Digital Editions

I have been using ADE for some time. I recently downloaded an EPUB file, and commenced reading it.Next day when I tried to open ADE (double clicked on icon), it only opened to a blank page, with "File, Edit, Reading & Help" in the menu bar.However, the downloaded book was not there, and when attempting to "Add to Library", the Fulfilling" dialog box would open, but no book appeared.

According to the information from a chat agent, there is no subscription on my account. I'm not sure what this means. I have downloaded ADE on my computer, set up the computer with authorization, connected my kobo as an authorized device, in my kobo settings it shows I am logged in to my ADE account. I'm downloaded the book and opened it with ADE, dragged and dropped it into my Kobo reader, synced my Kobo reader. It is showing up as a book but I consistently get an error when trying to open, telling me the document is not authorized for use with my Adobe ID.

Using Adobe Digital Edition,using a company laptop, the administrato have just authorized the computer using the admin user.Now I'd like to use Adobe Digital Edition to read an Adobe DRM protected document but with my normal user (non windows admin user) the computer is shown as not authorized.Would you kindly help me in obtaining the authorization of the computer?Also with my windows user I cannot see the DRM protected file which is now visible on the admin user.Would you kindly help me in obtaining access to the DRM protected document with my non-admin user ?Before to proceed in the authorization and in the purchase of the DRM protected document, the Adobe assistance confirmed that once the Adobe Digital Edition is authorized then any user on the same machine could access the DRM protected document.Unfortunately there is something wrong and I'd need your help.I hope to have provided all information and please let me konw if you require any further information or clarifications,Thanks

Bonjour, impossible d'accorder une autorisation à ma liseuse avec mon ID car j'ai atteint le limite maximale d'autorisations. il faut contacter le support technique pour réinitialiser mais je ne trouve pas de n° de téléphone ! et comment savoir quels sont les appareils connectés (il me semble n'en n'avoir que 3) ou comment réinitialiser moi même ? merci. Currently, the eBooks I'm borrowing keep being sorted into the "Purchased" bookshelf instead of the "Borrowed" bookshelf and because of that the right click return book optioned is grayed out. Any advice as to what might be causing it and how to fix it?

hello everyonecan you help me with something about epub export? i have an epub fixed layout and i want to have a link to share this, but i dont want that to be on adobe cloud (publish online), is there a way? plus when i export for HTML all is deformed and i dont know how to fix it. my fixed layout epub is working fine, all buttons, slide show etc. i just wanted to have a link outside adobe cloud.thank you!!!!!

Mais on ne me répond pas...  Que dois-je faire pour faire réinitialiser mes activations ?

I tried to download books from the library and on my Nook when I try to open the book it says "This book has been returned. Loan on on record"I have an active loan for the book, tried to update ADE and now it won't open at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cannot get it to work.This happened the last time I tried to update to ADE 4.5.HELP!

A downloaded ebook OK to read on my lap top.In my e-reader ("Letto") it is registered, but does not open up for reading.Instead it informs that "a unit authorization is required to read adobe DRM publications.a box marked "OK" ends the message. Clicking OK takes me back to the library of the reader.Authorization of my lap top, where I download, has been done. How to authorize a reader for adobe DRM?

Somit kommt die Fehlermeldung: Adobe Acrobat Reader konnte URLLink nicht öffnen, da der Dateityp nicht unterstützt wird.Wie kann ich die Einstellung ändern, damit beim Download automatisch ADE verwendet wird?Susi Schärer, 3018 Bern

ADE has downloaded the book from my library but I am unable to authorise my Kobo ereader to download it. The authorisation part is grey and not a choice.  I only have deorthorise option.

Hello, I've recently purchased and eBook from a South African shop called Take a Lot. They made me download Adobe Digital Editions in order to read it. I did successfully. Then uploaded the .acsm file of the book. At the beginning everything was fine but lately it is painfully slow. Something is wrong. Scrolling down a paragraph takes forever. I contacted Take a Lot but there is no reply yet. I went to the Apple store (I use a MacBook Air with 10.14.3 Mojave OS) but they said they don't know Digital Editions and couldn't help. Please advise. Thanks.

The epub i purchased appears only on the PC but not on my iphone or ipad app

As per the error message I need to contact customer service to reset my activations. I believe that this is as close to customer service as I can get. Please assist.

Utilizzo ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION (ADE) per scaricare libri da MLOL e acquisirli sul mio ereader KOBO.Ho utilizzato ADE 4.5.3 su windows 7 e non ho mai avuto problemi.Recentemente ho comprato un nuovo PC (sistema operativo windows 10). Sul nuovo PC ho riattivato ADE, versione 4.5.10, autorizzando il nuovo dispositivo. Inizialmente ha funzionato, successivamente ha smesso di rispondere, non visualizzando ne i libri che avevo sul KOBO ne quelli nuovi che scaricavo. In alcuni casi si bloccava il programma ADE e per chiuderlo dovevo intervenire su task manager.di seguito la schermata   Se provo il comando "file - aggiungere in libreria" selezionando il libro che avevo scelto   mi da l'errore che il documento è già presente in libreria  Tra i diversi tentativi:ho provato a reinstallare ADE --> nessun cambiamento;ho provato a cancellare l'autorizzazione e a riautorizzare il PC --> nessun cambiamento;ho provato a far partire il programma in modalità di compatibilità Wind

I keep getting this error. My Digital Edition Version is 4.5.10 and I am using Mac Mojave. I added a few books using proquest ebrary. Now neither am I able to add new books nor am I able to add the same books again after borrowing from the site. Please if someone could help asap, I have exams to study for.Error getting License. According to a chat employee I should place this question on the flashplayer forum. So hopefully it indeed belongs here.I did have an adobe digital editions ID on an old emailaddress. I have switched this ID to a new ID (with a functional email adress). However the new ADE that I downloaded was authomatically authorized through the old ID. How can I change it to the new ID? I don't have the old password, nor access to the email adress to reser a password.Manuela

Hello together, when I first installed ditital Edition, for the ebook Reader Tolino, i've had on email account. so, I descided to make a new email addresse at the toline ebook book store, and the also a third email account. Now: the ting is: By deinstalltion the digital Reader on my Windwos 10, and reinstall the whole Thing, the ditital Edition will outomatically start's with my first email address I had.. so far.. and Idid me looged in at Adobe with my first email and also the passord, but,,, but deinstalling the digital editon with that first emailaddress I had, and the same passsord…. I'd wont work!!! What I accutaly wanted is just log in with my third emailladdress on the digital edion, but first I do nid do deinstall the library with thos books . German or Englisch answer is ok. Anyone that might know what could be the issue? Tried to uninstall and re-install it as well but just keeps failing to open...Thanks!

I have a new 7 in nook tablet & I want to download epub books to it which I've picked up from sites other than Barnes & Noble. I'm told to do so I need adobe digital assistant but not version 4.5 but 3 something or other. However, I don't see any option for other than the 4.5 which doesn't appear to work with the nook BNTV 460. Seems like an awful lot of effort to read anymore as my previous look I could just plug it into the computer and copy files to one of the sub-directories. In the new one, only the root directory is shown.Thanks for any help as B&N have not been any helpDave C

Bonjour à tous !Je suis une vieille dame de 60 ans et je n'arrive pas à mettre mes livres sur le logiciel ADE installé sur mon Mac.C'est mon premier problème.Le second, plus important, est le fait que j'ai deux liseuses électroniques Kobo ; une que j'utilise depuis fort longtemps et dont le stockage maximum est atteint et une autre de 7 G que je n'ai pas encore utilisée.J'aimerais pouvoir, par le biais d'ADE ou autrement, transférer des livres (achetés ou téléchargés) de l'une à l'autre?Merci pour votre aide et votre diligenceCordialementAMO
