Creative Cloud Services

I use a license for Creative Cloud from my university. Therefore after graduating your license is removed.I just graduated but also started my Masters a few days later. Now they took away my license for those few days. After inscription of my new studies I could restore the license, but my data in the Cloud is lost.Is there an option to restore the lost data?

Here is the situation – I created a shared folder of assets for a company that I worked for. They eventually opened their own Adobe account in which I shared these files to. I no longer work for them and would like to transfer ownership of the files to the other collaborator/their account so that I can remove these files from my personal CC account. I see their notifications, it takes up my storage, etc.I spoke to an Adobe agent about this who, unfortunately, wasn't able to find a solution or recommend anything.Let me know if you have any suggestions for what I can do!Cheers.

Why is it not letting me convert pictures I took to pdf files? It doesn't even give the option to. They don't light up and it doesn't give me the option to make it smaller. 

I get a blank screen on adobe creative could and none of my adobe programs will open. they icons bounce then then they do nothing. Ive tried reinstalling and repair and changing that file in the oob folder and then deeleting everything in that folder. nothing works

Hello there is a BUG in Adobe Spark Post web version! when you export the photos are deformed (regardless of whether you put MOVE FREELY or ANCHOR TO THE BACKGROUND), I tried in different browsers and vertical or horizontal format and different examples and the error does it in all cases, I attached the capture... 

I have created description pages for each of my portfolio pieces. I have a page for work and then subpages for mediums. For example, from the home page of preview I can click work, then illustration, however when I click on an illustration to see the details/pricing I get a message that says "Page not found". I attempted to link them by previewing the details page in a seperate tab and copying the link, going back to the edit tab and editing the image link to the details page, however this process clearly isn't working for this pages. How do I troubleshoot this? I'm also wondering if it's an issue with the placement of my pages. Is it possible to make a subpage for the subpage? Thanks!

Hello, My CC application has been working perfectly, yet yesterday it got stuck on syncing. The sync process is shown in Creative Cloud application, yet no files are being really synchronised.I have tried several solutions proposed over the forums, like restarting app, restarting CC's processes, setting the folder again and so on. Nothing seems to work. I did also try repairing the install or re-running installer, also re-logging in onto my account. In the end, I did the Log COllector upload - logs of my apps are available under AdobeLogs_20200726_100747_660-win.zip file. Can you, please investigate on what could have happened? Regards,Grzegorz 

I am not a design/art pro. I bought CS3 in ~2009 to design cards, cabinets, and furniture for home use (stuff I draw and make). Got busy; haven't used CS3 in a decade. The copy I bought allowed 3 installations; used those up on interim new computers years ago. I would now like to retrieve my files (top priority), or install the software on my most recent computer. Any suggestions. Thanks!

Garamond Premier Pro has suddenly gone missing from projects. Font is active in Adobe fonts, but dows not appear in fonts list in apps. Trying to access Creative Cloud, I get error msg that the Adobe servers are not available. How to fix missinfg fonts? Salut.

Hello, I have a UX reccomendation. I have frequently come across the problem of accedently changing the color of my library swatch while trying to click select it. It would be nice if one had to "unlock" a swatch in order to change the color, maybe just a simple pop up permission window. I'm disapointed becasue I was trusting CC library to keep track of my product line color pallate and did not write it down in other places so now I have to go re-construct my entire brand pallate of nearly 30 colors.

I have around hundred's of images, these images are to be paired, eg, Image 1 & Image 2  are  to be opened, merged together and saved as one image., simillarly Image 3 & Image 4 are to be opened, merged together and saved as one image, and so on. I have created an action, but when using the action in automated batch, only one image is opened, so my action doesn't work. I have loads of images which are to be processed in similar manner, I'm looking for an automated aciton for completing my task. Can anyone help me with this? I'll really appreciate.

hello,Is the Creative Cloud server currently down? I can't connect and therefore my fonts are no longer synchronized ...Do others have the same problem? 🙂

After getting no real help with fixing Adobe Photoshop CC's home screen never loading, now the Creative Cloud app is a blank screen that never loads. I can't repair, or uninstall any Adobe apps now, because the CC app will not work. I am getting to the point where I am going to stop using Adobe's products because they keep failing irreparabibly and there's apparently no way to even fix it.  Screen shot attached, not that it's going to show you a lot. I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Creative Cloud moved almost 5,000 cloud files to the trash automatically. I walk away from my desk for about 20 minutes, come back, and see that 4,888+ files have been moved to the trash in my mac notifications. There's no way that I could've selected that many files individually to throw away, so what gives? How could it automatically do that? How can I fix it? I surely don't have time to hand place that many files back into their folders.

Hello,I am trying to make a template post for Facebook users to be able to fill in their own content and post. It is for a nonprofit walk. I'd like to be able to create a custom background and imagery along with the note "I Walk for XYZ because..." and then have an empty field where users can put their own message and post to Facebook. I know how to use forms in Acrobat but you cannot upload a PDF to Facebook. I also know how to do this in PowerPoint where I would set a Master and have users fill in a field in the "Normal" mode. Unfortunately, you can't post a powerpoint on Facebook either. I don't want users to have to use a "Save As" function to turn the item into an image. Can any Adobe Creative Suite product help me make this? Thank you

I thought I had auto-update switched off, but it seems to have been turned back on. Now I wish to continue editing with the same 2019 version that I have at home, but there doesn't seem to be the option to install previous versions of anything, even if I un-install the app!
