Hi i am planning to transfer some copies of my ebooks to new devices. But unfortunately, i couldn't remember how many copies i am legally allowed to transfer to new devices. How to this out ?

Bonjour, Lorsque j'ouvre Digital Editions dans mon ordinateur, rien n'apparait. Je ne peux pas voir mes Biblioroms ni les livres que j'ai téléchargés.  Voici tout ce que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent : - Installer et désinstaller l'application (autant la version 3.0 que 4.5.11 Windows), et ce, à plusieurs reprises.- Vider la cache et les cookies de mon ordinateur.- Redémarrer mon ordinateur, et ce, à plusieurs reprises. - J'ai autorisé l'ordinateur (et enlever l'autorisation et je l'ai remise, etc. )J'ai parlé avec un technicien d'Adobe au téléphone et il n'avait aucune compétence pour résoudre mon problème. Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider? Je suis désespérée et je n'ai plus de moyens. Bonne journée.

I have never had a problem borrowing books from the library and transferring them onto my kobo glo ereader but now it seems every time I try to do this I get error messages. The most recent being... "your ereader in not authorized to open this book. You need to re-authorize your ereader with your adobe id using adobe digital editions." I have tried authorizing, reauthorizing, factory reset on ereader. Any help would be apprecitated.

i had access to epub books on a laptop that can not turn-on any more; at that laptop the adobe digital editions application was not assigned to an adobe ID (my ID). On the laptop that i am now using, i have registered an adobe ID through my yahoo mail and have linked my account to my gmail and apple IDs. please advice on what i should do to regain access to the adobe library.

When I launch Adobe Digital Editions to authorize my Kobo Aura H2O, the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS is displayed, indicating that Limit of number of machines allowed per ID Reached. But I didn't activate Digital Editions over six devices. I contacted the Customer Care to ask them to have the activation count reset, but they did nothing and just asked me to come here to solve the problem. I can't read books on my Kobo. It's so annoying! What can I do now?

I buy two epub with ADE, and i open them in the Adobe Digital Edition with the wrong account - it was on "no authorize session", and now i can't open them with my account... there is a way I can open them?Right now I can't open them because i hadn't memorized the "no authorize session"... can somebody help me please?I already tried to remove the authorization on the epub but it doesn't work...

I work for a company that deals with digital lending in libraries and many of our users are unable to transfer ebooks from Adobe Digital Editions to Kobo and other DRM-compliant e-readers: every time they try, they get a message that asks them to authorize their e-reader (when in fact it's already correctly authorized).To be more specific: it seems to happen on DRM-protected epub3's and is happening more and more frequently in the last two weeks, both via Mac and Windows computers. I see that many users have had the same problem: does anyone have at least a temporary solution, given that this problem undoubtedly depends on Adobe Digital Editions? Thank you.

I kept getting the above message while trying to download ebook from the library. I tried to deauthorize and authorize, delete the app and reinstall, log out and log in, nothing worked. Anyone has ever have the same problem? Thank you

Is it possible to reset my adobe digital editions password and replace its current email address to another one? wait for response. tks.

I downloaded an ACSM file to a book I wanted an offline copy of. Then I downloaded it through ADE. I have since deleted the PDF of the book, as well as uninstalling ADE from my PC. Recently, I wanted to download an offline copy again. What happened is that ADE gave me the error message of E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED when I tried to download the PDF. I visited these forums and learned that I needed to contact Google's support team. I do so and they instruct me to remove the downloaded copy I have on my phone. I do that and report I am still having trouble, and in response they refer me to Adobe's support team. I inform them about my situation, and they respond by referring me to these forums..So, in short, I'd like to download an offline copy of a particular book. Please note that, like I said, I have already contacted both Adobe and Google's support teams, and they stated that they cannot resolve this issue.

I am unable to transfer my borrowed book from Adobe to my Nook Lite even though I have the NOOK icon  

My Kobo ereader has been working great, when all of a sudden, there is now an error that pops up when I try to open a book. The error says: "this document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again." I'm not sure why this popped up since I didn't do anything differently.  I looked at a lot of forums to figure out what to do and it seems like I need to deauthorize my computer while in Adobe Digital Editions by pressing "Command" + "Shift" + "D". However, I am unable to deauthorize because Adobe Digital Editions is associated with an old email address and my password also does not work.  I changed my Adobe ID password online in hopes that it would automatically apply to Adobe Digital Editions, however it has not.  Can someone please help me with the following:1. How do I change my email and password with Adobe Digital Editions?2. A

After I changed my email address, I could no longer download books onto Adobe Digital Editions on my Mac. When I click "authorize computer" the authorization still goes to my old email address despite the fact that I changed my email address in my adobe account and tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE. I'm out of ideas!!

Can any developer please help me in solving the issue? i have a macbook pro 2019 mojave and it is just killing me to spend half of my life trying to read a book on the horrible app. Thanks

Had ADE 4.5.11 installed for many months without a problem. suddenly this morning it would not open no matter whe I did,  Reloade several time but it still would not open.  Have a book pending throug local library and Overdrive and it will not go past the security check.  What can i do?  any help more than welcome as I am at my wits end

Hello, I'm getting the common "Error! Check Activation" message and see that erasing authorization and reauthorizing is one solution.  Which Vendor ID and password should I be entering here?  Nothing I have seems to work - is there was to recover this information if I've lost it?Thanks,Ryan

Hello! Does anybody know how to zoom in Digital Editions?  The options are greyed out. I cannot read the e-book I recently purchased.

Just discorver renting book. So I try the recommended set up. create an account on adobe. Then on app Aldiko add account in parameters Add DRM account.  I enter the account and psw. Then I get that msg: / apparel authorisation Error (orginal msg in french: Erreur de l'autorisation de l'appareil) I understand there is a problem with the app authorisation ? which one ? Thks for your help !!!
