Bonjour, ADE 4.5.8 est installé sur mon ordinateur mais à chaque fois que je souhaite télécharger un livre j'ai un message ''voulez-vous autoriser cette application à apporter des modification à votre appareil'' le programme s'installe mais aucun téléchargement.Merci!

I have downloaded several books to digital editions but when I open a book and try to copy something from a book to then paste in my paper, it will not work.  The copy function is not available or highlighted.  Does anyone know the procedure for copying out of this program or even if you can?

Dear All,I am having a single para of around 200,000 characters. When it got displayed in the Adobe Digital Edition, the para getting split in last but one page and displaying huge space in the content. Based on the screen size the content is getting split in different places but in the last but one page. Please clarify is there any character limit is there in <p> and how to rectify this problem. I try to un install - install version 4.5 /3/2 and no matter what, I can read the file from my cumputer but not on my Kobo even if it's autorise.  A cannot count the number of time every thing was uninstall and install both on my kobo or my PC.  Could my PC be too old? Do I need to switch my Kobo for a Kindle?  Please help me.

I just had my adobe digital edtiotion download it. I dont undestand how come i cant log into my account. it keeps popping up a msg saying, the vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open.I already tried to reset my password. it seems still not working

Hello, I have recently purchased a Kobo Clara HD e-reader. Prior to this I had purchased a Kindle paperwhite and created an Adobe ID and downloaded ADE onto my Mac. Realized that I was unable to get library books on my Kindle as I am in Canada and sent the paperwhite back. I recently just purchased a Kobo Clara HD. ADE is still installed in my computer under my Adobe ID. I downloaded a library book from DownloadLibrary onto ADE and then was able to transfer it onto my Kobo. However when I try to open the book on my Kobo it says that my device needs to be re-authorized and then I need to re-import my book. I have tried this but it did not work. I tried deleting my Adobe ID and then creating a new account with the same Adobe ID but this did not help my problem either. I read some other forums and they said to uninstall and re-install ADE. That's what I am trying to do now but when I am trying to erase-authorization it asks for my password for my Adobe ID and then it says my credentials d

I can't login with google credentials on ADE when selecting google as vendor when trying to authorize.

How do I get to authorize an acsm file and download an eBook, which I have just purchased onto my computer instead of an office PC, which I authorized and downloaded it on. The eBook is only downloadable once. Kindly help.

I bought my textbook beginning of semester I used it throughout my semester with no problem. Last week I tried to access my abobde digital 4.5 app and the only available information to read was "getting strated with adobe". I can't see anywhere where I can sign in and I am very confused. Can anyone tell me how to access my textbook? Thank you!

I'm not sure why anyone would put a book in an epub format, but unfortunately I purchased several books that are in that format. I have digital editions content under an ID I don't remember. All my content should be under the same ID but when I try to access the content i receive a message asking me to enter my email address and content code. Where do I find this information?

First time ever using ADE to get some books on my Vivlio e-reader.I'm positive my ID and password is correct (otherwise i wouldn't be able to log in and post this). But it keeps saying my ID or password is incorrect. I've tried support, and they were nog able to help. Has anyone else had this problem before?Maybe helpfull: the books are bought from bol.com and from local shops, so i can't choose another eBook vendor beside Adobe. I would like to read them on my e-reader so i don't think i can do that anonymous thing? But i'm not sure about that...Adobe account has 2step verification but i think that won't play a part as i wasn't able to log in on ADE before i had that. Many thanks!

I have bought an ebook to offer, but by mistake I've opened the ACSM file and now the person to whom I want to offer the book cannot open it. How can I ask Adobe to change the rights so only the other person can use the ebook ?

Every time I attempt to download a book from the library using the new OverDrive, I can't open Adobe Digital Edition.  It just says it's loading but nothing happens.  I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, installed version 3.0 and 2.0 but it still does not work.  I downloaded one book to my ereader successfully using the new OverDrive, but have been unable to do so since.  Can anyone assist?

A simple question from a computer klutz: I have an eBook on Adobe Digital Editions that displays as two pages at a time; I would prefer to have it display as a single page at a time. Can I do this, and if so, how? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have downloaded the book to one iPad . Now I can't download it to the other iPad. I have a file of the book and it's supposed to load onto Adobe digital editions.  I connected to chat, and I got a representative from the billing department. There seems to be no information on this on the web.

Hey all, when I import an ebook in ADE, sometimes I'll get numbers instead of the title of the ebook. It's a legal bought book.....:) Any advice how to get the normal title of the ebook on my display? 

Hi there, I'm having this issue I've never seen.When I borrow ebooks from the public library and try to open them with Adobe Digital Editions, I get this E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED error message. The usual deauthorize/authorize procedure doesn't seem to work and solve my problem, so I wonder if that's a problem with the specific Adobe ID I created. Anyone knows how to help? 😃

I bought and downloaded a book which has a protection. I could read it. All was OK.Then I update Adobes Digital Edition (version 4.5.11). And now, I can't read anymore my book. Message : "Impossible to open <book>.epub. Erros detected on this element <book>". And no more information.I try to download again my book. But, read it, is impossible : same message.What can I do to read again my book ?

Hallo, ich habe mir einen neuen Computer zugelegt und wollte hier die ADE mit der vorhandenen ID registrieren. Lieder bringt der Prozess den Fehler, dass ich keinen anderen Computer mit einer bereits benutzten ID registrieren kann. Ich will mir aber nicht extra eine neue E-Mail Adresse zulegen. Wie kann ich dieses Problem lösen? Vielen Dank.

Hi there, To start off, I have to say that the program runs very slowly. It takes at least 30 seconds to turn a page og navigate the menu. Ok, I'll wait.But then I realize that it has highlighted the whole chapter I was reading and it won't let me un-highligh. Can anyone help?Thank you.
