I have tried:1) Updating to latest version2) De-authorising and then reauthorising3) Ensuring password is alphanumeric by changing my password4) Removing the "activation.dat" file from the DE folder (closing down ADE prior to removing and then opening after file deletion)Any other ideas on this?Thanks - Andi

If I delete an ebook from ADE (right mouse button - > delete from library) this ebook is deleted. But next time I open ADE, the same ebook shows up again in the library, that is: an empty image (thumbnail) of it. And I can not get rid of it.How many times I press 'delete', next time this (grey) image of the (deleted) book shows up again. How can I permanently delete this?

Digital Editions on my ipad was set to auto download, and it downloaded some files I already read and no longer want. How do I delete these files from my ipad? I went and turned off auto download, and I deleted them out of the My Digital Editions file folder on my PC already. How the heck do I get them off my ipad?

Hi,We use SCCM for rolling out images and try to virtualize applications as much as possible.I've sequenced ADE into a Virtual App and deployed it via App-V on the windows 7 clients.ADE loads up fine as it is, but when i tried to open a test doucment here: http://sed.bl.uk/DigitalEditionsFreeLink/entryPage.do it loads up ADE, but i get this error: "Error! HiI have downloaded ADE and then added a book without giving authorization and not using Adobe id, and it opend well on my windows pc. Then I downloaded ADE on iphone but the same book didnt opened citing a licence error that is being fulfilled by another user.SO i erased the authorization on my computer and uninstalled the programme and then uninstalled ADE on phone too and then reinstall on phone but still its not getting opened citing the same license issue and now its not getting opened on my pc as well.I have gone through every possible help but could't sort moreover my book is gone for good.Can you provide specific help.Thanks,Vineet

However, when I use the same credential as the AICPA to login the Adobe Digital Editions, it told me that Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try againBut if I use the other Adobe ID or not use the Adobe ID, it would tell me that :Error getting License. Used the program for months without any problems. Now when I downloaded the E-book URL acsm format open then Adobe digital editions program opens but nothing happens. No fault. messages and but no book also.  Normally the book is visual.
