Hallo,  ich versuche ein DRM-geschütztes eBook auf meinen Tolino Shine 4 zu bekommen, leider wird mein E-Reader nicht unter "Geräte" angezeigt, was muss ich tun?

I've tried installing 3.0, 4.0, 4.5 version of DE on my Mac Sonoma 14 and I get an error message each time.  I had an old version of DE before and I kept getting messages "re-authorise your Kobo". It didn't work. So I found on Kobo's website to de-authorise my laptop https://help.kobo.com/hc/en-us#. When I tried to do it DE said that there was no such ID/email (although it clearly showed it) and I couldn't either upload the book or de-authorise the laptop. I uninstalled DE och downloaded a new version and the hell broke loose... I don't have any DE and cannot install it. I keep receiving this crap info: What to do???I've spent 15min on their chat there I was told to go away as DE is for free, being redirected to a website that didn't work and I was told to restart the laptop... as if it was my fault that they sent a wrong link... Jesus... I am so frustrated now, I can't read my books! Could anyone help? 

I Have the application but having trouble opening it to edit it?

After years of occasional problems, my ADE won't open at all on my Windows 10 laptop and opens only to state "Program not responding" on my Windows desktop. I use this program to read ASCM files from Netgalley and Edelweiss. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4.5, but even this doesn't help. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have a Nook. I have installed ADE 4.5. I transfer a book to Nook but when i disconnect it from the PC the file disappers.  Any idea?

Why is it that when I open a book through Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, the pictures inside are missing and abnormal, but there is no abnormality when viewing it online through Google Books?

I used to be able to download and read library books directly on my pocketbook pb632 using the Libby app. Now I have to use Borrowbox and download the book on to the computer first and transfer it to my e-reader. This is not working and the pocketbook support say that I must use Adobe Digital Editions 3.0. I don't know how to find 3.0 and the chat assistant said that she could not help with such questions and referred me to you.

Hello,I have a interactive pdf I want to send to some clients and I have placed a movie url link inside the pdf so when people click the movie will stream. The movie is uploaded onto my webspace provided by my service provider.The problem is when I then set the pdf to show in full screen when you try and play the movie it pops up with “some permissions have been disabled to avoid potential security risks. Only enable these features if you trust this document.” which then gives you the option to allow once or always which is annoying, and the biggest issue is in full screen this message doesn’t show at all.How can I ensure that the end user doesn’t have to do anything, the movie will just play on anyones computer and accept it is secure?The movie format is quicktime.thanks in advance for any help on this.

Hello, how can I sort/move my shelves? Can I change the title, author in the list? In Explorer they are all identical with Author, Title but in ADE everything is in one column. Therefore I can't sort correctly. Thx

I have spent hours trying to figure out how to make the best use out of reading my 449 page ebook using Adobe Digital. Is there anyway to convert it to a Adobe reader or Word, or anything other than Adobe Digital, this is the worst application I have ever used in all my years.It also does not save my notes, will not underline, will not allow copy, on and on and on. And worst of all its super slow!!! Is there any other options? 

I want to use a new computer with Adobe Digital Editon. But when I use my Adobe login I get te message: You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that has not been used to authorize another computer or mobile device. Please try again.How can I deauthorize al other sessions, without having acces to the old devices?Thank you.  

When I try to transfer a library book from ADE library to a new Kobo Clara I get the message 'Failed to authorise device'. But when I try to authorise the device, I get the message 'Activation Server Error' 'Digital Editions encoutered an error on the activation server'.  Can you help please.

Hi,is there a hidden error protocoll within Adobe Digital Editions? I installed newest version. I can open the program.And I can import an eBook. But when I try to scroll to the next page, the program closes without error. I checked the ebook in many programms like calibre, sigil etc. no issues are found. Any idea?

Hello, I had an Adobe ID under the email [email removed] I must have created this ID a decade ago, and probably longer. At some point Adobe deleted the ID account. I don't know why. What I do know is that I can continue to authorize devices for ADE with that email. But, that's scary - what if I bork up something - I have no Adobe account associated with that email. I have hundreds of DRM books that I bought and authorized with it. I've bought those books over the many years since I created the original ID. If I lose that authorization, for any reason, I have no way to recover it - no account associated with it.   I've more or less been shown the door by telephone support and the completely useless Adobe chat bot. I hope someone here can point me in the direction of a solution. The solution I would like is to have the email used by ADE for authorization be an email associated with an Adobe ID, without killing my access to my already purchased digital items, turning them into dust i

J'ai changer de disque dure et je n'arrive pas à réinstaller mes ebook. Erreur lors le l'obtension de la licence. TLDR: Adobe should integrate it into Acrobat because both are PDF viewers or make it scroll smoothly at least in maintaining the app. I would like to make a suggestion rather than a complaint: This software is unusable and terrible!The other day, I downloaded some .ascm files and got the PDFs of books from my library site to borrow and read books. I opened a book that has 900+ pages (PDF, 36MB) and noticed it was deadly slow/wobbly to scroll. Yes, the app had not finished loading the book but your other similar PDF viewer, Acrobat can load faster, and even if the loading is not finished, it can scroll smoothly. Also, I tested 30MB and 50MB PDFs on Acrobat, it worked great, with no raggy scroll and a fast read. Then, why don't you integrate it into Acrobat? You just migrate the PDF downloading functionality based on the .ascm file from Adobe Content Server and make Acrobat render the .epub files. How easy is that for Adobe's development capabilities, but Adobe never fix it because
