Creative Cloud Services

Hi all,I recently signed up for the basic Lighroom plan. It included 20GB online storage. As soon as I installed LR desktop, I noticed the Cloud desktop app tells me storage is 61% full already. Clicking through to see on Cloud Web / "Your work" I literally have zero files synced. How is it that the service thinks I've used 12GB?

Dear ComunityI have a completely empty <Creative Cloud File> folder and a mirrored online <Creative Folder> where there are no file even on the trash bin. Display show: 0 byte of 100Gb Used. Despite this,  I have a persistent synchronous error which keeps appearing every time I launch the sync.  When I try to I launch sync this is the message...I don't know what is this PPE....   Both folder, online and on my desktop are empty.I don't know how to solve this annoying error.Thank you. 

My 'Creative Cloud' crashed /corrupted on my Mac and once it was 'fixed' I'd lost my Photoshop licence. Now there is noi support topic for this and despite several tantalising suggestions on the adobe website that it might be possible to get support from someone at Adobe (i.e. someone that knows my account/licence status) there is never any way to do so. There is even a page where a Chat option is clearly stated to be available, but nowhere to be found.This is arrogant of Adobe to do business without supporting their customers at all. I can't believe anyone still uses their software.

Has anyone experienced repeated logouts by Creative Cloud Desktop App? The result is that I have to sign in again and I lose whatever I had been working on - and I have to login again. This happens every 15-30 minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. I am running Mac OS 10.14.6 on a 2017 MacBook Pro (16 G 2133 MHz LPDDR3). The only help I have received from Support is a link to download my 3 most used apps without CC. Can't access fonts. My subscription for 1 year has 10 months left.... Any experience resolving this problem --- anyone?

what kind of stylus or pen do I need for it to work in those apps?

I wanted to add album to Adobe Portfolio and received this error: "Unable to import: Album contains too many assets adobe portfolio."There are 1 490 pictures. What is maximum for one album to import? Thank you. 

Can I run Photoshop and lightroom without having Creative cloud installed? Creative cloud is extremely slow running in spite of a very fast internet connection, causing delays and Interfering with my work. Also I do not want my work stored in the cloud for security reasons. Thank you for any advice or help.John

Hi,I asked this question before however people always assume I am referring to lightroom and give me an answer related to that. I would like to automatically back-up photos taken from the camera in my phone to Adobe Creative Cloud (nothing to do with lightroom, photoshop or any other app) Is this possible?If so I will upgrade to a 1TB plan and use CC to backup my photos, as Google's unlimited storage will stop from 2021.

Hello,after all these years I recently discovered Adobe Portfolio and the oportunity to create a free website.However, I cannot find any source / help department / forum that offers any help for especially that.It's usually straight forward, but there are a few road blocks I would like to address. Can anyone direct me to the right forum or has any experience with it?It would be highly appreciated Thanks

It`s been a day since i get the message "unable to reach adobe servers", i have already unninstalled and installed creative cloud.I need to download some adobe font for a project.Very unhappy with this error, i cannot access my apps through creative cloud because it says i'm "offline", which i'm not.

When I open my AI design file on another mac which contains linked images. It tells me the images are missing and need to be relinked.  This seems to happen when the linked image sits outside the directory where the project file resides. This is a problem for me, any solution?

Is it no longer possible to use Adobe Story? When I click on https://storyclassic.adobe.com/en-us/index.html is tells me I need to download Adobe Flash Player. Is that all I need to use it? If Adobe Story no longer exists, is there some alternative screenwriting software that Adobe has or is working on for the future?

Please advise if Adobe will remove my Adobe CC files if I do not immediately continue the subscription.At the moment, I'm subscribed to a trial Photography plan.I am yet to evaluate which apps to take and I have not decided just yet.I hope someone can help me understand what will Adobe do to my existing account if I'm not yet subscribed to any of the products. Regards,Rhai

My Adobe CC account storage shows that I have used 8.3GB of 20GB but I have no files, no photos, no anything that I know about in the storage. As far as I can ame out it's completely empty.  If it's empty what is the 8.3GB I am apparently using?

After a free trial I paid for the first month for all CC apps. The invoice and information shows up on my account and my transaction history on the card I used to pay for it. However, everytime I open a CC app (like Lightroom Classic) it still asks me to choose and pay for a plan. I'm logged into the same account that I used to pay for it so I'm not sure what else to do.

I've been away from the CC subscription / one off costs debate for a while but am interested in the latest developments. There's lots of software choice outside of Adobe and information about moving to other software, but I'd like to know if someone from Adobe can clarify the position on whether CS6 users will still be forced to move into subscription when they want to upgrade.

Since a week my portfolio-website is not accessible via the laptop (see attachment). I linked my own domain name to my Adobe Portfolio website. I contacted my domainname-host and they told me that it can be solved if Adobe activates a SSL certificate for the site. I contacted the customer service and they advised me to post in this community.Anyone can help? 🙂
