Hello! I bolded the important parts below and highlighted my questions. I downloaded a document on my computer and opened it with ADE. I tried to open the same doc on my phone (which required the app bluefire). Bluefire comes up with this message when I try to open the ebook: I contacted Adobe and Bluefire and was directed here ultimately. I think Bluefire's response sums it all up well (I bolded the part I think is my issue. Hello everyone, I bought a book ( on thieme) and had to download it with Adobe Digital Editions.... the book is available in the app only.. but I need it in my iBooks library so that I  can use it with my Apple Pencil and keep all my books together in one place .. .can anybody help me out ? Tanks

Hi there,I have tried the solutions listed for this error code, but to no avail.The one solution is to double-check the account and the second is to ask the store for a new token.I have double checked the account and I am using the correct one and I asked the store and they will not provide me with a new token.I am out of options and this ebook is actually an academic textbook that I urgently need to complete university assignments. And to also make matter worse was that it was very expensive.Please is there any other options that can help me, or can someone connect to my computer remotely?Any help would be much appreciated, I am desperate.

Can't open adobe to get my e-books that I have purchased

I'm having an issue opening a text book in the library.  A message pops up that says "Client certificate used with Digital Editions is invalid. You will not be able to use all the features available in this application!" and i dont know how to fix it!

Hello,I bought a Kobo Aura edition 2 e-reader. I downloaded Adobe Digital editions and authorized it with my pc.When I connect the ereader to my pc, this works fine. Only ADE can not find my ereader and does not show it under 'devices/apparaten'.Like this I can not authorize ADE to my ereader.  I searched for topics on this forum and online, but no response seems to help. This is quite frustrating since I wont be able to use my ereader for PDF's or other important channels to read ebooks.Could you please help me out with this problem?Thank you already a lot in advance!Best regards, Milou

Ik heb zo'n 4 weken geleden boeken op mijn nieuwe ereader geplaatst via ADE Kobo H2O. Het zijn boeken die ik via Libris heb gekocht in het Nederlands. Alles werkte perfect. Ook boeken die ik bij de bibliotheek geleend heb, konden erop. Maar nu, een paar weken later, kan ik mijn boeken opeens niet meer openen. Hij zegt dat ik niet geautoriseerd ben en dat de ereader ook niet geautoriseerd is. Heel vreemd. Na het meerdere keren deinstalleren van ADE en weer opnieuw installeren van DE 4.5 en 3, en de instructies te volgen, heb ik de ereader maar teruggezet naar de fabrieksinstellingen. Ook dan krijg ik de boeken er niet op. Alleen de boeken die ik vanuit de Koboapp gekocht heb, staan erop. Hij wilde de ereader ook opeens niet meer autoriseren. Bij het autoriseren krijg ik een foutmelding dat ik teveel activaties heb lopen. Via de Adobe site, moet ik dan contact met jullie opnemen zodat jullie dit account kunnen resetten. On page Adobe Digital Editions | Tech Specs under "Windows" the second bullet-point says "Mac OS X v10.8 or later". Under "Compatible with Apple Retina Display" it says "Windows®7 (32 or 64 bit running in 32-bit mode)".Is ADE available for Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10?Does Windows 7 64-bit version have to set to 32-bit mode specially for ADE? I have downloaded a book from my local library as an acsm (link?) but when I try to add it to the ADE library in 4.5.7 nothing happens.

I created an "Adobe Digital Editions" account and subsequently purchased a few ebooks. The seller sent me links, which when clicked added the ebooks to my ADE account.I then installed "Adobe Digital Editions" on my PC and ipad. After authorizing these devices, my ebooks were automatically downloaded. Everything worked fine and I could access my ebooks without any problems.One day something happened and I couldn't open my ebooks on my PC any longer. To try fix this, I thought I could remove everything from my PC and add it back. So I removed the ebooks from my library (right click on each ebook, then "remove from library"), I uninstalled ADE and deleted the content folders under "mydocuments". I then tried to unauthorize my PC but got an error saying "unable to erase authorization please try after some time"How can I restore my ebooks on my PC?

I have Adobe Digital Editions that was authorized for Books-A-Million. Now I want to download ebooks from a different vendor that uses Adobe Digital Editions. How do I authorize Adobe Digital Editions for this additional vendor?

I was told by a Nook representative that my Nook device is only compatible with ADE 2.0. I cannot find the download option for 2.0 on the Adobe website.

EPUB books downloaded using Overdrive library app download to Overdrive rather than going to ADE.  There must be a setting where I can redirect the EPUB downloads to ADE so I can transfer them to my Nook.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled most current version of ADE.  Can anyone help?  thanks!

When a book expires and I borrow it again it downloads (and opens) fine to my computer, and appears to transfer to my nook simple touch, but when I go to open it on my nook it still says it's expired.  I tried removing it from the nook library, and copying again, then it says it was returned.  It seems like the record of the original borrow never gets replaced.  I've tried both "replace" and "duplicate" with the same results.  Anybody know how to completely erase the original borrow on the nook so it works like a new one ?

Hi,I am previewing my ePub file on ADE latest version 4.5.7. This reader has an option "Show / Hide Page numbers" however while clicking on "Show page numbers" option, it is not showing/display any page numbers in ePub.I am wondering if it is a bug in ADE or do we need to include any additional code or file (page-map) in the ePub package.Please advise.Regards,Naushad

I can't erase authorisation on my Mac.  I had to install 4.5 because I have brought a new Kobo reader but cannot get it connected/authorised.  I have changed my email address and the computer authorisation is under old address.  I tried to erase authorisation but keep getting the message "unable to erase authorisation. Please try after some time."  Have been trying for 4 days now.  I cannot get my Kobo to authorise either and this is possibly because of the computer authorisation.  I am getting fed up and very frustrated,  it's not user friendly.  I have a brand new Kobo and can't load any library books.  Desperate for help.
