Hi, I dont know if only I have the problem. But the CC app is using 90% of my CPU on the new OS Catalina and is causing overheating my notebook. Does anyone can help?Thanks. Swenia

I am an individual seller. I can login. After logging in, I want to go to the seller's panel and I get an error errorcode 500application_code "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR"x_request_id "96f41aaf-f0a9-48f2-a3e4-91b1923ccf62" I wrote with chat support. I have been redirected three times. The third time I did not receive an answer.Why this error? Who should I contact? how to solve it?

I have been using my Adobe Cloud on my personal Mac at home, my work PC, and now my new work MacBook Pro. Here is the problem: I have had my new computer for over a week, the Adobe programs were working fine. Friday my computer is operating fine, however, I open any project and the mouse just spins. I have to force quit. I uninstalled everything, deleted preferences, restarted, reinstalled and I got it to work again.  Today, Monday, it is having the same issue. I can't start any new project or old. I have repeated the steps and nothing is working this time. Any suggestions? Should I consult Apple? It is working fine on the PC and working on my old MacBook Pro, its just having issues on the newer one. I have the MacOS Catalina 10.15.5

Our team of 4 are now all homeworking and using our Adobe cloud for storing and sharing files. We have 1TB of space each and I'm using 3.3GB of mine. Whenever I add a project folder to the cloud, I can see the native files using my desktop shortcut, yet my colleagues can't. Every packaged file is there BUT the native one. When I open their project folders, I can see everything but the native file. I can only see the files if I access the cloud through the web based version, which isn't ideal for quickly navigating files.Why is this just happening to my cloud and not theirs? It's really frustrating.

Hi, I have a problem with file syncing in my cloud storage. It says only "Files syncing. Syncing..." My mac is very overloaded with this. Can you please tell me what to do?

Like most apps I use, I don't want Adobe to start on startup or keep thing running when I close the apps. I have Creative Cloud Desktop set to NOT open on startup...yet I keep getting nagged about updates periodically. And when I update (or just check in the app without updating) and then close, it remains in my system tray and keeps processes running. All the time. If I try to sign out, it informs me I can't even run the programs without being signed in again. The programs I pay to use. It even wants to sync files onto a cloud, which as far as I can see I only have options to pause (as oppsed to OPTING OUT of using cloud storage altogether like a sane program would allow).See, this is why I hesitated to leave Photoshop CS6 (it was a student version from college and I didn't want to abuse that). Hi all, On a computer with Windows 10, the creative cloud update failed with error code: 117 and when I sign in my creative account it's loop to sign in page. I have this isssues with 2 domains accounts (this 2 accounts are in the local admin group), but with a local admin account all work fine.I have try to use the cleanup adobe tool and setup again. The setup work only in the local account.And when I go back in one of the domain account, I have the 2 issues (error code 117 and loop sign-in). What can I do ? Regards

The app consistently fails to update new files/assets. Files are updated online.Refresh doesn’t help. Anyone else?

I can not find the file to export the other abstract colors to my color lookup, I dont even have. a folder that says color lookup and the color file is empty.  Nor is my adobe file in library and I dont seem to have. aprofile file.  I use a mac. 

I have an LG OLED TV. My Adobe Portfolio web pages loaded perfectly in the TV's web browser up until a few days ago. Now they do not. No system changes that I am aware of - perhaps there was an automatically applied software upgrade on the tv. All other non-Portfolio websites load fully on the tv - Adobe Portfolio pages seem to be the only ones affected. Not only my web pages but also ones created by a friend that I also cannot load. No problem with loading the Portfolio web pages on other Internet devices. An LG support agent told me to reset the TV to factory settings. I am reluctant to do that straightaway as I would then have to reload a bunch of stuff and I have some doubt that doing that would fix the problem that affects only websites that are generated from Adobe Portfolio. Hi,I would like to report what I believe is a huge problem happening when synchronizing my creative cloud folder.Firstly, the sync of my folder never stops. It's continuing synchronizing without ending.Most of my files are in the cloud though, besides on my other computer at the office  (I've got two computers connected to the same account).The huge problem comes the other day when I saw in my trash up to 40 GB of files that I couldn't remember to have put there. I empty the trash and some of my files were deleted within my creative cloud folder. Yes, apparently, the Creative Cloud has put some of my files into my trash.After a quick research, I've noticed all the problematic files are related to my Final Cut Project. Apparently, the Creative cloud is having issue with the file of Final Cut Libraries and for some reason is putting this file into my trash. Hello, I am trying to restrict the permissions on a document during opening of the document without making any modifications on the document security policy itself.The restrictions are based on some policies (dynamic in nature). Hence I am specifying permission callback as part of opening the AVDoc (using the AVDocPermReqProc permReqProc;) most of the permissions are being honored by the tools and are working as expected. The below are the list of things which I couldn't get working.Disabling the UI Email option is not working.Combine file and compare file tools is able to extract the pages from the document inspite of request being denied by the callback. To test if the permissions from the pddoc layer are being honored I even tried removing most of permissions while opening the pddoc using the _t_PDDocOpenParams and corresponding function. Even this seems to not stop those tools from accessing the pddoc pages. Now I am not sure if this is a problem of the _t_

I have some 20 year old files which are have the .PDD extension - photo files.  I beleive they were generated by a very early version of Photoshop.  If I click on the file Photoshop is started up but the files won't open.  How do I open a file with a .PDD extension?   Any help would be gratefully received.  Thanks.  Frank54

Im trying to pick up adobe portfolio customised designing using theme.  I recently saw one of the adobe example portfolios that I was experimenting with. However this genius, she create the page content to stretch completely across the webpage. I spent hours on this, and I still can't figure out how she managed to go around the theme and customise that.  I've attached the screenshot that shows the cover page, stretched and all turn to blue upon hover. Hi All, I'm currently using a multi drive setup on this PC, with the first SSD containing the OS files, with the secondary HDD containing photos/videos/downloads/dump files etc. Very late last night I installed a M2 Slot NVME SSD purely for Adobe CC (installed on the default C:/) and great, it worked perfectly. I was able to get all my applications installed last night on to the NVME SSD with no further issues. I played around with Photoshop and everything had worked as intended - saving all my files on the new NVME SSD by default. This morning I noticed that I made the Scratch Drive (set as the NVME SSD) however with my OCD and trying to keep files as neat as possible - I noticed by default by that all the temp files/random dump files are saving directly into the new NVM SSD without any folder redirection. I tried my best to find any relevent 2020 forum posts that might suggest to change the cache folder location for these files to dump in however I did not find any option i

Hi,Having some real trouble with CC sync at the minute.Despite the fact that the app says it's syncing, no matter how long I leave it, nothing changes. I like to keep Cloud storage in sync. It's the biggest storage I have to back-up my files besides my portable hard-drive.However, when I delete a file from my computer, or move it to another folder within the CC folder, Cloud Storage will download it right back to where it was. Is there any way to stop it from doing that?  Thanks for the help!

I have a new PC and trying to keep my files better organised.  If ITURN OFF the cloud sync option and then delete the files from my local hard dirve will they remian intact on the cloud? If I then generate new work within the creative cloud folder locally and then turn the sync files option back on will this sync the folder or will it update the cloud folder. The difference being that a sync would make the cloud folder an exact duplicate of the local folder and an update would add the new files and leave the existing files on the cloud.
