Digital Editions

What is the expected sync time on the phone app. Changes made or books purchaed are not showing up on the app.  

After installing Digital Editions (DE) on a new computer, I apparently authorized it using the wrong account. Now, when I attempt to add an item that I bought with the right account, DE displays the following error message:"Document is licensed for a different user account"How do I de-authorize the wrong account and re-authorize the right account?I'm using WinXP SP3 and DE 1.7. And I'm comfortable editing the Registry!

Hi, I am trying to authorize a new computer but I get an error message that says "you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices."I need to get access to a purchased book but it doesn't let me. Can someone help me?

I have ADE but linked (i.e. authorised) to a specific e-bookseller from whom I successfully purchased and downloaded several e-books.  I now want to borrow e-books from a library which requires ADE for downloading to, and reading on, my Kobo.  All my attempts at deauthorising my existing "authorised user" thru ADE Help tab have been unsuccessful........"unable to erase authorization". Adobe on-line chat has been quite unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue.Any help to resolve this matter would be much appreciated. Robert  

After I change my PDF to an epub file, it does not look the same. I have two photos per page in the PDF, and when it converts to epub it shows only one picture per page with double the amount of pages?

I'm trying to authorise ADE on my laptop and Android phone. On both ADE says my email or password is incorrect. I have reset my password twice already. But still get the same message. I login with no problem on the website. Please help how can I authorise ADE?

I got an ACSM file from Playscripts and it won't open. They said it was a firewall error but I disabled all firewalls and tried it on my other computer and on my cell phone and I cannot get the book to be read by the ADE. Any suggestions because neither Adobe has support for this nor does Playscripts? Trying to do my best but not succeeding yet. Thank you!

I have just installed Digital Editions on my la[top for the first time.I have downloaded an ebook from a library and when I open the ebook in ADE I get a message 'E_LIC_ALREADY_FULLFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER'so i cant open the book. Please advise

Using latest ADE 4.5.10.186048 with a kobo e-reader.Had no problems connecting and putting e-books to my device, but now ADE does not recognise the e-reader anymore. Whatever I try, no device is shown in the left hand pane.Tried this on 2 computers, tried it with 2 different model kobo e-readers. Nothing seems to work. Does anybody have similar issues? And who knows how to fix this?many thanks!

When I open ADE is does not show the Device list tab on the left. I am using a Kobo WiFi e-reader and Kobo has confirmed that the Kobo WiFi shows as still supported by ADE. Anyone will similar problem with ADE?

Until yesterday we had the ability to copy text from the EBook.Today the option is greyed out and we can not copy text from the EBook.Please assist or let us know what is needed to be done to get this function back for the EBooks.

Just got a new ereader Koba Libra H2O. Before Sony with Reader for PC, EDA 4.5 with mozilla, edge, chrome. Install is oké, but when I want to open the app it freezes. Just a microsecond on the screen.Removed the reader for pc but doesn't change anything.  Is a setting of mine pc maybe wrong. When installing EDA 3.0 i got the message. EDA 3.0 doesn't work any more. Please give me some advice. Thank you

I just downloaded this software onto my computer because I have to use it for an eBook for one of my college classes, but it is SUPER SLOW! Like, when I try to scroll down the page, there is a long delay. It is especially bad on any page that is not exclusively text. Any page with coloring or graphics takes 30+ seconds to load, and longer the more graphics there are. I know that the problem is this crappy software because everything else on my computer runs quickly and normally. Is there any way to fix this problem or make the software load pages at an acceptable speed?

Every time I close Digital Editions, I get a message asking me if I want to add the book to library. Even after checking, "Don't show this alert again",  I get the same message next time I close Digital Editions after reading a book. How do I fix this?

I download the app, tried to open the e-book, but after it appears in library, it just loading for a long time, than tells me it is non-responding? What should I do? I asked for help by email, they sent me a new link, I tried to close and re-open app, delete old book, but it still not working 

So I have all my textbooks on adobe digital reader on my ipad and I decided to download the app on my macbook so I can access these textbooks on my mac as well. When I dowloaded 'Adobe Digital Editions 4.5' and it just brought me right into an empty library, no option to login. There is also no "settings" options or "help" options all I can do is add, delete, or rename a bookshelf. I would just like to know how I can login from a macbook as my ipad is not too reliable.

I have registered my account via Google and got the confirmation email etc. Now I need to "Authorize computer" on Adobe Digital Editions to get the ebook I would like to read and it gives me an error with regards to my login details. I am using the login details that I just registered with. Could someone please assist.

Hello there, I think I managed to authorize ADE the access to both my Kobo and my computer. I moved my .acsm file to the library in ADE and it appears but as 0 pages. I double click on it at it says to check if connection is working (and it is) as they cannot connect to the server who has provided the acsm file.If I move that file to the kobo it says something CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED. Can someone help me figure out what to do ??Thanks!

OK, I have been trying since January 16 to get your software to work to open a book from BAM...I received no email stating that you were calling me this monrinrg.  NO CALL.I need to TALK to someone and get this straightened out.  I see now why there were ONE star ratings for your product.Cindy Klispie  klispie@hotmail.com

I am totally blind and just downloaded ADE on my iPhone 12 Mini. I just wanted some tips on using this app with VoiceOver, which is Apple's built-in screen reader. I have 3 books in my library and I can find the search, go to page, etc. But I can't figure out how to start reading the book continuously. Any help would be appreciated.
