Creative Cloud won't sync files anymore on my computer.I'm running the latest version of the desktop app (Creative Cloud Sync 2.4.3.114) on a MacBook Air with OS 10.12.6On the 'Files' tab I see the generic "When you turn on File Sync.." message, even though file syncing is turned on. I don't get the option to pause file sync in the drop down menu. And when I turn off file sync in preferences and then turn it back on nothing happens.I've tried logging out and back into my account. I've tried quitting and restarting the app. I've tried rebooting my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all CC applications to no avail.<edited to add> I've also seen the suggestion to remove the options.tix file from the CoreSync folder but no such file exists on my machine. I've also ran Disk First Aid to check for permissions errors - all good there...<edit 2> have also tried moving my Creative Cloud folder to a different hard drive - no luck there either...<edit 3> Ran Disk First A

Please try again".It's not only on my system, but also the people I want to collaborate with as well in various browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox).I'm working on a Mac with OS X 10.10.2

Hi,I'm not able to sync files in CC folder because I'm not authorised to change them. How can I authorise myself so they can sync like before? I'm working alone and not using the sharing library function at all, but it would be nice to manage the CC files again.Hope someone can help, thanks!Karin
On the web folder for my files (where the CC app uploads to), there here are multiple files across multiple directories that are not available for previewing in the browser.Direct links created via the share option have a preview. The files download via the browser fine. The files on my hard drive are fine. The CC app shows everything is synced.Edit to add: We use the image preview in the browser as access to our watermarked image library but do not allow the images to be downloaded.
My creative cloud has been attempting to sync for 1-2 days now. Nothing has been properly synced and there doesn't seem to want to end.
It appears assets2.adobe.com is down. I cannot access our libraries to collaborate or share.I checked the provided link to the Adobe Status page, but nothing related to libraries is shown.is there an update or expected time to resolution?
Hi There,I first started noticing that my Lightroom Mobile stopped syncing. I kept digging and finally figured out the below screen. I have tried to find any archive files that could affect it and I have followed the instructions in this article (Re: could not enable sync ) to uninstall and reinstall the app. I am still unable to sync. Please help. This is urgent to get it fixed!
i installed Lightroom CC on a Mac Air and my first sample upload of 100 images is still synching after four days. Can only see a few images on other devices.
I have several video files for a project I'm working on, which include a long cut (10mins) and a social cutdown (45s) - both saved on my Adobe Creative Cloud account. When I share the links with people to review, they are only able to play the video files from a desktop or Android mobile device. Those with an iPhone are unable to play the video. The link loads, taking them to the Adobe CC video player, they press play and get a white screen - see attached image. This has been the case of iPhone 5 / 7 / 7+ / 8 models. Playback is fine on Android phone OnePlus 6 and various Samsung phones. Suggestions?
Can I share access to files stored in my Adobe clouds account? For example, if I upload a video file can a colleague (non AdobeCC account holder) access it and download it?
We currently using a shared library, have added another user, and getting the issue, 'Could not place the document because the file could not be found', when trying to pull in a library item. The user is locked down to read only as are other users and no other problems with anyone else (about 10 people sharing the library). Have got the user to sign out and sign back in and have even removed the user and re-added them to the library repository. I'm hoping its something simple, can anyone help?
Hello Comm!I have to convince my companys CEO to let us collegues use the CCs at home. So our CEO wants to know:Are there any security options in the CC file-storage sync, to prevent users from dragging viruses, encrypters and malware into company network?Btw: The gfx-department is all Mac, how are the odds to infect a network behind a mac?
I created a folder in which I uploaded a certain number of jpg files. But it shows a limited number of them, say, the first 50 files and then all the other files I uploaded I see the message of the upload being successful but in the list of files in this folder I cant see them. I still can see the first 50 files and nothing else. What could cause this problem ?

So I've been having to deal with this issue ever since I upgraded my computer and install a different OS. I haven't had this issue on Windows 7 but CC on Windows 10 has been annoying with CC Files. But after dealing with the issue quite frequently while I'm working on a project that requires a lot of manual file operations, I decided to post on the forums.Whenever I save a file, create a new file, rename a file, create a new folder, rename a folder, or do any file system operations inside the creative cloud folder. Explorer gets really slow until CC is done with whatever it's doing. This also causes an issue where CC says it's unable to sync a file if I rename a file while CC is still syncing the file with the original name.Is there any way to fix this? I tried deleting the local CC Files database and reinstalling CC. I also don't have any other cloud storage software on my computer at the moment but I'm on the verge of moving to a different cloud storage platform or just make a local
I have a problem with the synchronization between Lightroom CC, the iPad and the iPhone. It still remains 2 or 4 images to download, which is never downloaded. What can be done to remedy the situation?
Hey all,I had to put synchronization on hold because, like I said, Creative cloud, is synchronizing everything again.I'm just afraid this is gonna consume my wireless data. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance,Ward
I didn't realize my Home computer wasn't syncing with Creative Cloud. So basically for an extended period of time I was working on files on both my Office computer and Home computer. Now there are different and viable versions of many different files on each computer. I'm afraid if I restart syncing on my Home computer that it will override newer files on my Office computer or vice-versa. SO, if I rename the folders on my Home computer will it create a NEW folder on my Cloud and NOT sync with the original folder name? Bottom line I want to turn on syncing, but I need the latest versions of each file, not the most recently synced. I hope this make sense.
I managed half a dozen iMacs running latest macOS and latest CC.Recently (past week) every Mac has exhibited this problem:InDesign suddenly beachballs for anywhere between 5 seconds to a minute. Some users simply force quit the app, but I decided to look into activity monitor and noticed that as well as inDesign being labelled as 'not responding', the process 'CC Library' was also.It would do this for a few seconds, going on and off and then after a minute or so would return to normal.Anyone know what's going on here?Is CC Library connected to the speed and/or availability of our internet connection maybe?
Hi,I have two questions:1. I have 100 GB storage and i'm out off space. Can i upgrade the storage to more than 100 GB?2. I tried to delete files and theno deleted them permanently again from the "deleted" folder, but after a few second i see that the same files are added again to my files folder. Why is this happening?is it bug?Thank's,Dikla
My Online files seem to be there and on but on the desktop version of the folders all the files are missing. Is there a way to get the files off the online CC area and back to the desktop?
