Creative Cloud Services

I just upgraded my MacBook and started using Creative Cloud. I copied very important files to the CC folder and all seemed to be working correctly. Today, I go to open/update my resume' and all the folders are there, but no files were inside. Is there anything I can try? I have a very detailed resume' with portfolio and do not want to start from scratch if I can avoid it. I have access to a TSM backup of my machine, but not before Monday. It is also an act of Congress. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,Creative cloud storage is reporting that I am out of space, but there aren't any files. I have deleted them all. Is there an issue with the service?

Why is something trying to sync 106707 files. For 62 hours?! First of all what is CC trying to sync? Whats the purpose? I'm not in any need to share my files in any cloud service as that is pretty much like saying bye bye to file security. So why is CC installer trying to force this sync process on me on this massive scale? 106727 files of what? Locale files on the C:drive? Needless to say I paused this. But how do I STOP it and what's the purpose with this?

To my surprise all my folders in files are gone and replaced by the label OCTET, there's no content. What's happening?

Hi,Creative Cloud installed its own update 4.8.1.435 this morning on my secondary PC. Since then, the file sync doesn't work anymore in this PC with already existing files on cloud. For instance it doesn't download the files modified or created and uploaded on cloud from my primary PC last evening when update were still not applied (and yes, those files/modifs are on the cloud: I see them using web interface). Also, it doesn't upload modifications I make now on existing files from secondary PC.The only thing that work is creating new files and modify them from secondary PC: in this case, they are uploaded.Is there an issue with this release 4.8.1.435 ? I can see it is even not mentioned on page: Release notes for the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop appLP

Can I select which files/folder, from my creative cloud assets, to sync with my desktop - rather then syncing all the files in the CC desktop folder to the CC cloud?Thanks

Hi all,I was hoping someone could help. When I click on the Creative Cloud in the menu bar, go to preferences, and want to turn the syncing on, the syncing button is greyed out and I cannot activate it.Meanwhile, any file I "save to the creative cloud" shows up on my account on the web page.Any ideas?Many thanksZoé

Adobe Creative cloud says that i do not have any space left, however the windows shows that creative cloud folder is only 87.4 gb. I have tried already to delete everything from a creative cloud bin. How do i fix it?

I'm finding it hard to explain my question but I am trying to wrap my head around exactly how the sync works so please bare with me   I have CC (creativecloud) installed on my desktop and also on my laptop under the same account/login so I can access files between the two. I use my desktop every day and add/delete files but sometimes I don't use my laptop for a week or more, meaning the cc files don't get synced right away.My question is if my laptop hasn't synced cc assets/files for a week and I go to sync it will all the old files (that I have deleted on my desktop a week ago) then be deleted from my laptop or will cc think that these are new folders and keep them, then re-syncing them back onto my desktop?For example.. Day 1 - Both desktop and laptop are up to date with sync and have 'OLDFOLDER'Day 2 - I delete 'OLDFOLDER' on my desktop (laptop isn't on so doesn't sync + delete)Day 3 - I create 'NEWFOLDER' on desktop (laptop isn't on so doesn't sync + delete)Day 10 - A wee

Hello i was wondering if anyone has the same issue. I was using my free lightroom app the other day and noticed that a image i didn't upload onto the lightroom was on my account.On the left side at the top of the thumbnail images it says what year the images were uploaded and it said it was uploaded in 1904.  Clicked on the image and checked the photo info and it said it was taken at 12:00 on jan 1st 1940 it kinda freaked me out a little at that point.The image is of a women in a white dress sat infront of a unlit stone wall fire with what looks like a small fench bulldog style puppy on her knee. Has anyone else had the same thing with this image or another? Hope i explained it well enough.Thank you Kelly

Hi!We're working for a customer with Adobe Creative Cloud Files. The project (InDesign file) is stored in a shared folder (including links). If I open the InDesign file and the client opens the file at the same time, no one will receive a warning that two people are accidentally working in the same file. That's annoying, because that's how mistakes happen (a conflicted file is generated/we have to compare the files).When we work in the office on the server, we get a message: The file can not be opened because someone else is using it. Is it possible that this message also appears when working on Adobe Creative Cloud File? Or how can we handle this problem?Thank you for your help.Belinda

Hi, I was wondering where CC Libary files are stored. I'm trying to free up space on my computer, but I'm afraid to delete the files that I've dragged into my libraries where they show up on my local drive because I don't want to lose them in my libraries. Can anyone clear this up for me? Just so there is no confusion, I am referring to CC Libraries (Fig. A), not Cloud Storage (Creative Cloud Files) (Fig. B)Fig. AFig. B

What will happen if I delete files on the Creative Cloud folder on my Mac? Will the files in the network also be deleted? We are using a business account btw. I really need those files deleted ONLY on my laptop because it eats too much space. Thanks!

What do you do when you have the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries" error and you follow all the suggestions on this page What to do when the Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load and it still does not work? To be specific, there are some days, such as yesterday and last Friday, where doing this list—the whole list—did solve my problem and libraries started working again in my programs. But there are other days, like today, where doing the whole list still does not fix the problem and my programs maintain the "Something went wrong" error. I noticed that Adobe finally moved the web version of libraries here Adobe Creative Cloud , and I seriously suspect that was about when my trouble started. Please help. TIA.

Hi, I have a photography plan subscription with 20 GB of cloud storage. Currently, Creative Cloud shows my storage as full (20 GB) although I have no files in:Document CloudLightroom libraryCreative CloudFurthermore, there are no files in my local Creative Cloud folder and Creative Cloud's syncing is paused. What really gets me with working with Creative Cloud storage is that I have no idea of how the uploads are going. On iOS, when I upload a File it will show up there once it’s done but I ha Eno idea on the progress and how many files are being uploaded.On OSX it’s the same thing. I can see the sync arrows but have no idea of the progress.I assumed progress bars were on the first line of design but looks like Adobe doesn’t thinks so. Also, please display the upload speed Along with the total number of files and the name of the current on being uploaded. It should be there already.

using the cc app the photo files do not have exif data

Hello,we have a collection of hundreds of photos for one of our customers and we would like to share them on cloud.Given the high number of photos, it's important to be able to filter them with already assigned tags (keywords in bridge).We tried to sync a local folder with the asset files, but the tags are not displayed and are not used by the search.Is there a way to share a photo collection online with a tag search function?thank youMariano De Ambrosis

Hi people,Title says it all.Reinstalled Windows and have 100 GB of files in the Cloud.Those exact same 100 GB of files are on my HD.But when I install CC on my new Windows installation and login, it starts downloading that 100 GB.Not so happy with that since I have a slow connection in my student house 🙂Can't I tell CC that the files are already here on my HD?Thanks a million,Joseph

I sync my files on 2 macs. Multiple times when I try to reorganize the files on one mac, using finder, it causes issues during sync with the other mac.  Some folders that were moved get moved but also have a duplicate stay in the same spot, some get moved completely, some folders are duplicated but have the files in them divided up to the old and new locations.This happened about a month ago and I ended up turning off sync on my laptop.  Now I've turned it back on and it says it has 16,000 files to sync and will take 20+ hours.  I try leaving my computer on overnight to sync, using Amphetamine to make sure the computer stays on, but it shows the same number and time come morning.How do I fix this without losing files? How do I prevent it from happening next time?

I'm working on 2 computers: PC and MAC. I've created a shared folder on PC but when I work on MAC AdobeCC don't synchronises the folder! and no warning message, nothing. I have only the folder but is empty!!! and if I try to put new files on MAC folder they are synchronise n CC! incredible! but not in reverse way! somebody has a same problem???? please help me, no way to work well

Help! All of my archived/deleted files have disappeared! Everything in my main level ("Your Work") folder still exists, but nothing in my archive/deleted folder. I don't see anything in "Cloud Documents" tab, either.I always kept items in the Archived folder that I was not immediately using but planned to refer to in the future. I kept them there for years, so why would they have disappeared now? And more importantly, how can I get them back? Thanks for your help!

Can't copy text to the clipboard in Adobe Creative Cloud from Extract tab. The button Copy Text does nothing. Tried from different browsers on different PCs. Same with copy CSS button.
