Creative Cloud Services

I have a couple of files that apparently will not sync.  Is there somewhere I can see the names of the un-syncd files so that I can take them out of the CC Folder?

When I try to start syncing with the Creative Cloud app (on a Mac) the wheel starts spinning, but then nothing happens. Just the same "Start syncing"-button, and no folder is being created in the finder. Anyone else got this problem?

I am trying to download some assets from the Creative Cloud desktop app. In order to download the assets, I must first enable File Sync. I do so in the Preferences: There we go. Lovely. Now, I go back to the assets tab and try to download something. But nothing happens, because look: the File Sync is OFF again:So, I go to the Preferences - lo and behold, the damn this is TURNED OFF again: Wash, rince, repeat one hundred times. No dice. What should I do?

My need:I am new to Edge Animate.  I need to build animations that can be accessed by Mac OS and Windows OS, which is why I went with Edge Animate.My question(s):1) I have a valid Cloud subscription.  I need to know how to access the Cloud storage.2) Can I create a storage folder on the Adobe Cloud that will allow my team members to test the web pages and animations created in Edge?

how much can I upload- Is there a limit?  Is it safe to delete these files/folders now that I have put them into this "cloud"?  Can they ever be deleted without my knowledge or approval?  Thanks Adobe -so far, I'm very impressed and thrilled to have a safe (?) place to store documents.....

I created multiple folders and files that I loaded saved in the Adobe Creative Cloud, and saw them load and sync correctly. However, upon opening the same ACC folder either hours or days later from another PC, those files are not visible, even though I used the same Adobe login. Other files are visible, including those made on the laptop, but files loaded from the PC are not visible. When logging back in on the PC, the files are visible and accessible, but when logging back in on the laptop, they are not there. This is a problem, because I cannot share my own files and folders (also not visible some times) when I am travelling.  Please explain what I must do so that I can access all of my files and folders, from any PC, once I login to my Adobe Creative Cloud account.

I can upload photos, but when trying to upload video to the CreativeCloud into a folder, they all show up as single .jpg of a random frame. Does Cloud allow video collaboration TIA

I have been using Creative Cloud with no problems until recently. I am getting the ! in front of some of my files but not others. Recently, I created a new folder and moved all the ! files into it. Everything was fine. Now I'm getting the ! again, not for all files but for some, the ones I've worked on most recently. The message says "Unable to sync" --- server error.

Hi,I've been using Creative Cloud Storage for a time now, and I'd love to see the following to be updated/solved in a future version.Share link option without having to go through a browser : when I right-click on a file which is inside the Creative Cloud folder, there is a "share the link" option. Unfortunately it takes you to a browser, and then connect to the Creative Cloud website, and then gives you the link. It would be much more efficient to get the link directly, like Dropbox does (it copies the link in the cache).Solve the upload problem with big files : whenever I upload a big file (more than 2Gb), I'm not certain it will go through. First, it takes a huge amount of time (and I don't have upload problems with my network), and usually when it reaches the end of the transfer, it would tell me there was an error and the process could not complet. I then would have to re-upload the file, and waiting another 12 hours (sometimes more!) just to wait if the file has uploaded or not.R

Adobe Creative Cloud shows some pictures in false dimensions. Usually spreads them. This is not nice as we are using CC to present photo proofs for customers. By this far we have not found anything that would be technically different with these pictures. We have also tried this with several accounts and several image collections. Always the same thing. Some pictures with false proportions. I think this is just something that goes wrong in the Create Cloud system. Any way to avoid this?

After using a linked Smart Object inside a PSD and sync with Creative Cloud, the online version of file does not preview and does not work with any online feature, like Extract, Layers, or Anything else.Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'd like to know why it is, when I have nothing loaded into my Asset storage that it shows I have used 10.85 gb of my 100 gb storage limit? Thanks Lauren

i did not know that once I removed photos from my archive that it would also remove the photos in my IPhoto. Is it possible to recover them or undo the action? thank you

Hello everybody,I'm frequently sending folders containing images to my clients.On client (not logged into CC)side, the images can be downloaded but only one file at the time. Is there away to make the whole folder downloadable, like in Dropbox ?Best /Sven

hi i uploaded an indesign file onto the cloud/sync folder and its synced 100% but when i send the link to a friend to preview on his computer nothing shows up. Is there any plan to add slideshow functionality as well as being able to click from file to file in Creative Cloud Files? Seems like the basics, especially when needing to display large numbers of images/photos for a client to comment on. Am I missing something obvious here?

I'm trying to figure out how to my client and I can use the InCopy/InDesign workflow using the adobe cloud storage. I get how the client can download the .indd files and open them in InCopy to edit, and upload it back to the cloud storage - but my question is - will that edited .indd file then sync to my hard drive copy of the file? Please confirm.

What's the best way for a team to share files so we don't have to constantly be sending links, etc.?
