Hi, can you help me?I borrowed an ePub from the library catalog a few days ago. Now I can no longer read it because Adobe Digital Edition asks me for authorization. (I can only read the purchased books).Initially, I authorized the pc without an ID. I have no other devices, only the pc and I have the latest version of ADE.I authorized the pc without ID.I have already tried to:1- Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Digital Edition;2- Erase the authorization and authorize the computer again;3- Create an Adobe ID and use that to authorize. Bonjour,Pour celles et ceux qui galèrent avec ADE depuis windows 10 :Après diverses tortures et autres aléas  (arrachage de cheveux, cris, bris de verre...) j'ai enfin trouvéé une solution.Acheter légalement son ebook : bien, il y a des gens qui transpirent pour écrire 😉Télécharger l'application ADE sur son smartphone : non, vous ne lirez pas là dessus, rassurez vous tout de suite !Glisser l'ebook acsm (arghhh) de l'ordi sur smartphone pour que le format verrouillé acsm devienne enfin un epub en l'ouvrant avec l'appli ade : yeahhConnecter son smartphone et l'ordi et faire glisser l'epub sur l'ordi : AllelouiaaConnerte la liseuse à l'ordi et faire glisser dans l'autre sens 😉VOILA, ça y est, vous avez enfin vtre ebook prêt à être dévoré !!!!Je reste dispo si besoin d'explications plus détaillées.

Hallo,ich habe gerde einige neue ebooks beim Händler meiner Wahl gekauft und auch erfolgreich auf meinen PC in das Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 (ADE) heruntergeladen.Nun wollte ich auch ältere Bücher, die bislang nur in meiner Online-Bibliothek bei diesem Händler gespeichert waren auf den PC übertragen. Dazu habe ich wie zuvor die angebotene .acsm Datei angeklickt, die mit ADE verknüpft ist. Diesmal jedoch wurde das ebook nicht heruntergeladen. Stattdessen erhielt ich die Fehlermeldung: Fehler beim Abrufen der Lizenz. Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsfehler: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12.Was ist da passiert? Warum geht das nicht? Al intentar descargar unos libros que vienen en una promoción junto a un libro electrónico WOLDER, me sale el siguiente error. El fabricante me sugiere que me ponga en contacto con ADOBE ya que opinan que es un problema de Adobe Digital Editions. No encuentro ninguna solución. I am writing to help my dad. He suddenly is not able to download books on ADE anymore...  he gets this error message:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 I noticed his computer (Mac) is authorized with my adobe account (not his) - maybe because he is using my old Kobo... When trying to delete my account on his computer, this is not possible... I am stuck. Anyone who can help, please?

Bonjour, j'ai changé d'adresse email, car j'ai changé de fournisseur d'accès.Quand je veux supprimer l'autorisation d'un PC, ADE me met par défaut l'ancienne adresse comme nom d'utilisateur et je n'ai pas le choix, donc impossible d'aller plus loin.Quand je mets l'ancien mot de passe, on me dit que ce n'est pas valide, c'est normal puisque j'ai changé d'adresse donc de nom d'utilisateur chez adobe.Comment faire pour changer ce nom d'utilisateur qui n'est plus le bon.Bien sur j'aurais dû supprimer l'autorisateur avant de changer de nom de compte, mais c'est trop tard.Merci pour les réponses

I have a new PC with Windows 10. The store did not load from my old computer the 1.7 version of Adobe Digital Editions I used with my Nook e-reader. Now I cannot find it anywhere to download. Can someone provide a working link to download this older version of ADE?

Salve, ho acquistato un ebook sul sito ibs . dopo una prima apertura del libro tramite l'applicazione adobe digital editions, non riesco più ad aprire l'ebook ma mi esce un avviso che ho riportato con l'allegato. ho provato a cancellare l'autorizzazione e a inserirla nuovamente ma mi da sempre lo stesso errore.  

bonjourlorsque je veux ouvrir un livre sur ma kobo, importé depuis mon ordi (importé d'une bibliothèque)... il apparaît dans la bibliothèque, mais lorsque je veux le transférer sur ma liseuse... et lors de l'ouverture : message : votre liseuse n'est pas autorisée à ouvrir ce livre.j'ai ADE 4.5... comme conseillé par certains, je l'ai désinstaller pour mettre ADE 3.0 : le pblème persiste. j'ai remis la 4.5 : pareil ! Je vérifie, que ce soit sur l'ordi ou la liseuse, les deux sont "autorisés" à lire des ebooks. Je n'ai rien trouvé sur kobo.com et encore moins sur ce site... HELP !!! merci

How do i change the display in ADE to a single page view instead of two pages side by side? I find it distracting and prefer to look at one page at a time.

I downloaded two .acsm files about 2 weeks ago and they opened fine on Digital Editions, but now it keeps showing this error: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

I downloaded a book from my public library.  Actually I tried from three different libratries where I have accounts.  When I tried to copy from Adobe Digital Editions to the ereader, it seemed to work.  Attempting to open it to read it on the ereader gave me an error message that I didn't have authorization because of the DRM protection.  I deleted it from the reader and tried to download again ,but it wouldn't transfer like it had the first time.  The procedure found in help told me to erase the authorization and re-authorize the computer.  When I ttried to erase the authorization, I found I couldn't because the password wasn't recognized.  Changing my password didn't solve that.  A long on-line chat with Farhan (who initialy told me that there was no account associated with my email) got me through the erasure of the authorization, but now that I have re-authorized, the authorization isn't recognized and I can't access my library download.&nbsp

@l try to use Adobe Digital Edition with Motorola E4 and can't authorized cause I don't have access to password line. My screen is to short. Is there an other appliPascal Minville

Hi, I've got ADE on my computeur and my samsung tab connected with my account.A book can be read with my computeur, but i want to read it with my tab. - I can't open the .epub file : Error E_ADPT_INTERNAL- I can't open the .ASCM file : Error : E_ACT_NOT_READY- ADE don't download anything even if the download button in the options is activate. What can i do to read the book in my samsung tablet? Thx,

In adobe digital editions, "Page Dn" button does not take you to the lower half of page but it directly jumps to the next page.If page is in "Page fit" mode then there is no issue but if you increase the font size it directly jumps to next page and not to the lower half of page.I can scroll by mouse. And I don't want a resolution for myself.I am just informing it so that you could rectify this in your programming. 

It's been about 9 months since I've done this.  I downloaded a digital book from my local library and associated, or opened the book, with ADE.  I can read the digital book using ADE but I can't transfer the digital book from ADE to my Nook glowlight plus e-reader. I contacted Nook and they suggested I download and upgrade files on my Nook reader which I've done.  I called Nook back the next day and they suggested I contact ADE. When I  try to drag and drop the icon of the digital book from ADE to my Nook, the icon is ghosted and isn't dragged and dropped to Nook.  

Few days ago my cat lied on my lap-top and since that time I can't open my ADE 4.5. It just doesn't react to my comp tries to start it... no windows, no errors, no any reaction at all... What to do? There my books for work :((((( Please, help me. I deleted it, download again, but it didn't help, it doesn't work...

I represent a business that retails bundled eBooks from various publishers. Some of these will require DRM encoding to be added to their product. It's impossible to make a bundle model work if you are retailing a package of 20+ books with an additional download cost for each book and each format. Is there any business plan that will allow a download cost to be applied to a bundle of product (our retail product) rather than every individual book in that product?
