Creative Cloud Services

Hello all,  I am using AEM Designer v6.5 to build forms. I am attempting to utilize floating fields and I have a strange situation. The text box where the floating fields are placed work perfectly, they flow and expand the way they should. However, if the user types a large amount of information, the rest of the form fields do not flow with the text box. Its almost like they are set to positioned or on another layer that isnt communicating with the rest of the document. The kicker is that every single element/subform is already set to Flowed/Western (I have triple checked to make sure I didnt miss anything). Does anyone know what I've missed here? I have attached an example of what it looks like when its filled out and what it looks like before so you can see how this is not working. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

I'm new to Adobe CC and would like to use it to create a short infographic video for an electrical company.  Visually I'd like it to use clean simple animated icons on a crisp background with a voiceover ive created and mucic underneath it all.    Is it possible to do the whole project in CC from scratch?  If so, how do i get started?  Can anyone help me Go for it?thanks 

I have OS 10.12.6 Sierra which works well with my InDesign 5.5, PS 5.1 and Ill 5.1. I would like to upgrade my OS to at least 10.13 High Sierra, if not higher. Do you know what the highest version of Cc 5  that I can run without error issues? Also, if I upgrade my OS and get CS 2020, will I be able to open up my CS 5 files without error? Thak you for your attention.

I have a 20GB plan. When I reached 19GB I started deleting files. I got down to 14 or 15GB but the system still tells me I'm at capacity and won't allow uploads. How long before the system catches up to real space usage?

I am having such an issue finding an answer to this problem which is so weird! I have a Macboon and a PC and want to stop the storage of my creative cloud files on my macbook as I just dont have the space! Everywhere I look people have these instructions, but none of them pertain to my version of the creative cloud app, So I do not know how to turn off the syncing, can someone please help me with this? I am so tired of having issues with space on my macbook

I've been working on a pdf file and found a updated version, how to transfer all my work from that file to updated version?

Hi, for quite some days now I can't update the apps on my mac any more. I also used the link to the much newer cloud version of Photoshop. That has now gone and I have no clue how I could activate that again. The error message does not tell me anything - error 301...Is there a way to start the cloud version without these updates?Thanks a lot, Kai

My Macbook Pro is under repair, which the main device I use Creative Cloud apps on. I download Creative Cloud on another laptop (my boyfriend's) and I see the cloud has saved my Adobe Audition sessions, but not the files I've recorded in those sessions. The files live on my laptop that's under repair, but I was wondering if there was a way to access those files somewhere in the Creative Cloud? 

Adobe, what is going on that we are all having this problem?What I have found successful in the past was to delete creative cloud, reinstall, update again.Plan B is more radical, uninstall all programs including creative cloud, start fresh. Not certain why that is an option, Adobe, how about a fix?

Hi all, is there a way i can us creative cloud files the same way as icloud or onedrive.I only want it to sync and download the files i'm using. If i download everything on there my harddrive gets flooded. thanks

Hi I'm learning CC and working with a few others on some projects in Illustrator and Indesign.  We have a ton of photos to work with that are currently stored in Google Drive (probably a few dozen GB).  We already have copies of all of the files synced to our respective computers through Google Drive.  Do most people back all of this up to Creative Cloud libraries when working with others or can we work from the copies stored in Google Drive (e.g. will linking work)?  I wasn't sure exactly how linked files worked (since our local copies of the files will have different paths due to being on differently named drives, in differently named folders, etc.). Everything I'm seeing about Creative Cloud libraries makes it seem like it's more for commonly use graphics.

Since I began my CC subscription several years ago my CC folder was located on an external hard drive.  Syncing worked fine, until recently.   After working with Adobe to help fix the constant sync problems I was experiencing I was told by an Adobe tech support person that CC was designed to have the folder located on the C drive.  I have a 2 TB plan with Adobe but have just 500 GB on my SSD 'C' drive.  I decided to move some files to C that I wanted to sync while leaving other files on the external drive that don't sync and purchased a seperate cloud back up system. Since I moved my sync files to the C drive I have not had any problems with syncing to the cloud.  But my preference is to free up my C for other things and have ALL of my pictures and media on an external drive (SSD) and sync with the cloud. Has anyone else been told that Cloud is designed to work with C drive?  It doesn't make sense to me, I know a lot of people stor

it says my cloud storage is full, yet there are no files in it. contacted adobe and they don't seem to understand the problem, then says they can't delete my files@

Hello everyone, 🙂 I'm looking into creating svg animation for a client, but I have no knowledge of javascript or so. I have the svg still illustrations created on Illustrator. While I was doing some research I came to this website https://www.svgator.com/ which is quite cool and useful. I was wondering if I could have a final ready to web Adobe program just like Svgator that I could use with no coding knowledge. It will be mostly just very very soft position animations. No more than that. Could someone help me please ? Thank you in advance 🙂

I cannot access any older than Oct 2019 files saved to Adobe cloud! Are they lost forever? Why weren't user Adobe reader notified before they launched this new version? I could have saved my files somewhere else!  

I am publishing my videos on Portfolio and it seems to randomly pick the preview image (thumbnail) for my videos from their timelines. Usually that image doesn't give a good representation of the video. How can I customize the preview image? Thank you

Hello,I get the error message that not all files could be synched. Two files are given and I deleted them. Also from the trash.But the error messages doesn't disappear even after weeks. Stop sync, reactivate sync. Logged out from the account, logged in with a different one and logged back into the first account. The messages still appears. The second user using the same ID doesn't have this error. No one with another account has the error. The files definitely don't exists anymore.Is there a way to fix this? Also: the Cloud seems to be very slow at the moment. I have a fast internet connection (50 MBIT), but 2gb data is still synching after days... Thank you!

Hello all,When I try to add/edit/delete component, I'm stuck at pending request. After refreshing page I can see changes I made. This problem started to occur after 6.5 upgrade. I'm wondering if anyone else encountered this problem.  Current version: 6.5.2.0Component name in this case is Instant Coupon. But it occurs with other components on Experience Fragments regardless of template.Pending request:  

My partner is very severely disabled with multiple impairments including cerebral palsy and life threatening food allergies. Recently she had a disagreement with an agency carer and the carer destroyed her care plan.  We have dismissed this carer.  The agency will not cooperate because it is in dispute with my partnerWe need to employ another carer urgently but we cannot employ a carer without Stacy's care plan as t is a legal requirement.We have a copy on a PDF but unfortunately my partner cannot remember the document's password.  I was wondering whether Adobe had some way of opening the PDF.Many thanks

For security, we are required to keep content on our own servers behind our fire wall. How can I prevent anything from ever going on the Adobe cloud?

We share our assets with our developpers on Creative Cloud. We use a public link to the assets' folder.When you go to the dedicated page of an SVG, the button to download the asset doesn't work. We have two kinds of assets, PDF and SVG, and it works for PDF but not for SVG. Can you help me please.

I need to compile my work for school but I can't open any of my files anymore. 

Everytime I save my file, it is unable to save. I cannot diagnose the problem since there is no error number in sight.
