Adobe: What the hell is wrong with your software?! I bought a book off MacMillian Caribbean Ebooks. Now when I try to dwnload it I get this:Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERRORSo becuase of you people, they keep my money and I get no book. I want this fixed ASAP! 

hey ive been trying to download a ebook and i keep getting this error "error getting license. license server communication problem: E_STREAM_ERROR". does anyone know what i should do ive already uinstalled and reinstalled the application but the error still persist and ive already downloaded a book before. id appeciate any help, thank.

I installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 (ADE) and tryign to authorise my laptop with Adobe ID, when I select it it says "Incorrect Longin ID or pasword for the selected ebook vendor" I can log into my Adobe account using this ID and use all otehr software from Adobe ( like photoshop etc.)Any idea what is goign on? I never used this software before and need it to conenct to Kobe.

Hello I bought my parents two ereaders and am setting them up remotely.Can I authorize both ereaders on Adobe Digital Editions?Thank you for your help.

Hello. I have downloaded the ADE app on my iPad and there seems to be something wrong because I am unable to authorize my device no matter how many times I put the correct Adobe ID and password. I am able to login on google and on other devices, just not into the app. Everytime it says "Incorrect Username or Password." I have changed my password and I have deleted the app and redownloaded it. Nothing seems to work.

I noticed that some books do not scroll using the mouse wheel, unless the mouse is hovering over the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.It's really annoying since it only happens with some books, and I need to either reach for the keyboard to scroll, or hover my mouse at the bottom of the page, every. single. time. I have to scroll.Is this a bug?, do I need to submit a bug report?!

I've noticed a few books I open don't let me scroll using the mouse wheel. I usually read with double page view, but these books take up the entire width, and the only way to turn the page is using the scroll bar at the bottom, which gets annoying quick. Any way to fix this?

I used an VENDOR-ID and get e-books some years ago. Now this VENDOR (COSMOTE BOOKS) stopped his operation. I try now to authorise a new computer with this VENDOR ID because I want to have access to my old books "connected" with this VENDOR-ID. THE AUTHORISATION SYSTEM OF ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS doesn't offer me a way to do so. (In other words I LOST my books?) --- SO,  HOW I CAN AUTHORISE MY COMPUTER with this dead VENDOR ??? I hope that ADOBE has a solution.  Any proposal ?

I have version 4.5.11 on windows and a Kobo Clara.  I download the acsm file, import it with no problems. Both my ereader and ADE are authorized with my adobe ID. However, when I drag the files onto my Kobo and disconnect the ereader, I can't access the epubs on my Kobo. An error message says the Kobo was deauthorized. I have contacted both Kobo and Overdrive who couldn't resolve the issue, it's likely a problem with ADE.  I have tried installing V3.0 but can't get it to run on my computer. I've updated ADE, uninstalled, reinstalled, factory reset my kobo and had overdrive issue me new files with updated DRM. So far nothing has worked. Does anyone know what might be the issue? 

pre-migration it worked fine but post migration it is not opening acsm file, tried installing, reinstalling and what ever i could...but no luck...could you please share a solution.

I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD A BOOK IN ACSM THROUGH ADOME DIGITAL EDITIONS, BUT GIVES ME "E_LIC-ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOHER_USER". I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED ANOTHER ACSM, BUT IT GIVES ME THE SAME PROBLEM. I SPECIFY THAT I HAVE ONLY ONE ADOBE ACCAUNT

I can't see the e-book I have on my computer on my app in my android phone, dispite both are signed in.

Hallo Community, Ich habe ein Onyx Nova pro gekauft und wollte meine Bücher via ADE übertragen. ADE erkennt aber mein Onyx Boox nicht. kennt jemand das Problem?Der Adobe Support konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen, weil sie "keine kostenfreien Programme unterstützen". da frage ich mich, wem denn die produzenten der Bücher die Kopierschütze bezahlen... Egal. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Buenos días, ¿existe alguna app compatible o método para que los libros descargados en digital Editions puedan ser leídos en voz alta?Lo necesito para el IPad porque me cuesta leer libros y necesito escucharlos. He probado con Siri y me funciona en todas las AppStore como Kindle, libros... pero no en esta y esos libros sólo los puedo ver en Digital Editions 

I cannot authorize my computer to be able to access the ebooks I have downloaded. I keep getting this message:"Activation Server error - code E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEYDigital Editions encounter an error on the activation server" This is after I went through the process of deathorizing my computer and attempting to re-authorize as I would get a Error E_ACT_NOT_READY before when I tried to access an already downloaded ebook. (running on a Mac)

I just started using Digital Editions a week to access library books.  I have worked it out except how to open the Text Size box.  Instructions say to tap T at bottom of page.  Mostly this doesn't work and I have opened the box only twice.  Other instructions say to use things on Toolbar but I don't have a Toolbar.  I have uninstalled and installed Digital Editions twice. I am using an Android tablet and haven't had a tablet before.  I know the Text Size box is there but just can't find it.

Hi, ich habe einen neuen E-Book Reader (Tolino) und muss dort meine Adobe ID hinterlegen. Dabei erhalte ich immer die Fehlermeldung E_ACT_CERTIFICATE_SYNTAX. Weder der Adobe Support, noch der Tolino Support ist willens hier zu helfen. Wer kann weiterhelfen? I bought a new Tolino e-book Reader, I want to register with my Adobe ID. Thereby an error occurs: E_ACT_CERTIFICATE_SYNTAX Can anybody help with this problem?Danke, Thanks!

When you highlight a word and right-click you will get some choices e.g lookup (word). Does anybody know where I can find the set-up where I add dictionaries/lookup choices? Right now my Digital editions only show some choices I can't use depending on the word. I need an English dictionary. Hopefully, someone can help me out 🙂

Bien reçu la confirmation, etc...Dans l'application ADE 4.5 j'ai toujours l'ancienne adresse email et je n'arrive pas à l'effacer !Comment faire pour corriger cette ancienne adresse ?merci pour la réponse. I have recently replaced my email adress in Adobe ID. Now I have my new adress in my Adobe ID acount.In ADE 4.5 I still have my old email adress, and I can't replace it ! how can I change it ?Thanks for your answer. Albert

i've recently downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. It worked fine for a few days but then it started 'not responding'. I've uninstalled in and re-installed it but still not working. Please help .. 

Estimados señores,al iniciar Windows 10 me aparece un error en pantalla: "Este archivo no tiene una aplicación asociada para llevar a cabo esta acción. Instala una aplicación o, si ya tienes una instalada, crea una asociación en la página. Configuración de aplicaciones predeterminadas" y luego aparece otra pantalla: "Instalación de Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.10. Este instalador requiere acceso de administrador, abortando". He instalado y reinstalado varias veces y el error no desaparece. Me aparece esta ventana aunque no utilice la aplicación. ¿qué hago?
