Creative Cloud Services

Hello all,I'm looking at switching to a macbook pro - I currently use a windows laptop. Can I transfer my adobe photoshop and lightroom packages from a pc to a macbook pro? Would there be any problems with this in terms of licensing or can I simple close my phothop and lightroom on my old windows pc and just load them up again on my new macbook? I'm not very tech savvy so these kind of things confuse me. Thanks

Hi Guys 4im using bear2b.com ar platform I like it. But  all animations from Mixamo  I've tried don't works on this platfomr could explain how I can use Mixamo animation on this platform please?  I v' tryed with skin withoushin ect ... nothing work.  Many thanks Guys.

I am new to CC and Lightroom and didn't understand the diffrence between classic and CC. I started using Lightroom CC and just in 2 days shooting I have used half my cloud storage. I find it frustrating that they give you no control over this. I have now uninstalled Lightroom CC but it didn't free up the cloud space. I have several local NAS devices and do not need any cloud storage but thought it might be useful for current projects when dealing with clients and maybe a bit easier than configuring my NAS for cloud access. So... 1) How can I clean up the cloud storage? 2) Having switched to classic how can I use the cloud to only show what I want on it? 3) How do you control usage for other apps I use, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. 

Hola Comunidad,  Necesito su ayuda antes de entrar en deseperación. Estoy teniendo problemas con todas las apps de Adobe CC. A continuación les dejo una imagen del mensaje que me sale al inicial cada aplicación (la foto es de Illustrator pero me pasa con todas las demás apps):  Estuve buscando en el foro a ver si encontraba la solución, pero no tuve suerte. Espero que alguno me pueda ayudar por que realmente estoy por entrar en crisis, ya no se más que hacer. PD: Ya desinstale todos los programas y los volví a instalar, cerre sesión en Creative Cloud Desktop App, reinicié mi computadora y volvi a iniciar sesión nuevamente, también use el Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.  Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar...Desde ya muchas gracias! 

Hola, me he descargado el aplicativo y cuando inserto una imagen pudeo verlo en la capa en la seccion de capas pero no puedo visualizarlo en el área de trabajo. alguien me puede ayudar

I get "Folder in Use by another program" error when trying to deleting a folder in Windows 10.  I now figured out that the issue is with AdobeCollabSync.exe program.  Whenever i view or open a pdf folder, this program takes over and doesn't releases it. So the folder becomes locked up.  I have to go into the system process and kill this program to release the folder.   Is there a fix for this?

Hi, I have just purchased and installed Creative Cloud. I need photoshop and illustrator, and I am running Mac OS 10.10. I cannot update from this as i use Logic Pro 9 . After using a trial version of creative cloud and realising that you can't access older versions, I purhcased creative cloud, and to my frustration with it i'm still encountering the same problem.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to contact someone from Adobe and this is needed for a project due this week.Many thanks See Below; 

Hi,  Ok, so I've spent 2 days trying everything to figure out this really uhhhh, what should be simple thing.  I've created a PDF with some compressed video footage, which I have successfully embedded via Rich Media feature and link to computer file. (as I can't seem to link to URL file - as Adobe states you can as well...?)  So - when I send the PDF with my embedded videos to my husband - he doesn't get the videos in the PDF. Is that because it's linked to my computer file? Probably, so questions are:How can I link to a URL file? OR How can i succesfully do this? Get the reciever of my PDF to see my embedded videos. Thanks, Katie 

Hello,We purchased a new cpu and transferred everything correctly but at least half of my fonts a missing.Does anyone know how to restore fonts for Adobe CS5 on a pc?Thanks! 

I have never used Creative Cloud's storage, and probably never will. I have no files in the folder, and it is thus, irrelevant.   It appeared 2 days ago in file explorer, under /C:/users/ME... and it added a shortcut to itself in the favourites section in file explorer.   I deleted the favourite, and the folder, but the next day, when I turned on my laptop, both had appeared again. Same thing again today.   Is there a way to permanently remove the folder, or at least stop the favourites shortcut from re-appearing?

Hi,I am facing issues while updating the url using adobe XD I treid installing the Creative Cloud application but it gets stuck at 8% and I can't even quit the installation nor can I shut down the system due to it. I have switch off the power button.I checked on forum and tried the suggested solutions.I tried uninstalling the creative cloud using the uninstaller application but it ended with an error, even repairing didn't work.I used creative cloud cleaner tool but it also had no effect.Please help me resolve this issue urgently as I am not able to share my work.Operating System : Mac OS Mojave version : 10.14.6and now Installation of Adobe XD is stuck at 11% since last 40 mins.

After quite a few attempts to uninstall and reinstall adobe presenter. At the time of recording with the camera it sends an internal error.Please help with this problem. I have come to search for solutions in different forums and no option has worked.

I keep on getting server error on a 25MB PSD file sync to Creative Cloud. The main Creative Cloud desktop app says "Unable to sync files" and when I click on "Learn more" I get a dialog saying "Unable to sync <file name> due to server error". Perhaps one in 20 syncs goes through OK, but most of the time it does not. This is frustrating to say the least, now I basically have to create JPG from the file and share it via Dropbox, rendering CC file sharing useless for me.

Can you sort the graphic list when performing the relink to cc library? Everytime i have to go through my long list of graphics in my cc library to get what I need. It would be nice if i can sort it alphabetically.

Hi Folks, Hope we have many Adobe Campaign experts in this group. I need a help if someone has done it already and provide the code snippet or send me to the right direction.   Ask: While sending email deliveries where are some seed addresses which are getting targeted along with the target audience. We want that email which goes to the seed addresses has the subject line prefixed with a text i.e. "Client Name Seed Email: " and to the regular audience it should go with regular subject.   Proposed Solution: I believe we can create a control typology rule/Typology to check if the recipient is a seed or not seed and based on that change the subject line.   If someone can help in implementing this solution it will be helpful.

Since I last logged on I can no longer see any green check marks on my local files in Finder. Files are updating properly as I've checked them on the Creative Cloud web page. I've tried• logging out and back in to Creative Cloud• uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud• I've tried the solution at this post, checking that Core Sync is checked in System Preferences > Extensions > Finder Extensions, but I don't have a Core Sync check box to check Does this mean Core Sync is not loading the extension somehow? any solution to this (or other solution)?thanks in advance Chris---Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 on a Late 2014 Mac Mini

Hello all,  I am using AEM Designer v6.5 to build forms. I am attempting to utilize floating fields and I have a strange situation. The text box where the floating fields are placed work perfectly, they flow and expand the way they should. However, if the user types a large amount of information, the rest of the form fields do not flow with the text box. Its almost like they are set to positioned or on another layer that isnt communicating with the rest of the document. The kicker is that every single element/subform is already set to Flowed/Western (I have triple checked to make sure I didnt miss anything). Does anyone know what I've missed here? I have attached an example of what it looks like when its filled out and what it looks like before so you can see how this is not working. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

I'm new to Adobe CC and would like to use it to create a short infographic video for an electrical company.  Visually I'd like it to use clean simple animated icons on a crisp background with a voiceover ive created and mucic underneath it all.    Is it possible to do the whole project in CC from scratch?  If so, how do i get started?  Can anyone help me Go for it?thanks
