Hallo Zusammen,ich habe Adobe Digital Editions auf mein Samsung Galaxy S7 geladen und meine Adobe-ID hinterlegt. Allerdings werden meine eBooks dort nicht angezeigt. Kann mir jemand helfen? Danke schonmal

The navigation panel does not show anything for the Table of Contents for my book. Book is T h e  H e a l t h  E d u c a t i o n  S p e c i a l i s t : A  C o m p a n i o n  G u i d e  f o r  P r o f e s s i o n a l  E x c e l l e n c e.The book has a TOC but it does not show in the Navigation Panel. Bookmarks i've created to show.How can I get it to work?

I've uninstalled DE and reinstalled 4.5.10 after all the usual tricks (like returning a book, deleting the .acm file, etc..) failed.I can't read any ebook - period.The program is now completely useless to me, and obviously, to other Windows 10 users.It needs to be fixed - or my library needs to switch to a digital reader that actually works with the latest version of Windows.

Problem #1 - Reappears after a noticeable FIX after synced KOBO in Jan 2019.I cannot read ePub ebooks downloaded from the library. (not a problem since Jan 19). Using updated ADE 4.1.10... and MAC downloading from library works fine. Copies into ADE read on the MAC but when copied over to KOBO GLO HD, i get the "Your ereader is not authorized to open this book." I have just synced the KOBO and made sure all other software is up to date and installed correctly.ADOBE ID is working fine - no problems there.MAC ADE Authorization information says "This computer is already authorized".I am NOT a new or novice user. Can you help? Rokutan was useless.Problem  #2  - copied and recopied books, once deleted from KOBO and ADE on computer, keep REAPPEARING. Never seen this before. Cannot "REMOVe" them but they come back.   This used to happen occasionally, years ago. With KOBO update, these problems stopped in Jan. Now it is even worse than it used to be. I created my adobe digital editions account many years back - I no longer have access to the email address I used as I no longer work for the same company. My ereader and computer both died within a month of each other, and now I cannot access any of my ebook library as when I went to authorise ADE on the new computer, I can't remember the password and I can't reset the password as I can't access the email address! I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to - can anyone help?

I downloaded my eBook before my laptop return to factory settings and I had to download the eBook again. I am now getting the message see in the picture. What do I do for the eBook to be downloaded?

I have installed digital editions 4.5.10 on PC running Win 10, but Ican not open aplication. Nothing happen when I run it.

Bonjour,j'utilise adobe digitale edition depuis un certain temps. Il ne veut plus du tout s'ouvrir sur l'ordinateur. Je l'ai désinstallé et réinstallé et maintenant il ne s'ouvre toujours pas et quand je fais résolution de problème il apparait une incompatibilité. Que faire?

I need to reset the authorizations for Adobe Digital Editions due to the "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" error.I had a hdd problem and wasn't able the deactivate my last installation, probably forgot do deactivate other machines over the years and now I can't authorize my computer. I believe that the only channel available for requesting the reset is through the forums, so if anyone from adobe's support team is reading this I would appreciate if all authorizations for my ID were cleared.Thanks in advance.

Hi, I receive the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS while trying to authorize my e-reader. If somebody from Adobe could reset my activation count, that would be great. I already contacted Adobe support via chat (case number 0222879954), but the problem has not beed resolved and I have been redirected here.Thanks.

I have an ID problem.  I cannot open my books. I have two ids and even using the two id, it does not open.

Currently none of my ebook downloads are being saved to my Adobe Digital Edition library. I updated my settings and the books are still not showing up.

My computer crashed and MS had to send me the latest Win 10 file. I got it running and installed Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 because it has worked well with my Nook.I have downloaded some free books in e-pub format and transferred them to the Nook. They work fine. I tried to download a Library book today and I get an error message when trying to load it on the Nook. It says "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobil device. Please try again".The books that load are e-pub format and the library book is Adobe Content Server Message

Adobe Digital Reader -- I can't deauthorize an old defunct email address (with a lost password) and this is blocking downloading or reading all new book purchases.  Do you know how to deauthorize ore get rid of that old account?

Adobe Digital Editions is presently not allowing me to access a book I have checked out of a local library. When investigating the issue it seems that I need to authorize my account, however, Digital Editions is already authorized to an account under an old e-mail that I no longer have access to (systemchalk@shaw.ca). When inquiring about the issue I was advised that there is no systemchalk@shaw.ca account. When attempting to erase the authorization for the @10982627.ca account, it requests a password which is being declined (either due to the account not existing or me not knowing the password and not being able to reset it due to no longer having access to the address).I would like to enable Digital Editions to use this, the appropriate Adobe account. A secondary concern would be the removal of the old account and/or its consolidation into the e-mail address I have proper access to.

Hi,I changed my Adobe ID recently after I was informed that the data have been stolen somehow. I changed email and password.A few weeks later now, I had to perform a reset of my ebook reader. In order to get it work I have to run a set-up procedure which asks me to log-in with my Adobe ID. I tried but it would not work with the new log-in data.Now I checked Adobe Digital Editions (ADE 4.0.5.) version on my PC which indicates that the old log-in data are still valid. However, the program does not allow to change it. There is a drop down menu which exclusively shows the old email adress on top and below an empty field for entering the password. I have no option to change the upper field. If I try to use the little arrow next to my old email adress nothing happens.I talked to the hotline of Adobe. They told me to deinstall ADE 4.0.5. and download ADE 3 again. I did but it has not changed anything.Any idea?Thank you very much for any help.

There many problems with ver. 4.5.10.185749 for windows7, but my questions here go unanswered and my library's support is likewise limited to what can be had on this forum.Newer book releases, if they have images, cannot be viewed. For example, the very top of an image can be seen at the bottom of a page. It is not on the following page. The only way to sort of see it is to "grab" it and drag it up. A "ghost" of the image can be seen over the text on the page.After a few word searches, one is unable to copy anything else.This program needs some TLC. It would be wonderful if one could purchase a version with more features and the ability to properly display images.

Hi, I just tried iOS App ver. 4..5.10 with my iPhone iOS 12.2.I find that crash happens with searching when I put any EN word(s) in searching box and tap Search button.exception: I also find it works when searching with one JP letter, that would respond "too short" message. (crash can be seen with two or more letters)I hope it would be solved.Thanks in anyhow I can read lots of e-books

Hello, I have received this message a number of times now:I borrowed an e-book from my local library and was unable to open it in ADEI have recently purchased an e-book; I can download it to Overdrive on my Android devices but wanted to transfer it to my reader - unable to open the book in ADEThe complete error message reads:Unable to downloadError getting license. I work in a library and have an elderly reader with a problem i haven't come across before. He has connected his KoboeReader and acknowledged the connection on the device (screen shows connected and charging), but it is not showing on ADE under the Devices menu. Originally, he had version 4.5.7 and has since updated to 4.5.10 with the connected device still not showing.He has used the Kobo and ADE without problems for a long time.Any advise?

I am using a Mac and have an iPhone and amnestying iPad.  I am unable to authorize my computer so that I can use which  ever device that I need to use.  I downloaded several books from Google. b When I try to authorize my computer I put I have tried to authorize like thisebook vendor: Google Email addressPassword.  I have also triedEbook vendor ;AdobeEmail address PasswordI have a valid Google password and can sign in with it and also a valid adobe password and  an sign in with it but I get this message "incorrect logon id or password  for the selected ebook vendor. please try again"What other password might be requiredthanks Dan
