Hola tengo problemas para acceder a un libro que compré en play store, cuando descargo el archivo con extensión acsm, me dice que no tengo conección a internet. Seguí las sugerencias planteadas en:https://answers.microsoft.com/es-es/windows/forum/all/problemas-con-acceso-de-adobe-digital-edition-45/8459ba11-010a-4ec2-9dce-fbca904f5443Elimine con éxito la autorización, y cuando intento autorizar nuevamente, me sale el mensaje: "error de conexión", pero si tengo conexión a internet.Por favor, necesito ayuda.Gracias.  SO: Windows 11Adove Digital Editions: 4.5.12.112

Hola todos: Compré un nuevo libro y cuando, descargo el archivos de extensión  *.acsm y lo ejecuto, sale el siguiente mensaje: "Se ha detectado un error de conexión Digital Editions no ha podido conectarse al servidor de suministro. Asegúrese de que está conectado a Internet".Si tengo conexión a internet, no puedo leer el libro en ADE en mi PC,.Por favor ¿qué puedo hacer para resolver el problema?

Now that ADE is unsupported, a situation that probably has caught many of us by surprise, one can't authorize new systems and systems that ran a few weeks ago, now don't. Does anyone have a working solution? I tried ADE 3.0, 4.0 and several 4.5 versions. All fail with the same error of not finding the authenticaton server. Could there be issues with the recent 2FA activation or with password complexity? Is there another windows application that does what ADE used to do very well? Thanks,Bob

Hi There/Sir/Mam, We have created a ebook with some interactivity, for Ex. slides, and tooltip popups. But We see thet the fuunctionality is not working when ebook is opened in ADE on windows. Please note everything is working fine when checked on ADE on Mac machine. and also on other ebook readers. So Just wanted to check what is problems with ADE platform on windows environment. 

Hello,i'm doing a serie of books on ePub3 format.I'm including some basic scripting on certain files, particularly a JS script called "balance-text", tha uses Jquery for compensating the lines of headers when they spread on more than 1 line.it works fine on serveral e-readers, including ADE for MacOS...but on WIndows, latest version of ADE, the result is weird: it renders only the first word of the headers that has a "balance-text" class which is the trgger for the script to work.again. it works well on ADE-Mac,  but not on windows.any idea on why is this so, and if it is possible to solve it?thank you!pablo nollaa DropBox link to the file is availblle on request..

Javascrips does not work on ADE. Is there a possibility that Adobe make also scripts available for ADE. If yes, In the early future?

Bonjour,  Lorsque je lance ADE, toutes mes Biblioroms ont disparu (même celles de base), j'en créé donc une nouvelle qui prend le nom "Bibliorom sans titre 5", ce qui me montre que d'autres Biblioroms existent avant celle-là, mais je n'y ai pas du tout accès.J'ai tenté de désinstaller le logiciel et le réinstaller, mais on dirait qu'il garde en mémoire les anciennes Biblioroms. Ce qui est gênant car j'ai déjà ajouté des livres sur des Biblioroms et je ne peux plus travailler avec ces mêmes livres car ils sont considérés comme étant déjà dans la bibliothèque. Si je créé une Bibliorom et que je relance mon logiciel, la Bibliorom disparaît.  Comment est-ce que je pourrais retrouver une installation propre, sans Bibliorom, sans livres insérés, sans rien en fait, quelque chose de réellement propre? Je vous remercie.

Hello!   My epub file created in InDesign is being rejected by my distributer with this message: [ERROR]OEBPS/9780997113129_ALCGG_Jan_2016_ePub_v3-7.xhtml: 26,80: value of attribute "src" is invalid; must be a URI   I don't know what this means or how to go about fixing it. I am not technical so if someone is so kind to reply, I would appreciate it if you could pretend you were talking to a young child...speaking a foreign language.   Warmly, Dawn

I just upgraded to the newest version of Digital Editions, and since my physical location is China atm, that made Digital Editions download in Chinese on my computer. I really do not want Chinese as the language for this application -- how do I change it?Thanks!

Here is my problem. I installed ADE on my work computer some years ago, everything works fine. I had another laptop on which I also installed ADE with no problems at all, but that one died. I have a new home computer and when I installed ADE the DRM content that I already purchased do not sync. Nor can I download it manually from the vendors’ websites. I get something like a “this order was already fulfilled”.I did a bit of work and I noticed this:The Adobe ID urn:uuid:numbers is different on my work and home computer, even though I logged on same account.So I go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support/digital-editions.html  and this is what I get:"You can activate Digital Editions on six computers or mobile devices with one Adobe ID. If you reach the limit, contact us to reset your activations."  I did not activate ADE on six computers, just on those three, one of them dead and another not working. If I click on “contact us to reset your activations” I to Adob

Bonjour, ADE ne reconnait pas ma kindle. Elle est bien visible sur mon PC mais pas de menu "Periphériques" sur ADE. Quelqu'un a-t-il déja eu ce problème ? Merci

Buongiorno a tutti, da qualche giorno non riesco più a scaricare gli EBOOK da MLOL su ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS 3.0. L'assistenza MLOL mi ha consigliato di disinstallare e reinstallare ADOBE e successivamente deautorizzarlo e riautorizzarlo, cosa che ho fatto. Nel momento della riautorizzazione inserendo la mia mail e la mia password mi compare un errore, sapete cosa posso fare perchè le ho provate tutte, assistenza MLOL e assistenza ADOBE, ma non riescono ad aiutarmi.L'errore indicato è il seguente(nella foto sotto)Vi ringrazio molto in anticipo.Buona giornata,Stefano 

I have received the error  E_ADEPT_NO_FULLFILLMENT_RESULT when I try to donwload my ebooks from cloud. I can see my ebooks list but it's impossible to see the content. I think that for the same reason I can't to update my iPAD where I installed the iOS version of Dgital Editions.  Have I activated too many devices? Where can I see the activated devices of my ID (email removed)?   Can you help me? I'm waiting for your feedback Thanks a lot Regards 

This is my first attempt to download a book since my computer is authorized.

Opening a book bought yesterday i Got the message from my Tolino and also from Adobe digital Editions i-Mac App: A causa di un errore del DRM Adobe non è stato possibile caricare questo titolo. Controlla nelle impostazioni del dispositivo quale Adobe ID hai inserito. Se il problema persiste contattare l’assistenza Adobe causa dell’erroreE_ADEPT_NO_FULLFILLMENT_RESULT 

Salve. Sono registrato in Adobe e ho acquistato da Feltrinelli e scaricato sul desktop alcuni eBooks ma quando tento di trasferirli nel mio ADE mi viene notificato il messaggio 'Impossibile scaricare. Errore di recupero licenza. Problema di comunicazione server delle licenze: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED'. Qualcuno mi può dire cosa devo fare per risolvere il problema? Grazie.

My daughter accidently hit uninstall digital editions and it has now frozen while loading a book and I cannot reinstall, delete or anything. How can I fix this.

i downloaded DRM pdf from google books.  A few weeks ago i could use DRM function but this is not capable on Mac., Windos OS and several adober ids. How can we solve this problem?  i bought several books but could not enjoy due to malfunction. 

Quando esporto un ebook preso in prestito dalla biblioteca  per aggiungerlo alla libreria di digital editions, il programma si blocca. >Ho provato a riavviare il computer, a disinsallare e reinstallare il programma e niente, continua a bloccarsi e non funzionare più tant'è che neanche si chiude il programma.

When I try to download a book from my digital library to adobe digital editions, the program simply block itself and stop functioning properly. I already disinstall and re install the latest version but nothing helps.What Can i Do? 

Buongiorno, su digital edition per PC vedo tutti i libri coperti da DRM acquistati, mentre sui dispositivi mobili (iPad e iPhone) ne vedo solo alcuni.Ho provato a revocare autorizzazione, disistallare e reistallare l'app digital edition ma ancora non ho rispolto.Mi viene il dubbio che al momento dell'acquisto di alcuni libri io non abbia indicato il mio accont Adobe e pertanto risultano solo sul PC da dove ho eseguito la procedura.Come posso fare per far autorizzare quelle pubblicazioni anche su altro dispositivo?

My designer file that I was working in has abruptly shutdown on me and I didn't save it beforehand like I should've. When I cover try to recover the file it shows a bunch of tmp files. How do I make a tmp file into a pdf that I can use? (0a0dc78a-feb9-427e-8ed9-4fe6c4ba779b.tmp)
