Digital Editions

When trying to authorise my PC I always get the message that my username and/or password are incorrect. Even when I know for 100% they are. I tried to remov eall accounts I had with Adobe and made a new one with a complete new e-mailadress. Same result. There is no authorisation running as far as I know. Anybody who has the solution?

I want to download newly bought ebooks to my Pocketbook ereader.  But then when I want to download the transferred books to my ereader I get this error:   E_Adept_NO_Fullfilment_Result  I have already contacted the service from which I bought the ebook, contacted adobe (they can't help as ADE is a free service) etc... so I have been told to come to this community for help with this issue.  How can I bypass this error and download the ebook I bought?If the error means that the book has been downloaded on another account before (maybe this happened by mistake as I tried to connect to my devices) how can I delete from other accounts so this isn't an issue anymore? hope someone can help, have spent many hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail. 

I purchase two ebooks yesterday.  I didn't have an AdobeID, so when I downloaded and associated them with DigitalEdition, I autorized my computer without an ID. There was no problem there, I was able to trasfered them to KOBO, however when I try opened them on KOBO a message appeared saying my eReader was not authorized to open those books. When I was trying to solve this problem I accidentally deleted the books from ADE and when I tried associate them again it appeared the message "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER". I tried criating an ID to see if maybe it would work, but it appears the same message. Could someone please help me? I don't want to spend more money to buy the same books 😞 

A couple years ago I had bought a document .acsm that I could view through Adobe Digital Editions by entering my Adobe ID. Now I have just changed my computer, and I don't have the old computer anymore. I need to view that same document: but when I try to enter my Adobe ID in Adobe Digital Editions, it says the same Adobe ID is already used. How do I remove the autorization from my old computer?

I have a new xps laptop an upgrade from my old one. The acrobat app does not show any cloud documents or any means to access the cloud. My old xps acrobat app worked perfectly. I have deactivated the old machine and logged into the new one. All the documents are available on the web app. Any help would bevMOST appreciated. 

ich brauche Hilfe.  Wenn ich  ein e-book von der Onleihe in Adobe Digital Editions downloaden möchte, klicke ich auf "Download" bei dem Onleihe-Portal. Dann geht sofort ein Fenster von Adobe Acrobat auf mit der im Anhang angegebenen Fehlermeldung. Habe ADE schon mehrmals wieder deinstalliert und danach neu installiert, ich habe überhaupt keine Möglichkeit die acsm-Datei zu öffnen. Vor 14 Tagen war das noch problemlos möglich.Ich nutze: Windows 10 mit Firefox (alles auf dem neusten Stand)Was kann ich tun? 

ERROR GETTING LICENSE . LICENSE SERVER COMMUNICATION PROBLEM : E- lic-already fulfilled by another user

I read a lot of books from Netgalley and as I have a Kobo, I have to add them using ADE. Everytime I try to add a book, it gets stuck in the "Copying to Device" screen and wont ever finish. (Photo attached). Note: the green bar does move from left to right, but it will do this for hours without "finishing")I can eject my Kobo from my computer through file explorer, and while ADE will give me an error message (photo attached) My kobo will give me the "Downloading content" screen and once it completed the book I was trying to copy to the device from ADE will appear, no errors whatso ever. This is a "whatever" issue when I only have one book to add, but when I am trying to add 5-10 books at a time to my ereader its quite frustrating to have to eject after each attempt to add a book in order to get the "Copying to Device" screen to stop and get the book onto my device. after a laptop reset I can't use a acsm ebook. The compay sold me the ebook isnot able to provide a new link because they are no longer available for purchase unfortunately. Someone could help me?

I have tried removing and re-adding authorisation, uninstalling and re installing. Restarting.But I am still unable to open any files from Libby in ADE at all, they just show as incompatible or if I try opening in ADE from Finder, I get the error message: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR

Hello community,I have Digital Editions on my laptop + on my Pocketbook Inkpad Color 3 e-reader. Now I want to authorize my second e-reader (a little one 'for the road') ... but ... I appear to have too many subscriptions. Thinking of it: yes, I did something wrong: I did a factory reset on old items to sell them, but I forgot to deauthorize them first. Is it possible to delete all superflue items from our account or not? I really need the authorisations to be able to keep reading my drm books. (sorry if I made mistakes, English is not my native language) 

Hallo. Ich habe ein Problem mit Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.6.  ADE zeigt mir die Bibliothek mit meinen Büchern nicht mehr an. Gezeigt wird nur noch ein weißes Fenster (siehe screenshot). Auf die Bibliothek selber mit meinen Büchern habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr. Will ich eines meiner Bücher erneut der Bibliothek hinzufügen, kommt die Warnung: "Das Dokument, dass sie hinzufügen möchten, ist bereits in der Bibliothek vorhanden.". Eine Neuinstallation von ADE hat keine Veränderung gebracht. Für Tipps zur Fehlerbehebung wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Bought some ebooks from humblebundle. Only way to open them was through digital editions.Can't get them to open on my nook. Can't authorize the nook on digital editions.Downgraded from version 3.5.12.112 to 4.0.98786 per support's instructions.Still can't authorize.Keep getting the attached error.Device is fairly new Nook Glowlight 4e.

Hallo, Ik probeer steeds vanuit de online bibliotheek in Nederland een eboek te downloaden op mijn Kobo ereader.  Mijn ADE is geactiveerd, de kobo ereader verschijnt wel in het programma. Maar er komt alleen een download van ACSE bestand (weet de naam niet meer) met 2kb in Adobe Digital Editions . Dus niet het hele boek in epub formaat. Het verschijnt dus ook niet in de boekenlijst van ADE. Ik heb al van alles geprobeerd, maar de boeken worden dus niet in epub bestand gedownload.  Het lukt dus niet. Wat doe ik verkeerd? Wie kan me helpen?

Hello, ADE shows a blank screen after it loads. ADE 4.5.12 PC version fails to open all acsm and epub files.  ADE constantly crashed.  I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall numerous times.  Please help.  Thanks.

This means that any graphics and media in the iPhone notch area are covered. Please update the app to account for the notch.Thanks.P.S. This May also be a problem on Android devices with notches.

Ich habe mir schon seit Jahren eBooks aus der Onleihe auf mein Tolino geliehen, aber seit kurzen funktioniert einfach nichts mehr. Weder am PC, noch übers Tolino direkt. Versuche ich das Buch im Tolino zu öffnen, erscheint dass die Autorisierung fehlgeschlagen ist OBWOHL ich Wlan habe und die ID mit meinem Laptop authorisiert habe...

I read a book for a university course. I was thorough with highlighting and classifying highlights... The book is 177 pages long and only 36 pages worth of highlighting was saved.  Why do this happen? Why is it unecessarily hard to come in contact with support to fix this?  I cannot recover earlier versions of the highlight file... And there is only one - the 'broken' one..  Is there other options or is HOURS of work gone for good?  Seeing this issue dating back to 2015 makes me really annoyed with Adobe... It should not be an issue 9 years later.
