The epub i purchased appears only on the PC but not on my iphone or ipad app

As per the error message I need to contact customer service to reset my activations. I believe that this is as close to customer service as I can get. Please assist.

Utilizzo ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION (ADE) per scaricare libri da MLOL e acquisirli sul mio ereader KOBO.Ho utilizzato ADE 4.5.3 su windows 7 e non ho mai avuto problemi.Recentemente ho comprato un nuovo PC (sistema operativo windows 10). Sul nuovo PC ho riattivato ADE, versione 4.5.10, autorizzando il nuovo dispositivo. Inizialmente ha funzionato, successivamente ha smesso di rispondere, non visualizzando ne i libri che avevo sul KOBO ne quelli nuovi che scaricavo. In alcuni casi si bloccava il programma ADE e per chiuderlo dovevo intervenire su task manager.di seguito la schermata   Se provo il comando "file - aggiungere in libreria" selezionando il libro che avevo scelto   mi da l'errore che il documento è già presente in libreria  Tra i diversi tentativi:ho provato a reinstallare ADE --> nessun cambiamento;ho provato a cancellare l'autorizzazione e a riautorizzare il PC --> nessun cambiamento;ho provato a far partire il programma in modalità di compatibilità Wind

I keep getting this error. My Digital Edition Version is 4.5.10 and I am using Mac Mojave. I added a few books using proquest ebrary. Now neither am I able to add new books nor am I able to add the same books again after borrowing from the site. Please if someone could help asap, I have exams to study for.Error getting License. I have reinstalled the application by removing all its content from my laptop and installing fresh by downloading dmg file again. Still getting same error

According to a chat employee I should place this question on the flashplayer forum. So hopefully it indeed belongs here.I did have an adobe digital editions ID on an old emailaddress. I have switched this ID to a new ID (with a functional email adress). However the new ADE that I downloaded was authomatically authorized through the old ID. How can I change it to the new ID? I don't have the old password, nor access to the email adress to reser a password.Manuela

Hello together, when I first installed ditital Edition, for the ebook Reader Tolino, i've had on email account. so, I descided to make a new email addresse at the toline ebook book store, and the also a third email account. Now: the ting is: By deinstalltion the digital Reader on my Windwos 10, and reinstall the whole Thing, the ditital Edition will outomatically start's with my first email address I had.. so far.. and Idid me looged in at Adobe with my first email and also the passord, but,,, but deinstalling the digital editon with that first emailaddress I had, and the same passsord…. I'd wont work!!! What I accutaly wanted is just log in with my third emailladdress on the digital edion, but first I do nid do deinstall the library with thos books . German or Englisch answer is ok. Hey, just downloaded ADE for Windows, at first started but than crashed and now doesn't even want to open ( neither if normal double click or run as admin ).ADE just doesn't respond, it just load for a sec than nothing, not even reflecting in Task Manager. Anyone that might know what could be the issue? Tried to uninstall and re-install it as well but just keeps failing to open...Thanks!

I have a new 7 in nook tablet & I want to download epub books to it which I've picked up from sites other than Barnes & Noble. I'm told to do so I need adobe digital assistant but not version 4.5 but 3 something or other. However, I don't see any option for other than the 4.5 which doesn't appear to work with the nook BNTV 460. Seems like an awful lot of effort to read anymore as my previous look I could just plug it into the computer and copy files to one of the sub-directories. In the new one, only the root directory is shown.Thanks for any help as B&N have not been any helpDave C

I downloaded a book from the library in EPUB format.  I opened Adobe Digital Editions and it is there.  The application also 'found' my Sony e-reader PRS350.When I try to drag the book and drop onto the e-reader, I get an error....  CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - no permission to copy the book.This is my first time using this application.  Any ideas why this is happening?Thanks

I can't access anything in ADE anymore - books are there but I have a blank screen except for the top tool bar "File - Edit - Reading - Help"

I have a couple problems, they seem to be cascading.  Should have taken screen shots, but alas. Story:Bought a book and downloaded it.  Went to read it and got:   Unable to open <Book> Errors were encountered in this item.  It was exactly this thread: Errors were encountered in this item Followed through the thread, Copying permissions were allowed, in fact everything was allowed.  Farther down it said to move the book and try again.  No luck.Tried to deactivate/reactivate the computer.  Did that...almost.  Now I can not reactivate because i get this error: "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. HiI'm facing a big problem, all my ebooks which was stored on adobe cloud is not exist anymore without no reason!!only one book is exist which I uploaded a couple of days ago.I don't know what is going on but all my comments and hints are saved on this ebooks and saved in adobe cloud.Also I can't find the ebooks on my account!!please your advise, this is critical to me.Message was edited by: Ahmed Graihy

I installed Digital Editions 4.5.126523, Several items are grayed out: Add Highlight, Play Media Overlay, Double Page View, Show Page Numbers. Also the help file returns a not found from Adobe. How do I fix this? I have not authorized this since all books are ones I currently possess.

Im trying to download some ebooks, however i keep getting an error message that reads error getting licensee. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, i think they may have been downloaded before digital editions was authorized, but now I can't access them at all.Can anyone help solve this issue, the ebook vendor says it isnt there problem but an Adobe one

Hello Dears,I saw different simlar questions without any answer. Let me explain why I have 2 different Adobe ID's:My wife had the bad idea to offer me professional ebooks and used her own Adobe ID to buy them. The only way I found to read them was to install ADE on my Mac with her credentials to be able to read it.I also had the bad idea to buy other professional ebooks with my own Adobe ID. I cannot install them on ADE due to the fact I authorized my wife's ID on my computer...I tried to erase the autorization but it was not possible...I tried to uninstall/reinstall ADE but it systematically reinstall my wife's ID...This means I cannot read the books I bought due to the absence of User-friendliness of this product I cannot understand. I am becoming fed of Adobe's "solutions"...Can anyone propose a solution to resolve this?Thanks in advance!Jean-François Degand

Hi Adobe,I am encountering the issue of Connection error detected. Whenever I use Adobe Digital Editions to open acsm files, the message appears and I cannot get access to the Ebooks. I have tried all the methods that were suggested from the forum but none of them worked. I have tried V3.0 V2.01 V4.5.10. I have tried to re-authorize my account. I have tried to reset my IE settings. I have tried to re-download the acsm files. Nothing worked! So frustrating! Can anyone help me get out of this?

I'm developing a new device type to read ebooks. We have developed a mobile app to read ebooks in our device, and we need to have access to Adobe Digital Editions. Our target is to enable our users to login to different book stores, and enable them to download their purchased ebooks and read them in our new device.Could you give me more information about how to continue researching and working?

I am running MacOS Mojave and am getting messages regarding a number of your products that are 32 bit that won't run with this OS.  I need to get 64 bit versions of these products.  How can I get 64 bit versions of Adobe Application Manager; Adobe Digital editions; Adobe reader; Adobe Updater; Uninstall product; and probably others that I haven't found.  Where can I find 64 bit software of these files?
