Hi David,I am happy to report that with the latest update to the Creative Cloud App my problem of perpetual cloud syncs has been fixed. Everything is now working normally. I am truly happy that the engineers addressed the problem and where able to fix it.As to your question, my problem with Illustrator is that certain background processes (it seems it is CEPHtmlEngine.exe) is loading multiple times in the background causing a CPU overload (loading 20 times or more). The issue has been around now for over a year. It is known to Adobe and a fix has been promised, but I am still having the issue. The issue is so bad, I can only use Illustrator for a short time until it becomes unusable and needs to be terminated. Again, it’s all that cloud stuff which I really don’t need. Does anyone know how to re-import collection images or galleries to MyPortfolio, from your Lightroom collection,  A-F-T-E-R this December 2, 2019 update to MyPortfolio?

My company is looking for the Digital Asset Management System to centralize all the images, video clips, sound clips, PDF etc. Our company size is 1000 employee. The system will provide all our staff to search, download, view or watch digital asset on a website. What kinds of DAM does you or your company use?

hello there artists,I am self learned digital artist and a graphic designer and a student. Adobe has been my dream company since i've started using adobe softwares but the question in my mind is that is there any way that i can  join adobe as a an artist? can only engineers join the workforce? please tell if adobe hires graphic artsts too?

The problem is; i don't see green checkmarks that show that my file is synchronized. But i can see (and my collegues also) that the files are complete. Does anybody know what's the problem here?

I am uploading several lightroom CC collections to my myportfolio.com. The images appear in the same order as in lightroom. Some in capture time newest to oldest, some in oldest to newest sequence and some in custom order. However one collection always appears in capture time sequence newest to oldest irrespective of how it is sorted in lightroom. I have tried everything I can think of. This is a trevelog collection which needs to sort oldest to newest. Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this.

Hello, I can not get my Wacom Intuos 3 working on a Windows 10 PC with Adobe programs like After Effects, Animate, or Ilustraotr, but it works fine in Photoshop 2020. When searching for info about this online, I run in the opposite problem, everyone says a Win 10 update broke Wacom tablets for Photoshop and talk about work arounds for Photoshop only.My problem is that Photoshop works perfectly fine but no other Adobe program will recive mouse inputs from my tablet. The tablet works when using Windows file explorer and browsing the internet but it stops the moment I click on Animate, Illustrator, or anything other than Phtotshop.

Did anyone try to use the new add-in inside MS Word or PowePoint?After some tentatives I was able to install it but it seems that an Adobe Creative Cloud account is necessary to access even the shared libraries.So all "office" people need to have a Creative Cloud subscription only for reading CC libraries?I thought that it was an add-in for people that don't have a Creative Cloud subscription and need to collaborate with other.What do you think about it?

First photoshop CC, then every app/program in the suite just stopped launching. Everything else with my computer is perfectly fine. I do not believe it is related to an OS update either as I have intentionally not updated to Catalina (never update mac OS on the first release lol). Only photoshop reveals any helpful  error messaging--- "a required application library failed, please reinstall." Adobe  Cloud showed a "Libraries Sync Error" saying it couldn't connect to the server. When I try to tap the reload icon, nothing happens. Found nothing online specific to this issue, just some five year old threads about the first error, not one with a resolution. Before I waste my time uninstalling and reinstalling (to which I found several posts online that this did nothing), I was hoping somebody could shed some light or empathy. Somebody help. Good Day,I have seen a few other questions just like this one where people do not see the status of their files being synced with a green check mark or blue arrow.But unfortunately all the fixes so far was for Mac and not for Windows.Does anyone know how to fix this small bug on windows, as it is small but very useful and would love to get it going again.What I have tried:- Log in and out of Creative Cloud App- Restarting Creative Cloud App- Restarting Windows- Turned sync on and offI can see that the files have synced on the web app, but would like to see what is not synced locally.The sync is always on and PC always plugged in to the internet, so you would assume that all the files will be synced the whole time.For some random reason this morning I saw there are 65 files syncing, meaning all my files are not always synced up to date.Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have no idea how to find Creative Cloud Market any more since CC upgraded itself to a desktop application. It doesn't appear to be online either. It is a valuable resource to which I myself and thousands of others contributed free of charge and now it seems like we are locked out. Or am I missing something? Where do I find it now?

Hello, I am using Adobe Livecycle designer ES4 (Version 11 ) to update existing form which was created using Adobe Livecycle designer ES 9.0. After updating form looks fine but form has lost feature to save the filled data.  Also I am getting below message at the ribbon when open in Adobe Acrobat reader. "Please fill out the following form. You cannot save data typed into this form. Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for the records" I was able to save data using Adobe Acrobat reader for Adobe form before form update. Thanks in advance.

HI there, I have two computers at home, one a MAC another a Dell. Between them they syn and I can see my files in my Creative Cloud, but when I sign in anywhere else or use another laptop they aren't showing up. Which kinda defeats the object of using creative cloud. Am I better to just use iCloud and forget this? I've done everything on here people suggest, uninstall etc. no difference. I need my audition to be mobile but this isn't working.... advice please 🙂 thankQ!

What size images to people upload to their portfolios? Does Adobe PF reduce large files automatically?

Hi All,  Here is my requirement. Req: Add a custom css file to Adaptive Form Template. Hence, it will load at forms-template level. Business requirement (technical) says no "theme" usage. I have given two approaches, one is by using custom theme implementation and another one is manual loading in  from form container. Please let me know any other approaches.    --Thnx/Santhosh

AAccording to Creative Cloud Desktop, I have used 21gb of my 20gb cloud storage. When I go to Creative Cloud on the web, I can not find any files taking up space. How can i find out what takes up this space? I don't know how I could have used this space.

Hi I've backed up my cloud files locally and emptied my CC folder and turned off sync, the problem I have is when I goto my assets online I select all click delete and they say they are deleting for a while then when I got back to the page they are still there?

I just tried logging in to Behance and it gave me the following message:Access DeniedYou no longer have access to this service. How can I view my cloud files on my iPad?

I am looking for a cloud based team storage solution that can replace my current local on site server storage that my creative team is using. The solution that we have put in place for the rest of the company does not work for creative, as theAdobe products connect to assorted files in such a way that the solution we have doesn't work; it breaks those connections (i.e. between file and packaged photo or font). I am trying to figure out if Adobe Document Cloud Storage might be a feasible options, however, I am having a hard time figuring that out from Adobe's website and from the sales agent that I chatted with. Does anyone know/have experience with this? Can I purchase say 4 TB of team storage that anyone who has an Adobe license through our Teams account can access? Or is the storage associated with a particular user's email/license? Does anyone have any other recommendations for this sort of setup?

Hi guys I need some help. I want to copy all of my local files and folders from my laptop to Files on CC. I bought 1 TB of extra storage, but when I want to move whole folders using the online tool and not the sync folder on my laptop, I can only move files and not folders. This will take for ever. I tried to use the sync folder,  but quickly figured out that as soon as I delete those files from the local sync folder, they're delete from Files on CC.Is there an easy way to move all my local files to Files on CC?Thanks for any help
