Creative Cloud Services

I am about to start a co-op job with my University, and they are giving me an adobe account that they want me to use while working for them. I have my own account already where I have projects that I am currently working on. If I log into my schools account on my computer will any of my projects on my personal account be lost or will this cause any complications? Also, what's the easiest way of going about switching between accounts to work on both my co-op work with the school and my personal projects? Is it as simple as just logging in and out between accounts? Thanks. Also a side piece of info, the personal project I am working on currently is in Premiere Pro, and I will also be using Premiere as well as Photoshop and InDesign for my co-op job. 

Albums from October to December contents are missing....NO images there or in my "all images" folder.  where are they and how do I get all this work back?  

HI All,I'm having an issue syncing CC to my local network drive. I didn't have this issue before with the same drive and setup but now when I change the folder location it give me this error."Sync is not supported on network locations. Please choose a different folder."Can someone please tell me what the issue.Thx

Hi all Setting up Adobe Spark to be able to create custom web assets - great - except, the file sizes aren't optimised when export. I've created a banner template for a web page at X2 resolution, but on saving it's coming out at over 4mb!  In Photoshop I'd save it at around 50% compression which is then around 400kb. Really need an option to set the export compression rate when saving as a JPEG. Come on Adobe... too basic. Also it's really buggy when naming templates too - I name one, then it also renames the other.... tried in 2 browsers - really annoying. And also - where's the 'Spark' community area, there isn't one? hence why posting here....

Theres a try option on adobe creative cloud right? I just got the program so Im new to It.I cant try apps It always says , retry Installing Animate (using adobe animate for an example)Instalation Failed. Anybody Know how to fix this?

I'm trying to figure out how to use creative cloud properly. I currently have troubles keeping track of my file management.  One problem I encountered is that is I can't find how to prevent syncing. I have raw video materials on one computer, but I don't want these files to be synced across all my devices (only on request, similar to onedrive). How can I do that?

Hi, my Creative Cloud Library just stopped working, I am not able to reach it at my mac, it says that I have to log on on creative cloud but I supposedly am (although have to do it each 5 min), what can I do?I have tried already everything that is said here even uninstall and reinstall it again... My license is counting and I am not using it...

Bonjour j'ai installé le créative cloud mais malgré une installation assez facile le creative cloud refuse de s'ouvrir.Il est systématiquement noté «creative cloud met un temps anormalement long veuillez réessayer » donc je ressaie et après plusieurs essai le logiciel propose de réparer ce que j accepte mais ca reste toujours au même points.Impossible de profiter d'aucune appli sans le creative cloud.J'essaie de contacter le service client mais pareil ça semble mission impossible.Et pour annuler mon abonnement on me demande un paiement anticipé pour les 11 mois restants.Est ce que quelqu un a une piste ?

I'd like to schedule file syncing for times when I'm not already asking my Macbook Pro to do some heavy lifting. I don't see an option for this – does anyone have a workaround?Similarly, I'd like to exclude certain folders from the sync process. Other backup/sync options offer this – how can I implement something similar?  Thanks!

Recently, I swapped my OS drive for a new one and during installation I discovered that none of my Adobe apps were being detected on Creative Cloud. I have tried multiple solutions such as switching the install language, changing the default install location to where the current apps are, tried reinstalling the apps to see if they detected that the files were already present and added ".old" to the opm.db file to no avail. I have checked to see if the apps work (they do). Any help would be appreciated.

J'utilise la synchronisation de fichiers depuis plus de 3 ans sur un poste principal et 1 poste en télétravail, depuis 9 mois uniquement 1 seul poste. Tout s'est toujours très bien passé.Depuis plusieurs semaines, le nombre de fichiers à synchroniser, passe de quelques dizaines à plusieurs centaines. Le flow de production de fichiers est sensiblement similaire par rapport aux mois précédents. Désormais je suis passé à plusieurs dizaines de milliersle nombre de fichiers synchronisé augmente très lentement et à la moindre veille ou arrêt du poste, retour à la case départ.En résumé la synchro est lente et n'arrive jamais au bout...Solutions déjà testées :- déconnexion / reconnexion au compte- suppression des fichiers locaux et distants (purge des archives) -> augmentation directe du nombre de fichiers à synchroniser- désinstallation de CC/ mise à jour.....Problème toujours là (idem : https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/sync-is-extremely-slow/td-p/8875455?page=1)HELP&

CANNOT UPLOAD FOLDERS? SERIOUSLY? I dont have time to recreate all my folders and import file by file. For 3 TB of folders?? This is unacceptable and I will terminate my storage today. (one day user!) Any way-- at all to upload folders? Suggestions-work arounds-cheats?

Hi, I had been suspecting for a while that the 100GB cloud storage did not indicate the right usage amount. I cleared ALL my Creative Cloud documents, libaries etc. (including the online bin), and the cloud storage still indicates 41,3 GB used. Are there any Adobe employees that can look into this for me please?

I have the creative cloud app on my laptop Trying to export the brushes I created in capture so I can import it to my ps cs6. I can not get any files out of cc. I usually have to save them as a jpg and load it that way. Having illustrations as jpgs I can eirkbwith but not brushes. CC does not appear in my ps. Loading brushes the std way doesn't work as CC doesn't appear there. Can't copy or load the brushes into a seoerate file Any suggestions

As the title describes, if I open any adobe app before, during, or after uploading a video on youtube, the upload process is paused/stops. The only way I found to fix the problem is by restarting the PC and uploading the video without opening any adobe app.  Any advice?

It makes me want to never use Adobe again. You can't even terminate the processes because they start running seconds later. I've always used Adobe software 1-2 times a month. Why does it need to run in the background 24/7 eating up my memory? There's like 6 Adobe processes running at all times. It's extremely frustrating and invasive. I disabled all the settings to prevent it from starting on startup, yet the processes STILL run on startup. Way to go with your user-experience, Adobe. I Google this issue and find pages of people complaining about the same thing with no solution.

I use Creative Cloud through my university. I had Ps, Pr, and Ae downloaded on my old Mac. I recently got a new Mac and I logged into Creative Cloud with my same school email and downloaded the same apps. When I went to use Photoshop on my new Mac, I was told I needed to buy the app. I checked and my monthly payment for CC went through already.  I opened up my plan statement on both laptops to have a side by side view and my old one says I have CC All Apps, while my new laptop only says I have Adobe for Enterprise. The information does not match even though I am signed into the same account. How do I fix this and get access to the apps I've been using without being charged twice?  Thanks,Z

Hi, I have a difficult situation here which I'm worried about. For a year, I've had a free access to the Adobe Creative software as I've had a free student suscription(in simple words free access to Adobe Creative Cloud using my old uni email address) the suscriptionfor that has ended today but it has my work on there and I've saved all of my work onto my laptop and USB. I am now at a new university which I can get a deal for the creative cloud service, can I still access my work from my old uni account using my new uni account? Will there be any updates? or could I recover my work? I'm afraid to lose my work and my progress.

What is the best way to storage photos and images, when you work with huge amount photos and videos?I work on a iMac 2017 and use mostly Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and primiere Pro.

Pls fix this, it was rather frustrating. I dont want any files in my program files or program files (X86) or my local documents folder. I Want all associated files to be self contained in the new install location off of C:/ drive.
