Digital Editions

I purchased a script from a publisher. My ADE library has other scripts in it from the same company. I have never had an issue with the dowload before.  When I ask it to download into ADE, all I get is a page of code. Why can't I get my script to download correctly? I have attached a screenshot of the thing that is downloading.

Latest version ADE, perfect workingly until 2 months ago, now when I open ADE I have just white screen , lazy reaction and it's impossible to load new ebook. The message is "this ebook already present in your library", but for me it's impossible to see it...I delete authorization, delete and reinstall ADE but nothing change....With anothe machine (older) everything work...Somebody has an idea ?Thank you so much, Cristiano

I want to download an e-book from the online-library and therefor I use Adobe Digital Editons.I get the message "fout bij ophalen licentie/ Communicatieprobleem met licentieserver: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12" How can I solve this problem?I tried to remove my authorisation, but this was not possible.I have an Adobe-ID for paid apps Adobe Creative Cloud. Is the Adobe-ID for Adobe Digital Edions the same? How to solve this problem?I want to have contact with someone from Adobe. Do you have an e-mailadress?

the problem on my e-reader Tolino says: Adobe failure:W_ADEPT_CORE_ACTIVATION-CERT-NOT-FOUND 

The scrolling speed is unusably slow unless the document view is set to "fit to page." It's a simple yet unforgivable problem. Will not be using this product again unless this is fixed.

Hola cuando conecto el ereader Tagus no me lo reconoce el programa ADE por lo tanto no puedo transferir los libros!!!! Intenté de todo !!!! Desinstale el programa y lo instalé, mi P.C. si lo reconoce pero ADE no , alguien me podría ayudar??? Mil gracias.

HI I bought a digital textbook from my university bookstore which I have to use on Adobe Digital Editions. My previous textbook was available for use on Pearson My Lab which provided the ability to create study notes, flash cards and do multiple forms of practices quizzes. Adobe Digital Editions seems to have NONE of these tools???? Is that correct? I paid same price for last textbook but this platform for using it is not helpful. Please advise

Hello,For university, I easily use highlights in ADE. The matter is that nothing is saved when I close it and reopen it. Hours ok reading and work is lost.... I've learnerd that highlights are not visible on more than 1 computer, but what about the same computer? I now use only one of my computers for that reason! Why do I lose everything??Before trusting ADE and reading for hours, I've made a test yesterday with few highlights. I closed my book and reopened it and everything was fine. And then, today, everything, every highlight, disappeared. I've tried to restart my computer 3 times and can't understand what's happening. Thank you for helping me.

I purchased a digital book from Isaca and the purchase was fulfilled on my desktop. I have tried several times to move it to my tablet so i can read the book anywhere while i prepare for my exam but i get the error message and doesn't seem to work

I appearantly need ADE in order to read ebooks I borrow at my local library. On installing I get this: E_ADAPT_IO ActivationServiceInfo Error%20#2032 Only old postst give a solution that does not work. Mac Pro Server 2012 with High Sierra (last one that works on this machine). Already tried it with the firewall disabled.. Kind regards Alex

I downloaded my e-text and it refuses to load paster page 29. I am using adobe digital editions 4.5.

Adobe digital editions has worked for years, so some update/corruption has probably caused my problem.Adobe digital editions 3.0, 4.0, 4.5 won't launch AFTER completely installing. The error code is 0xc000007b. I've done the simple things like: open as administrator, reinstall, reboot, no viruses or malware present, sfc, chkdsk, dism, Tweaking's All In One Repair Tool, file associations, etc.  DWalker's Depends program should diagnose dependencies, file problems, but the program has to open first and it won't. The latest All In One Runtimes is installed (latest .NET, Visual C++, Direct X, etc). In system32 I have xinput1_4.dll. I don't know if the 1_3 dll is required? Other dlls- mfc100, mfc100u, msvcp100, msvcr100, msvcr100_clr400 are there. These are also in sysWow32 but not the xinput1_4. Should this be there?Don't know where to go from here but I need ADE to download library books.There are many on line discussions/Utube videos about conflicts between Win10 and ADE.thanks,Gary

I just bought a document from the university. Usually, I can highlight any page even if it's an image and not a text. But using ADE, it's impossible!Please help

Dear community,I realized that I have some old adobe ID's for several email addresses.I cancelled all of them. When I wanted to download an e-book and open it on my Tolino it said that the adobe ID of the Tolino and the book do not match. I checked and in my digital editions I saw that still and old email address is in. To cancel it I have to enter my password. But as this old account is deleted, it says the password I have entered is wrong. Also, I have tried to reinstall it several times so that maybe I can log in with a new adobe ID. However, it always refers to the old ID and I am somehow stuck. Can anyone help me here how I can remove the old ID?

Ik heb adobe digital editions op mijn telefoon gehad,  maar verwijderd. (uninstall was niet aanwezg) Ik wil Adobe digital editions op mijn laptop hebben, maar nu geeft de laptop aan dat er een connection is met mijn telefoon, maar op de telefon is echt niets meer te vinden. Hoe kan ik nu toch gebruik maken van ADE op mijn laptop?

Is it possible to have a window or tab open to the notes section of a book while reading the main text so that it is easy to look at the notes while reading the text?

Each time I attempt to down load a book checked out from library I get the following error message: E.ACT_NOT-READY. My computer is authorized and I down loaded from library as epub but the book shows up as ASCM in documents. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to fix this problem? Appreciate any help. Thanks.I am using Mac Book Pro by the way.

Hello Everyone! I purchase a textbook through my University's bookstore and followed the instructions for downloading Digital Editions to be able to access the book. When I got to the point of "Authorizing my Computer", I entered in my login details (I know these are correct), and I get the "activation server error" code "E_ADEPT_REQUEST_ EXPIRED". It will not let me proceed to my textbook without this being completed. I have seen other threads that suggest that my computer's time is incorrect, but it's matched to my timezone and hasn't been touched in months. Also, I purchased this textbook TODAY! How can it be expired already?  Please help! 

Compre un libro en el fondo de cultura economica de Mexico, ellos mandan un link con terminación ACSM y las instrucciones para descargar el Adobe Digital Editions.En la MAC si se puede ver el libro, una vez que se descarga en la MAC, pero no se puede usar el Link en la ipad, inclusive, ni utilizando la cuenta de Adobe ID.¿Porque no funciona como Kindle donde puedo ver mis libros en todos los dispositivos que tengan mi cuenta?Como saben en las iPad no hay entradas para USB para usar en la "ayuda" que envianCreo que esto de Adobe Digital Editions en una porqueria
