dears, can we control the meeting duration by the Adobe connect pro ? i mean that if i want to create a meeting with certain time between two persons who i will invite, and after this certain time the meeting will close/finish without any handling, controlling or preventing it by those two persons, i'm the administrator and only who can do that. i need this meeting to be forced close after the meeting duration. pleeeeease help, thanks in advance.

Has anyone else experienced very long delays in screen sharing? My actions are taking at least 30 seconds to be shown to participants and the connection to the Connect server regularly breaks. It's made it impossible to give any presentations and has been quicker to email screenshots through to people during a live presentation! My Internet connection is fine with several speed test websites showing at least 2.5Mbps dl and 384Kbps ul. Latency is <1ms according to Connect. The local preview of the screenshare is running about 10-15 seconds behind. Thanks, Gary.

I am working in Presenter 6 and would like to disable the left and bottom navigation panels. In the Themes editor, it just allows you to remove the side navigation, but not the bottom. Any ideas? Thanks! - Andrea

Hello, When I try to login in to connect to start a new meeting it is logging me in as a guest and will not let me start a new meeting. I have no idea how or why this happened. Any idea's on how to reset my connect account or correct this problem. I cannot find how to contact Adobe to talk with them about this. Thanks...

I have an .avi video file in a ppt presentation, which when I publish to Breeze the audio/video are out of sync with one another. Can this be fixed? If not, is there a easy (free) way to convert an .avi video file to a supported Breeze format (swf or flv)? Help!!! Eric

Can I upload Captivate multiple times to Adobe Connect PRO? I am creating a program in Captivate, asking for feedback from users, and making changes based on their feedback.

I'm running Outlook 2003 with Win XP and had the "attach as adobe pdf" toolbar in Outlook disappear. I've tried some reverse remove instructions (e.g., moving registry values to 2 (I left it at 3), reinstalling it, etc.) but nothing has worked. It was there yesterday and gone today. Any help to get it back would be appreciated. ~David

Our problem is randomly "locked" meeting rooms. Once this happens you can not connect to meeting room and connect says the meeting room needs to be re-launched. How do I do this? Problem is very annoying if you have prepared a meeting room and exit the room and all sudden this happens. So far the only solution I have found for this is to reboot the server. Not very practical way especially if there are simultaneous meetings going on... Is this a bug or what has happened? Should we always "end meeting" instead of "exit meeting" as a host?

Hi there, I was trying to share my screen through ConnectNow with FlashPlayer 9 installed on a Windows Server 2003 machine with IE7 as the browser. Everything appeared fine until when I clicked the Share my screen button. It required a ConnectNow plugin and needed my Yes. It tried to download a plugin and suddenly popped a message 'A download error occurred. Try to download it again ?' and this kept on repeating and the plugin wasn't downloaded and I couldn't share my computer screen. I tried to manually download the plugin by searching in Adobe.com site, but failed miserably. Any help is greatly appreaciated. Thanks in advance, Prudhvi

Just curious. "Parkland Bob" created a doorbell for Adobe Connect Pro. When a host or presenter presses the doorbell, it rings for the individual pressing the doorbell AND the host and presenters on the other end. How do you make a shared swf file do that?

Hello, I’ve successfully created a Captivate project but when I add it to Adobe Connect Training I can only get the .swf to play if I don’t include the skin options (playbar). With the playbar all the loads in Adobe Connect is the playbar and no movie. Am I doing something wrong when publishing the original Captivate Project? Thanks.

Is there a way to share PDFs with meeting participants? Secondly, if we *can't* share PDFs, is there a way to turn them into .swf files so they *can* be shared?

I had someone upload some content into a meeting so that I could then move it to content and then download it onto my computer. Somehow, the files accidentally got moved to meetings and now I the only choices I have are to move them around in the meeting folders. I need to be able to move them to Content an download them. Help!

I have a PowerPoint presentation with an embedded .wmv sound file. It plays properly on the Host's PC, but the Participants don't hear it, even though microphone audio transmits properly. Is there a way to play such embedded sound files in Connect? Or am I trying to do something that isn't supported? Thanks much!

I have uninstalled and re-installed both AcrobatAir and FlashPlayer (latter using the flash-uninstall utility) but AcrobatConnect still says that it requires Flash-v9.0.47 or better. The Flash-v10 is the current download. Acrobat Connect will not run. There are no pop-up or Active-X pop-ups indicating any problem or failure.

My coworker has recorded a few Adobe Connect presentations and most of them work well. However, when you play back two of them, the sound is out of sync with the video and it's unwatchable. Any ideas what might cause this?
