Hello everybody,I'm frequently sending folders containing images to my clients.On client (not logged into CC)side, the images can be downloaded but only one file at the time. Is there away to make the whole folder downloadable, like in Dropbox ?Best /Sven

hi, im trying to download brushes off creative cloud and it keeps on coming up and saying turn file sync on? i keep on going back to the "files" tab and click sync but nothing happens?someone help me!

hi i uploaded an indesign file onto the cloud/sync folder and its synced 100% but when i send the link to a friend to preview on his computer nothing shows up. Is there any plan to add slideshow functionality as well as being able to click from file to file in Creative Cloud Files? Seems like the basics, especially when needing to display large numbers of images/photos for a client to comment on. Am I missing something obvious here?

I'm trying to figure out how to my client and I can use the InCopy/InDesign workflow using the adobe cloud storage. I get how the client can download the .indd files and open them in InCopy to edit, and upload it back to the cloud storage - but my question is - will that edited .indd file then sync to my hard drive copy of the file? Please confirm.

What's the best way for a team to share files so we don't have to constantly be sending links, etc.?

Hi everyonei've two different CC accounts (both CC for teams) the first will expire next 11th august 14my question is if it's possible to have a unique folder of files and if it's possible to manage fonts and sites on BC with the two accountsortransfer to the second (new) account files, fonts, web etc...thank you all in advance...

Uploaded mp4 video to my cloud storage for a client to review on ipad. Can't seem to play the video or download it though the ipad. Any ideas?

I have CC installed on both an iMac and a windows laptop using the same license, on my laptop all my files are syncing fine but anything I work on on my Mac just won't sync saying 'unable to sync due to a server error'? any advice?

I can't sync my files using the desk top app.When I logg in to the CC web site it takes some time, and then I get the message This section of Creative Cloud is experiencing unexpected server errors.It's been like this all day, on both my computers.I need to sync my dokuments so I can work from home tomorrow!!!

I'm trying to turn on Creative Cloud syncing through the Creative Cloud app, but nothing happens other than getting the spinning wheel. I've quite the app and restarted it, but that doesn't help. I've also tried turning it on through CC preference. What am I doing wrong? Where does Creative Cloud put the Creative Cloud Files directory once a sync is successful? Thanks.

I have a CC for Teams account and am running OSX Mavericks. I go to Preferences in the CC Desktop app and turn on file sync. Then when I go to the Assets tab and click "Start Syncing," for a split second the folder with the CC icon shows, then the "Sart Syncing" button immediately comes back. When I click on it a second time, I get the blue wheel. After a minute or two, it times out, and the "Start Syncing" button comes back. Meanwhile, the turn file sync on button in preferences appears to not stay checked.Any help you can provide is much appreciated!

Hello!I'm trying to sync files with Creative Cloud but the folder doesn't show up in Finder in the location that is specified in my desktop app. Here are the facts:- No folder appears where it should on my Mac in the Finder (based on the location given in the desktop app settings)- Files DO appear in iPad app- Files DO appear in web browser version- The "File Sync is Off" is grayed out in the desktop app settings, but when I go into Settings menu and click "On" for the Sync On/Off and click "Start Sync" it turns the Sync On/Off back to Off- When I click "start sync" button in desktop app, it thinks about it for a while and goes back to the "start sync screen"- When I log into the desktop app settings and I try to move the folder to a different location, the app says that it's moving and will say that it's in it's new location. If you go to that location in the finder, it's not there.- I'm having no other issues with Creative Cloud- Fonts are syncing fine- I've uninstalled and reinstall

The sync is off and when I change to "Turn on" and close the tab, nothing happens.

I cannot access file storage. It just keeps the waiting screen both on app and online (https://creative.adobe.com/files). I have pays for it, why cannot I use it?MAC, OS X 10.9, latest updates.The CC app even does not show the Home screen, just rolling the login bubbles. The same for sync assets.Photoshop offers updates every day, the same updates. Sometimes it offers me to "Install" Lightroom, Lightroom is the base app I use for my work. Really Adobe, I pay for the service to do my job, please fix it.

how to delete public link to CC folder?

Tried 3 times to upload a 1.7GB Zip file..could not do it thru a browser, too large.Asked by "browser" to upload thru CC Desktop app.  Fails each time.Same "Some files failed to sync" error.  ALso get the further error message --"Unable to sync file xx" or whatever.  Has ANYONE had success with largerfiles with this service.  I have some 100MBish size files on my cloud partitionbut that is all.. spent most of the past weekend uploading 4GB plus via FTP soI know it is not my connection.  Any help/advice would be appreciated.  SeemsI may need to look elsewhere for sharing services--thanks
