect mobile ap, I do not see that it allows you to start (and end) the meeting recording?  This is one critical hosting feature that I do not see supported. Am I missing it?

We have 150 clients using Fedora Linuix. Last month everything worked fine without the add-in installed. Now when users try to enable audio controls it requires the Add-IN to install. Which of course doesn't work. While we attempt to use some the myriad of workarounds thought I'd post this thread. Did something change in Connect that now reauires the Add-In? Why do I need Connect Add-in? We purchased Connect with the understanding that it worked on ALL operating systems.

I need to try the Connect without the add-in. In application folder there's Adobe Connect add-in shortcut but it doesn't lead anywhere ('original item cannot be found'). Still it says 'add-in is installed'  when i open a meeting.Thanks for your help!Janne

I'm using Connect 8.When I click start my webcam, I can see the video in the preview block. But when I click "Start sharing", I got a black screen, no video, but audio is heard.The video source is a camcorder, connecting to a capture card(AVerMedia C027) through HDMI.This problem occurs recently. I can normally broadcast video and audio last week, using the same computer.How can I solve this problem?

Does anyone have any idea how much bandwidth a meeting consumes? Obviosuly, it will depend on the media shared, but I was wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark figure. We run our classes with PPT presentations and audio, but no video.Thanks.

My company is hosting Adobe Connect onsite and we are trying to get the Adobe Connect Mobile app working in our development environment.  Unfortunately when I try to connect to a room right now I enter the meeting url, hit NEXT, on the next screen I enter my login and password (secure login checked, though I have tried it without), hit enter and it just alternated between connecting to meeting and trying alternate server before finally giving me a connection error.  Below is a synopsis of everything, but basically has anyone run into this?  I've found almost nothing searching online, either in terms of forum posts or support documentation.ProblemWhen attempting to connect to Adobe Connect from the Adobe Connect Mobile iPhone app after credentials have been entered the app alternates between connecting to meeting and trying alternate server before finally giving up and saying Network Error.Our System Adobe ConnectWe are hosting adobe connect on site7.5 (SP1 is not install

My first question is just a very general question on how everyone organizes the folder structure for meetings in their organization.  From what I can tell there are only two possible places to put meetings, either Shared Meetings or User Meetings.  If someone is given the Meeting Host group then they automatically have a folder created for them in User Meetings with their login.  That seems great if you actually want everyone to be a meeting host, but for our organization (we are still getting to know Adobe Connect) at the moment we would like to create a meeting for a user and then assign them to the meeting as a host.  Where would you put these meetings?  Here is what I have been thinking of as the possible optionsPut the individual meetings in the Shared Meetings folder (any harm, does that open up the permissions on them in any way)Create individual folders in t he Users Meetings (or temporarily assign a user to the Meeting Host group) and create the meetin

Is anyone else having trouble with edited recordings not displaying properly? I have two recordings from April 3 meetings that are not displaying properly once they are edited. The original meetings are displaying and playing correctly. Once I edit and save, the recording will not display my shared content, video, or chat. The audio still seems to come through properly. I've had the opposite problem in the past - video displays properly with no audio, but never the video problems and never just the edited recordings.

Has anyone connected multiple microphones to a Connect session via external mixer? If so, are there any problems in getting Flash to see the input?

I have a single page form (in a pdf) that contains several text fields. I have three copies of this pdf form where I have filled in the text fields with unique information. Now I would like to combine the three pdfs into a single, three-page pdf, However, I encountered a problem. When I combine the pdfs the text fields of form two and three assume the information of form one. In other words, when I combine the three pdfs I get a pdf with three forms with the exact same text information. How do I accomplish my goal of combining the three pdfs without the text information changing?

Hi everyone, One of our instructors encountered a new problem yesterday. The instructor and some -- but not all -- of her students could see all of the pods and interact normally, but other participants could only see a black screen. No one had difficulties logging in and everyone could hear normally, but a significant number of students couldn't see any pods.Our coures are running Adobe Connect 8.2.0.0 with the Add-in disabled on a hosted server. Greetings!I have a user who deleted a meeting that had several recordings attached to it. Is there any way to recover the meeting, or at least the recordings? I can't find anything in the Connect admin controls nor the help system about recovering deleted items.Thanks!
