Creative Cloud Services

We had a CC backup folder with 350gb+ files. We moved this folder elsewhere to completely delete it freeing up disk space. That backup was essentially the same folder, saved inside itself 400-500 times. This whole process was done 2 other previous times in the past 4 months but this folder scheme keeps returning with it’s +350gb contents.Currently, after this latest delete, in "C:\Users\thisuser\Creative Cloud Files", we have the same folder structure nested inside each other (total 2400+), with no files (deleted). The CC default backup folder has been designated elsewhere, on my desktop.It's content is NULL, CC synch turned off on my Cloud I have a folder, carrying the same name in "assets.adobe.com/deleted" section and I cannot delete it permanentlyNo other active files / folders on my CC cloud area. My Windows 10 indexer and search processes kept using +20% CPU and were turned off.cmd line delete not working, i have rights to the main folderlast night another recursiv

Hi, I am attempting to save a file so that it can be sent to other users but whenever I go to save it there is a file error. I have trying turning off the save online storage when saving files but I still cannot save it. I have the older version of the file but all of my work is on the new one. I was wondering if anyone can help. Thanks.

Hi,   I often embed graphics from creative cloud libraries when sending files to print. When i embed these graphics, affects like drop shadows turn into embedded images from creative cloud libraries.   Is there a way tro prevent this?

Hi, hope someone can help guide me with this? When Covid hit I had to give up my PS subscription when it came to renewal but luckily, being a part time studio photography lecturer, when the school went online they gave all teachers access to the suite. Great. One less expense with the salary cut... Except that it meant using my work email to login and now I can't access my old Behance portfolio, it'll only let me create a new one but I have messages and connections on the other I need to access. Anyone know if it's possible to link it, and how, or do I need to wait until I can afford it again to get my old Adobe ID back for login? Many thanks!

Hi All,  I am having an issue with Creative cloud Desktop app where it keep opening, If I exit it it reopens on my screen a few mins later, tried ending all adobe tasks on task manger, and it still reopens. Every time i exit full screen if watching a video for example, CC desktop app opens on my screen, It will not go away!  To Clarify this is not a startup issue, this issue occurs when pc is running. please see replys for further clarification.Any help with this would be great. thanks 

I spend half of my week in the office and the other half working from home. I've been using CC to store all of my files between both locations and it's been working fine up until this week. I'm in the office today and need to finish files I worked on yesterday from home...but they are not showing up in Creative Cloud even though I uploaded them yesterday from home.

I thought I was a subscriber to the app.  Just wanting to know if I have to download all 25 presets again or if I can recover them?

Cannot update apps, cannot uninstall CC app without uninstalling all the apps first. Everything else works just fine on my machine.

I have a Spark page that I updated from a previous version (used to have a different name). When someone opens that Spark page on a new tab in a browser, the title on the tab is from the older version of the file instead of the current information. The rest of the information is correct (the link has been updated and page reloaded) except for the minute detail of the tab heading being incorrect. Could someone suggest a solution? Thanks

So i've edited photos on my desktop and uploaded them to creative cloud.   When i go to the creative cloud on my iPhone to download them, the file size is showing as 'Zero KB' and when i go to download them it loads for a second then says 'Unable to completed the request'. I've literally just started using this software and i'm not impressed at all. 

When I try to edit a file, I get the edit box.  But when I click for the cursor,I don't see a cursor so I can type my changes.

hi, I recently purchased an Adobe Rush membership.  I pay $10/month.  Creative Cloud came as additonal software, and I have uploaded it.  But my video projects that I have completed in Rush don't seem to be uploading into Creative Cloud.  Is there something I need to do to make sure all of my assets and projects upload into Creative Cloud?  Also, do I need to buy another membership to access and use Creative Cloud?  Or does Creative Cloud come with Adobe Rush?

I just started using the Cloud Storage I got with the Photographers Package, the first time I uploaded a folder one shot would not sync. message said there's a 1 GB limit on a single photo, is there a way around this limit?   It won't work for me otherwise.ThanksChris 

Hi,I just unsynchronize my Surface Pro from Creative Cloud. I don't have enough space on my hard drive. But I don't find a easy way to download files from the Creative Cloud.I guess the better way I found is to connect to this page : Adobe Creative Cloud (assets.adobe.com/files)BUT the only option I seem to have here is to download each file separetely which is... quite boring.Is there a better way too navigate and download my files / multiple files / folder on Creative Cloud ?ThanksSimon

Hello,I have a CC account for two computers. I use it on mine and my daughter's. I use it for work so my CC files are work files. She uses it for school and has separate files. I don't want my work files syncing with her computer. Can I separate the two sets of files so that my work files are independent from her Cloud. I turned her syncing off, but I worry that if it gets turned back on and I delete my files from her computer, all of my work files we get erased. Is there a way around this. Thank you.

On a recent windows update, the  App that shows what products you have and lets you update etc has disappeared from my PC screen. Can anyone advise where it might be located in the Adobe program files where can it be located? Thanks.
