Hello! I've got error in Creative Cloud that says "Some files can't be synchrinized".In my CC folder i've got some weird files:Which cause this message. I can delete them when CC is not working, but they appear once app is running again.Also there is a bunch of .xd files in my CC trash bin which also can't be deleted

I brought a new laptop along with Adobe cloud a month ago and am having huge problems getting started, Lightroom CC shows my cloud storage is full which cant be right, I live in Lincolnshire UK, any help or advice would be very helpful, please keep it at a basic level.

Hey guys I have 1TB Creative Cloud storage but I wonderWhen I upload some files on my Creative Cloud then not only cloud storage but also my actual SSD storage is used by Creative Cloudis it normal?I just know Creative Cloud give to me 1TB  online storage and I use that storage instead of my actual storage. Am I wrong?

Firstly, Adobe's chat support is terrible. I've been transferred to a dedicated team during a chat session quite a number of times. All of them have Indian names and none of them are capable to answer my question and not talking about resolving an issue.So maybe community crowd could help me or at least tell if it's possible at all to do what I want. And it's pretty simple.When I share a file, I get a link and on the page in the top left I can see my Account Holder name. Is there any way I can make my Profile name to be shown there instead of Account Holder name? If it is, how can I change that?ThanksP. S. It seems support chats with multiple clients at once, because one somehow managed to understand, that I need to get my my address on the invoice correct... I believe (s)he mixed up chat windows

Hello,I would like to inquire if my license will changed (I'll get from another company), but if I'll use the new license with the old Adobe ID, can I have access to the old content of my files (Librarys, Assets, Presets etc.) in the Cloud? Or what will be with my old contents in the cloud?Thank you for your answer.Feri

hellois it possible to have a structure of collaborating folders.. there should be one folder where the grafik designers are able to colaborateand this folder contains subfolders for collaboration with writers and I don't know how to do thatwhen I choose a  subfolder for colaboration with the writers I can only collaborate on the mainfolderis there any way to achieve my structure ??

I have about 5GB of files, and though I haven't personally counted them, CC says I have 170k of them. I moved everything to the sync folder "Creative Cloud Files". Let the syncing begin!The estimate to finish the job was 14 hours. My internet is not particularly slow. In fact, 3 hours into the sync, I buffered up a two hour movie (which loaded in its entirety in mere minutes). Granted, upload speed != download speed. I went to bed hoping the job would be finished by morning. In the morning, my estimate was down to 0 seconds even though it confusingly still had 10k files left. At this point, I had to go to work, so I closed my laptop and went to work.When I reopened my laptop at work, it started syncing again... from 0%. The files are in the CC folder, with the exception of the 10k unsynced files, they all had little green checkmark icons (indicating sync). Now my estimate is 40 something hours. I'm not sure if it's writing a second copy or if it doesn't realize that the files haven't c

inrecently bought into the adobe plan hoping to unify my work flow between my desktop, laptop, and iPad Pro.I have a 4 bay NAS that will enevitably have a 12TB+ capacity. I never intended to pay more than for the basic photography plan nor do I intend to, and 20GB should be more than good enough. Since I will definitely exceed 1TB (I mainly shoot RAW, around 8-10k a year) I plan on keeping originals locally (so using lightroom Classic cc). I started first using my iPad to import and edit... only to find out be that there doesn’t seem to be anyway to force the synced files on the lightroom Classic side I to the lightroom Classic folder hiarchy and then remove the files from the cloud. In in other words I do not know how to move the files from the CC structure in the mobile synced folder on my desktop to the NAS drive and organized according to year and date in order to retain the edits I had already done. I have a problem. I installed Adobe cc to use photoshop and lightroom. I've always kept sync turned off as I work on files locally. I tried to download a plugin from exchange and it says to turn sync on. I did that and it's trying to sync 20gb of data. The creative cloud folder doesn't contain any files and my content on adobe contains nothing. Is this trying to download all of my content from lightroom? How do I stop it from doing this? I've looked around and I just cannot figure this out. It's quite frustrating. The sync options don't seem to be very transparent. Ok so I have no idea what the heck is going on....This has been going on for days. I have done the Adobe help and troubleshot things like it suggested, but i still get this problem."Unable to sync (file/folder name) because some files in the folder are open. Please close any open files within this folder"There are no files open there are no applications open that are using that folder. Finder is open. Can I no longer have Finder open in order to sync?I have never had this issue before, and now the last 1 month this has been the issue. The folders in question contain InDesign files, Ae files, Ai files, PDFs, PSD files, JPGS, PNG. I read somewhere that InDesign makes this invisible files (from my layman understanding) that run in the background and give the impression that the file is open...but i dont have anything running if I turn off and on my mac right?My office mac (if turned off and then on), syncs (green checkmarks), but when i get to my home computer, there are the Warning signs

I had started syncing my native psd file to Creative Cloud last night and by this morning, it is still syncing. Typically, it takes less than five minute to finish, not a whole night and then some. I can seeing the sycing file in my Creative Cloud folder in Finder, it just won't finish syncing so I can link to my school discussion forum. Why won't it finishing syncing?Please don't blame the changes being made to the Assets, I don't think the Assets' changes count for Photoshop not syncing to Creative Cloud.

Hello,Since my CC folder starts to clog my SSD I wanted to change the directory to a different HDD.I found the option and when I pressed the button it gave me an error saying:"Unable to create the Creative Cloud Files Folder at.... Hi,I'm using CC storage and depend on the 10 day's versions. After the update of the website all my versions are hidden. I can see what the latest update of my document is, but I can't see them.My questions:Where are my versions?Why do I have less functionality?I can't find: Search, Version, Libraries.Is there any documentation on the new look and changes?Do you have a time table? I need space on my computer, and I want to delete local files from my computer without them getting archived online. Can this be done?I just don't want to accidentally lose all of my files forever, and I want all of my files to be accessible from the "files" tab in assets instead of the "archives"/"deleted" tab.

At least one of my libraries has gone missing. I have some shared libraries still showing in my panels but not all I had before. They've been missing for a couple months now.There are none in my archive. I've even tried re-following one shared library that went missing. It shows when I log in through my browser but not in the programs. Another person using the same library has it working fine. I've tried restarting, logging out of CC and logging back in. I relaunched from the menu bar icon. It's just gone. Please help.

I need some help.  My creative cloud will not sync with my other team member which is affecting our work flow.  I have tried several times to talk to someone to resolve it.  I am paying $138 a month for a service and it is not working properly.  When I talk to someone their answer is that it has been "escalated."  I am trying to reach someone how can help resolve the issue and a billing department. 

HiI've shared a pdf document from my creative cloud files folder. The customer can see the document within the web browser and make comments. So far so good.When I update the PDF with a newer version the preview on customer side doesn't update.If I right click the browser and choose [show image in new window', it shows the new image. But following the shared link, it keeps showing the old version.I've tried to delete browser history and cash. Didn't work.When I check the document in the web environment under my own account it does (!!!) show the new version.When the customer downloads the pdf, it IS the updated document.How to show it to my customer inside the browser?Thanks for sharing your ideas.

After a recent CC update, all of my libraries and their content disappeared. I've tried logging out of CC and back in, gone. I've tried simply restarting my computer and logging back into CC, still gone. Is anyone else experiencing this? Where did they go? How could all of that content just disappear into thin air? Is there a way to get all of that back without having to rebuild my libraries?

This past Monday we came into our office to find that all our files were gone. We signed in to our computers, 3 macs and 3 pc's and in our trash cans on the desk tops, were all our files. Each computer had different files in the trash. We called support and got ZERO help. We spoke to 3 or 4 different people who had no solutions other than saying this sounded like a mac issue, but it was also happening on our pc's. We moved the files out of trash, this is 1000's of files that we have to reorganize and search through. The next day, more files in the trash, new ones. Support is an absolute nightmare!

My creative cloud files stopped syncing. The only error I see is "Some files failed to sync"I no longer have green check arks next to files in my creative cloud folder. I can not see files uploaded by Co-workers that I share folders with.I tried stopping and starting syncing and signing in and out.I can not get to the help page for creative cloud. (maybe this because I have part of the team). Very frustrating.

I sync a document back and forth from my Mac to my iPad using creative cloud. Sometimes my iPad does not have service. Sometimes it does. I edit this document throughout the day, and just now I connected my iPad to the Internet, and when I went to the document it had reverted to the state it was this morning.  I feel that I may have lost all the days changes. I cannot find the document I was just editing an hour ago. This feels terrible.  Can it be true? Where could the document  with today’s work be? Is there someway to rectify this situation?  Is it possible that my changes were over ridden through the syncing process, and I was not given the chance to choose or duplicate or differentiate between conflicting versions?

Dear users,if I add in my Cloud Lybrary a vector element ( elem.ai), the element added loose the vector propriety.  If i download from cloud library  the same element (elem.ai), that is an image not modificable. Is right? I's possible mantain the vector proprieties  in the library? Thanks in advance!

When I did a forum search on this topic I find discussion that are several years old - but still no answer? Still no option to actually download and use the library elements I have shared on my CC account? Vector files etc. I thought the main purpose of sharing these files in CC with others was to be able to access them and USE them. Developers, other designers etc. Same thing with account holder, would be nice to access and download from shared link in situations where I'm not able to log into my CC account etc. Could be on guest machines, guest networks etc.In other words: Please make everything I share on the cloud service available to download and use.
