Malgré un nouvel Adobe ID, je n'arrive pas mettre des livres numériques sur l'appli bluefire reader car on me dit que j'ai dépassé la limite des autorisations!!Pourtant j'ai aussi un nouveau tel et un nouvel adobe idd?? Dites moi comment faire svp pour sortir de cette situation??Merci d'avance

Hello folks. Anyone having a problem acquiring the font size that you choose in a.d.e? I've only had the problem initially when I've downloaded an ebook. I pick the size and it doesn't change until after I close a.d.e and then reopen. Well it didn't work this latest time.I even chose the font size and then rebooted my laptop and still no change. It just stays at the smallest sized font.  Not the end of the world but my eyes are not what they once were, haha. I'm wondering if there's an alternative way of increasing the font size other than the typical way. Also I was wondering if it's perhaps just one of those ebooks that was created that way. Some sort of technical glitch?Any suggestions? Thanks.

Is there a possibiliity to  install ADE on a Windows10 s Devise?

Hi,I installed​​ ADE​ a few times, because I had problems with crashes. After every new installation I receive an announcement from old media, which do not exist any​ more. If I try to delete it,  ADE crashes again. I suppose, the information about old media comes from Adobe, although I am not a user of their cloud. What's to do? Can I delete this information in Adobe-online somewhere? I did found nothing in the uuid mangement.

My nook no longer shows up as a device option.

even though the software is correctly installed on my PC (Win10Pro) the install screen comes back all the time. Either cancel or install will not stop it from returning "ad nauseam"what can I do ?

I've tried downloading books to my ADE but every time I get an error message saying "can't connect to the fulfillment server". I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, downloading straight from the store page, saving the files to my Downloads file and uploading from there, but none of these fixes work. I am connected to the internet and my computer has been authorised. How do I fix this?

1.  My ADE hasn't been able to transfer books into my Kobo for quite a while now.  2.  Also, just replaced my hard drive and had to reinstall ADE.  It is only showing 29 books in my account, where I had over 300.  Hope someone has an answer to this.

I transferred all my info from a mac mini backup disc to a new Imac. Now CS6 says it's a trial version. When I go to enter the activation code, it says that is not a valid codeWhat do I do?

Having issues with an older kobo and tried downloading ADE 3.0. I have deauthorized the kobo and the computer and uninstalled all other versions. But now, when I install ADE 3.0, none of the standard bookshelves show up and whenever I try to click on my Kobo, the program shuts down. Is there an issue with 3.0 or is there a work around?Thanks!

Mon compte adobe est bien connecté.J'ai déjà désinstallé / réinstallé mais rien n'y fait. Comment puis-je faire pour transférer des livres protégés sur ma kobo ?J'ai tenté la désactivation / réactivation de mon compte adobe par ctrl-shift-D mais je tombe exactement sur la même fenêtre et toujours sans le menu indiquant la koboMerci

This option is not available in the Help section. The original authorization for my computer was set with ADE 4.5.7 but I had to revise to ADE 3.0 in order for it to work with my Kobo Touch eReader. Please advise.  Thank you.

I was advised I need to de activate Adobe Digital Editions on my failed computer in order to install ADE on the new computer?   Apparently this must be done by Adobe as I cannot access anything on the old computer.Please advise how I can contact Adobe directly in Australia so this can be done.Doug.

Hi,I know computers are strange. I had my share of error codes and problems. But this one stumps me. Maybe someone here can help.I am using ADE to download my DRM protected ebooks. When I purchased one, I get a link, ADE is my default program. It opens, the book is added, I put it on my ereader and that's it. Until yesterday.My newest purchases were coming in and I downloaded them one by one. The third one gave an error. Something about the licence. That moment I did not care. Whatever would be wrong, I will deal with it, after the other books are downloaded. But now the weired stuff started: ADE crashed. Well, happends to the best of us. Just starting again....and there are no more books. No bookshelves. Not even the default ones. Everything is GONE! Attached my e-reader, it popped up in ADE, clicked on it...crash! I can repeat that again and again. No books and when I click on the reader, it crashes. And this is the error message I get:Problemsignatur:  Problemereignisname:&nbsp

I have been using ADE with Overdrive to connect my library with my nook and check out books, until yesterday.  I tried to download books, click on "download" and it downloads the book, but it won't open ADE.  I have tried opening ADE but nothing happens.  HELP! How do I connect ADE to Overdrive or do I need to uninstall and reinstall ADE?

I cannot get rid of the user not activated error when I open an ebook on my nook.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE.  Unregistered and registered my nook.  Unauthorized and reauthorized my laptop and nook, and yet I still get the user not activated message when i open an ebook.  I can even open the ebook through my nook on the computer and ADE but not on the device itself.  Any ideas?

I purchase a few eBooks from ASNT and was able to use on 4.5.2 version. But, a few weeks ago when I opened an eBook it prompted me to upgrade to the 4.5.7 version, so I did. After that any eBooks I was not able to view my eBooks as they were corrupted as in all the images where completely gone or super blurry to the extent of unrecognizable.I contacted Adobe support and they blamed it on ASNT, so I desided to contact ASNT and they cannot figure out why it does not work. They mentioned to go back to the 4.5.2 version, but how can I do that?I tried googling it and every link redirects me to Adobe 4.5.7 which does not work?Note, weve tried installing this on three computers now and have determined that the issue is the new 4.5.7 verision.Can anybody help since Adobe cant or is very hard to get a hold of someone.....
