Is this just me? I think it started a few days ago. Not completely sure, I have been out of town and didn't see this, but my wife did. I have a toolbar with direct shortcuts to the apps I use most frequently. I noticed yesterday that when I clicked any of them (either Photoshop or Illustrator and when it came up i had to log in. To check things,. I opened the Creative Cloud launcher and had to log in to that again. Got evrerything done and though it had just been a glich. Boy was I wrong. I have a creative cloud membership and I have a site waiting to be published in Portfolio. After 30 days, the trial of Portfolio ended, but isn't Portfolio a part of my Creative Cloud membership? How can I publish the site again?  Thanks for replying!

Hello everyone, I'm new to Adobe spark and I can't figure out how to share my video to my Facebook page where it just plays from the page instead of the Adobe link. I got it to work once, but no luck since! 😭 can anyone fill me in plz?

Hello, I have one question. With every start of my PC i have to login into my adobe creative account, when opening Photoshop or Lightroom.Is there any solution, that my PC can save my password?, so that i don´t need to login every time?(Maybe something like changing access rights for files in the program folder of creative cloud?) (My OS is newest Windows 10 version and my Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop and Lightroom are updated to the current version) Thanks in advance

To overcome the 20 GB cloud limitation in my annual Photo plan subscription,  I additionally subscribed to 1 TB cloud storage space, following the offered update path.But still in Lightroom only 20 GB are shown and used, the additional space doesn't seem to be recognized.Is there something wrong on my side, is there any "update time" to be considered, or what can I do?I'm using latest versions of Lightroom and Lightroom Classic on my MacBook, and Lightroom app on my iPad.Thanks for help, Ralf   

I have been trying to left align my copyright notice, and right align the Power by Adobe Portfolio on the same line.   I tried using align = "left" and align = "right"  in the coding but I get nowhere with it.  This is what I am trying to do within page footer in Adobe Portfolio ©Trevor Dawkins Photography                                                                                                      Powered by Adobe Portfolio I have not been able to get the spaces to show up when using the text box.Can anyone help me with this please.Trevor 

I recently purchased through my university account a subscription to all adobe programs for about $20 per month. Everything was going well, but a week ago I started to go out in the Creative Cloud that my programs will expire in 7 days and that my Adobe account does not register any purchase or plan. I don't know what to do? 

I am at a loss as to how to create a vertical video in Spark.  I only see the options for horizontal and square.  Is this feature not available in Spark? Seems like every other social media video creator has it  😞Thanks,John

When Putting together a presentation or slideshow Ive tried using royalty free videos and they do not play when i play the presentation as a whole, but it play fine in the trim area. Any solutions to this problem? Frustrated and looking at a different software altogether if this isnt resolved...

Hi. Could someone from Adobe please let me know how to access Creative Cloud files via the new Files app in iOS 11? All the Apple publicity photos etc. seem to show Creative Cloud as one of the available Locations in the Files app, but despite having the Adobe Creative Cloud app installed and being signed in Creative Cloud doesn't appear as a location for me in the Files app (this is on an iPad Pro). Thanks.

I am thinking about building a new PC. As for the CPU I wanted to buy a AMD Threadripper 3960x, and for the GPU the RTX2080 Ti. Will this hardware work well with Adobe, or would you suggest different components? 

I have two files open, all colour settings are identical, but blacks look very different, although they are copied from one and pasted into the other file, it now looks charcoal instead of rich black. Any suggestions?

Hi,So after putting 3-4 months, I've made a really detailed Adobe Portfolio website. Now here's something I realized later:- I used the subscription provided by my company to build my portfolio website. (Adobe ID is my company's email id)- If I decide to change my Adobe ID in future (from company id to my personal id), how would I be still able to keep the access of the website as I don't see any option to download or move website to a different Adobe ID.I don't want to rebuild the website from scratch and need to know what's the best way to move the website. This will also influence my decision to build my next website using Adobe Portfolio since I might want to move it too when Adobe ID changes.Thank you!

Hey I have scenario where I want to populate the web analytics section custom tag with Campaign name(Folder name). I know it can be entered manually while creating new deliveries, but I want this field to be populated dynamically when we create new delivery. I have trying to achieve this by adding some code in input forms. so far it did not work. Below is the code am using. When I design on my work computer, everything is fine, but when I open the same files on my home computer after they've gotten synced through Creative Cloud, I get a warning that the file is corrupt for various reasons. A few reasons are: the PDF is out of whack, or the layers appear to be corrupt, or the document was modified outside of Illustrator (which it never was). It doesn't matter if it is a Photoshop file, or Illustrator file, or Indesign file, the corruption warning comes up in all these applications. Both my computers run the same version of all Adobe applications. What is going on here?

Hi all! I have an annoying problem I'm unable to solve. Most often after my MaxBookPro has been in sleep mode my Zoom in/out and hand tool shortcut stops working for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Once I restart laptop, it all works again. Does anyone have this problem, and if so is there anything to that can be done about it? Many thanks for any tips and advice 🙂 Wishing a great day!/Jani 

HiI use Adobe CC with my clients and I am trying to write a proposal for my client and say that I am using an industry leading platform to create graphics, however I dont know if that is factually correct. Do you have any statistics of how many fortune 500 companies use adobe CC?

The new colours for the adobe suite SUCK!  when i am working on a project i used multiple programs open in the ( mac ) dock , when i switch between applications the colours look so similer that  keep choosing the wrong one.. before it was never an issue, i think the program icons need to be more distinct, If anyone knows how i can change the icons myself .. let me know.. come on adobe...?

I decided to buy the student plan but when I try to get into lightroom or any of the other applications it just says to start trial and buy the plan. I tried going to my account and the plan doesn't show up on my page and I was still charged.

I was reading pdf file in adobe when it stopped working and thereafter I couldnt open it. It says file is corrupted. Its very important. Is there any way to recover it? Its super important.
